Golf Coast Cottage

This massive Kiva Way home was my entire family’s favorite vacation house ever! It was extremely large, gorgeous and clean! And.. good Lord 4.5 bathrooms! Wew, we were truly at home and had our own space! We loved the place so much we didn’t want to leave. There were a few issues with ants, a loose toilet and the elevator tripping the breaker, but they were very prompt in getting things taken care of with no interruption to our trip. We hate we can’t book this home again due to owners not wanting renters in there. We care for where we stay as if it were our own home and would love to have another opportunity there. Please feel free to share my info with the homeowner, if that’s possible. Thanks for the memorable time in Fort Morgan! It’s our home away from home a couple times a year, but this place took the cake!

Property was as described: clean, although we did have a few large ants, some type of small jumping gnat-like insects in master bath, and one dead large roach. Balcony doors on second floor would not lock, we returned after being gone majority of the day to find balcony doors standing open, unable to be locked, and we were able to lock the other doors. The last night of our stay, we had air-conditioning issues which were addressed expediently only to occur again later in the night, resulting in a call to luxury coastal. The TV in the master bedroom, we were unable to get any volume on this TV, so it was unusable.The property was very lovely very modern up-to-date appliances, with every available kitchen accessory, the garage was easy to access very clean and able to accommodate two suvs, with additional parking on the driveway.

The only thing I didn't like was the fourth bed room was a lil miss leading. The two twin size beds are pull outs under the two queen size beds not individuals. The home had FIRE red ants coming out of the cracks of the home ,but I'm assuming because of this being new housing. Over all this is a BEAUTIFUL HOME. I LOVE DECOR . I also want to say that I didn't read anything about an elevator in the home ,but it was HUGE HELP with my mom not being able to climb the stairs. It also will be a memory ill FOREVER have because that's where my daughter go proposed at. I will stay again if ever in that area!

This was our third year staying at Kiva Dunes and our first at this particular property. Very nice and clean, yard well maintained, nice quiet location, shuttle to and from the beach was Johnny on the spot when needed. Will book again if available next year.

We LOVED this house! It comes with everything you could need! Elevator was great to transport luggage/groceries to the top floors. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfy. Porches were awesome hangout spots. Watched our golfers from them!
Call Randy or Jim and they’re incredibly friendly and will give you a quick shuttle ride to the private beach that is so peaceful and GORGEOUS. Or you can walk it…we did that and it was a nice enjoyable walk. You can easily rent chairs and umbrellas. The boardwalk steps are a workout but worth it!!
Osprey pool is great too!
We interacted with several neighbors and got nothing but friendly conversation and welcome waves. Just remember…they own homes there and don’t want their peace interrupted. Respect goes both ways.
Dollar General is 5 minutes away
Our favorite places to eat were about a 20 minute drive.
The Hangout in Gulf Shores.
GT’s on the Bay in Orange Beach (Ask for Calvin and have the Creole linguine)

Loved the location. Beautiful decorated beach house with some many amenities including being on the golf course ,pools , and a short walk to the beach club and gulf. Definitely would recommend for a short or long stay.

Our family of 7 had a great stay at this newly constructed Kiva Dunes home! Beautiful, spacious and quiet beach was a 10 min walk from home. Enjoy the heated pool as well! Spacious kitchen and an abundance of cookware, dishes and appliances made for seamless meal prep!
