We had a really good time. I liked the way they didn’t have 2 rows of chairs on the beach. You weren’t on top of other families. Room was clean and we had plenty of room.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Convenient to area restaurants and grocery stores with a fantastic view of the beach!
We were well aware of construction happening during our stay but wasn’t an issue at all!

Outstanding beachfront rental

I recently rented Summerchase 905 Condo in Orange Beach from Luxury Coastal Vacations. The condo was perfect! Plenty of room, quality furnishings, wonderful on-site staff, easy access to beautiful beach with chair service, hot tub, fitness center, indoor pool and other amenities. I used most of the appliances and they all worked to my satisfaction. The view from the 9th floor is beautiful and the deck furniture is comfortable. Nice place to sit and listen to the waves at night. I met and talked to the night security guard and I believe this is a secure facility as well as quiet. The bed was perfect and I slept well every night. TVs all were very good. My favorite area in the condo was the shower. It is HUGE, water is hot fast, plenty of room, and looks great! You will not find a condo in a more central location. Easy access to I-10 using Baldwin Expressway and Canal Rd. Great restaurants like Cosmos, Cobalts, Docs, and others are minutes away. For entertainment, the internationally famous bar and restaurant Florabama is within a couple miles east of the condo. I am positive I will book this condo again and soon! Finally, a special thank you to the LCV staff for their help checking alternative condos, a very professional booking process, and follow ups throughout my stay making sure I was treated like they really cared about me. Awesome!

Very nice condo

King bed in master was great. Bed in second bedroom was on the firm side. Large walk-in master shower. Comfortable couch/fold-out and love seat. Kitchen was small but well equipped although Kathy wanted a colander. Elevators are fast and clean. Right on the beach with a shower and foot showers along the walkway.

My friends and I had the best time at this condo celebrating a friend's 50th birthday. It was beautifully decorated, had an AMAZING view of the beach, and was very clean. We LOVED being right beside the restaurant, Coastal. We walked there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We would had preferred not to pack extras (paper towels, toliet paper, trash bags, shampoo, soap, etc) but that was noted in the listing, so we were aware of it before we showed up. We would definitely stay here again.

We came down for a work conference and stayed the weekend. We loved every minute of our stay! The condo was decorated so nicely. We had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. During our stay we utilized the hot tub and the steam room and it was so nice. It was quiet and peaceful, and the view was breathtaking! The host communicated quickly and very helpful! We will definitely stay here again!

Best OB vacation/Fall Break! Fantastic place to stay! 2 adults/1 kid.
The condo was roomy, beautifully decorated & updated. Everything was clean/neat and organized. Sitting area were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The patio was lovely with an amazing view!! The master bath was very nice and large.
Extra kudos: Bed was very comfortable and the entire place was quiet and calm.
Easy beach walk to Costal restaurant (recommend this place!) and other shops across the highway.
Summer Chase:
The staff was super friendly & helpful. The entire area/grounds were well kempt. The inside pool was warm, inviting and clean. The beach access is an easy walk, the gate did not have a lock on it at this time.
There are hoses to rinse the sand off after you spend the entire day on the beach.
Easy access to the parking lot and elevators.
I have lots of great things to say about this place and will be coming back to this particular condo very soon! Trying to find a date!

Excellent!

This place is great! The location is excellent - close to groceries with a Publix across the street and WalMart within a two minute drive, close to all the best restaurants OBA has to offer, and an easy drive to the Tanger Outlets in Foley. The room was spacious and clean, with cozy beds and a HUGE shower in the master bath. The parking was easy, elevators were quick, and the walk to the beach is so short - which was a huge deal for my pregnant wife and I. The staff was also very kind and helpful, offering vinegar spray and help when I was stung by a jellyfish. The rental company, Luxury Coastal Rentals, was also very communicative with check-in/out instructions and responsive anytime we needed anything. Our time at Summerchase was excellent!

Wonderful

Great unit. We were worried when we pulled up because the outside looked in need of a facelift. But upon checking in the manager explained that the building was undergoing a new paint job. Unit #905 was very well decorated and upgraded. Excellent towels and bathrooms. 5 stars on the unit

Nice Condo for Family Vaca

Clean condo & interior was in very good shape. Master bath walk-in shower was outstanding. Worked perfect for the 4 of us & weather was perfect until the last day we met tropical storm Claudette. (Parking lot was fairly small for the number of cars there).
