Cute place! Very cozy. Good if you want to get away on a private and quiet getaway. Only downside was the elevator code sometimes had to be put in a few times.

Great Location
This condo is in a great location with an amazing view. It is fabulously maintained. I would highly recommend this unit. The management company was super easy to deal with as we were a last minute booking.

Absolutely loved the place and location!! If we had trouble with anything they are very quick to respond! Only thing that was difficult was the lock box. It took us 30 mins and the assistance of a worker there to get it open. Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay at and we would definitely stay there again!

The condo was the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in with plenty of room and a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. I would highly recommend it and will be back.

The place is great, exactly like in photos. The beach and water is super clean, not too many people. The only not so great thing is the elevator, it usually works on third attempt but works:)

Outstanding Property on the Beach ?? in Perdido Key
We booked online and so glad we chose this property it is the most beautiful and gorgeous condo on the beach , so amazing, fully stocked and has washer and dryer , the most awesome feature you can take a shower in the primary bathroom and look out ? the window to a beautiful beach and ocean view . Will definitely book this one again !

This was a girls beach trip and this condo was perfect for the 4 of us. We felt very secure. Great views of the ocean from a nice balcony. The kitchen was nice and well stocked for cooking. Luxury Coastal Vacations were very responsive to my questions.

We truly loved our stay, Great location, clean , modern Condo with everything you need in regards to cooking, bathing, relaxing. I would suggest maybe a few beach chairs that those who are staying can use . We will be back. :)

Been staying at various condos in the beach colony for years. Very thankful that there are still a few that allow weekend only rentals. We will definitely be back next year.

Best views
Closest to the beach, the condo was very clean and felt like home away from home. This was our first time staying in Perdido Key. It’s much more private than Pensacola Beach but the water isn’t the iconic emerald. Still beautiful just not the same as Pensacola. This property is extremely secure, gated community plus each floor requires a unique code for the elevator to work. Overall it was fantastic and we will be back!

I have never visited Florida during October, but I plan to come back during this time! No crowds, beach was wonderful, and the place was beautiful! We had an amazing time. Our stay was very nice. We loved the huge balcony! Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We loved that the beach was easily accessible. Our chair guy was awesome as well. I also used the gym and it was very well equipped. We were definitely happy with our stay!

This is a beautiful spot!! The condo was clean, decorated nicely, with a breathtaking view. The pool is very clean and maintained. Some things to know: there’s no salt and pepper or coffee. You may want to bring your own. The deck behind you can see on yours unless you’re kind of tucked back. This didn’t take away from our time. Luckily, there weren’t many neighbors. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The best part was the view from the balcony. The place was quiet and friendly. House was roomy and comfortable. Only thing that we didn’t care for was the code for the elevator lol. We will definitely be back!

Lovedddd it! This was the best beach stay we’ve had. We’ve never been to perdido key, but this is going to be our go to spot from now on. I stayed on the balcony the whole time. The relaxation there and view were even better than being on the beach. The beds and chairs were comfy, and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing. The staff was easy to reach and everything was fast and accurate. Will definitely be back.
