This stunning 8 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom beach house, newly built and expertly curated by interior designer Melanie Martin, is perfectly situated on the Gulf Coast. It offers breathtaking Gulf views and is just steps to the beach. With its elegant design and luxurious amenities, Perdido Tide is the ultimate destination for an unforgettable vacation.

Perdido Tide boasts eight spacious bedrooms, seven with their own en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests, and a bunk room for the kids. The master bedroom, located downstairs, provides a serene retreat with its Gulf of Mexico views. Upstairs, four of the bedrooms also offer stunning views of the Gulf. The west bedroom features a queen bed and a built-in bunk, making it perfect for a small family. The two middle bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king-size beds, while the bedroom on the east side offers the convenience of two queen beds. Bedrooms 6 and 7 each have a King and the 8th bedroom can sleep 4 with two sets of twin over twin bunk sets.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Gulf with 10-foot-tall sliding glass doors downstairs and 8-foot-tall sliding glass doors upstairs, offering panoramic views of the pristine waters. The second living area upstairs also provides a delightful bay view, creating a serene ambiance for unwinding. An elevator provides easy access to all floors, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Step outside onto the deck to find a private heated pool, where you can soak up the sun and cool off in style. There is a a covered outdoor grill and dining area to enjoy meals outside as well.

For those who love to entertain, Perdido Tide features two wet bars strategically located for your convenience, making it easy to prepare and enjoy your favorite drinks. Additionally, there are two laundry rooms to accommodate your needs during your stay.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with Thermador appliances that include two refrigerators, two gas ranges, and two dishwashers, making meal preparation and clean-up a breeze. PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY! We absolutely loved our stay at Perdido Tide Beach House! At one point, we had 19 people in the house and it never once felt crowded. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach and close to everything you could need. The owner and property management team were an absolute pleasure to work with—responsive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating.The home itself is decorated impeccably, with every detail thoughtfully designed to make you feel both relaxed and spoiled. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities to make a large group stay stress-free. I truly cannot say enough good things about this property. We’re already planning our next trip and will 100% be renting here again.

Perfect setting/ almost perfect house!
The beach and the privacy of the beach in the coastal florida communities was unbelievable. The house was great. There were some issues with internet, pool and an electrical issue the lights/ fans BUT when we called someone was sent, and for the most part, issues were solved. Pots/pans issue especially if you are cooking for 12+ Doors became more difficult to open as the week progressed BUT who cares we were at the beach! and it was beautiful. NO one wanted to leave.

Gorgeous Home- Luxury at it's Finest
We spent the weekend with friends at this newly built beach front home. No expense was spared on this expansive home. The decor is simply beautiful and elegant. We loved the glass balcony rails which gave us an unobstructed Gulf view. The beach is so private and the boardwalk is right off the back porch. The pool and patio furniture were an added touch and we used the grill for steaks one night- perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and we LOVED the round dining tables. Everyone could eat together so it was great! We will definitely be back for our next vacation. I'd give it 10 stars if it were possible.
