The condo was extremely clean and organized. Views from every room are amazing. The building is extremely secure and well maintained. It would be nice if the condo had keyless entry. Location is OK but you have to drive everywhere, restaurants, grocery, etc. It is also important to note their are no beach lifeguards. I would definitely stay here again.

My family took a trip and stayed at this location. It was my 12 month olds first beach trip and we loved every minute of it. The condo was very clean and was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The shower in the master bathroom was my favorite lol!

After being cautious of other condos due to no reviews or limited reliability of what was listed, my family of 6 was very pleased with the condo, amenities, and building as a whole. Perdido Key is much more quiet and peaceful due to the state and national parks on both sides, which is why we chose this location compared to more popular spaces further west down the key.
Everything was as described and they were easy to work with, would gladly stay again!

We decided to “upgrade” last minute to this beachfront condo and it did not disappoint. From the gorgeous views from EVERY room to the comfortable beds, and sofa. We enjoyed being right on the beach, having access to both the pool and the beach, and eating meals on our balcony. Would definitely recommend and already planning our next trip here!

Absolutely the best views of any condo in the area. Well stocked kitchen. Bring your own pillows as theirs are hard and small. For a week, this rental is perfect, but for a longer stay a comfortable chair or two in the living room would have been great for ocean viewing and just general relaxing. Desk in one of the bedrooms perfect for anyone having to work while on vacation. A wonderful experience!

Great floor plan with fantastic views to many directions. All features and amenities as described. Room was clean and ready at scheduled arrival time. Balcony extra large and offers view of Blue Angels practice sessions, Johnson Beach and beautiful Gulf Coast. Plenty of nice choices dining in near area. Pretty mush hassle free booking and follow up. Elevator a bit moody but not enough to deduct a star. Feel like we made a good choice..

The condo was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better view than what we had. Hurricane Irma put a damper on our beach days. The only problem we had was with the dryer, it took way too long for us to dry anything and it was very loud. We had a great time, this was our 3rd stay at Beach Colony and will come back for sure

The location is great. You have views up and down the ocean. You see the moon shining on the water and the sun coming up. The terrace is very large with doors from living room & bedroom. Shower in one of bedrooms is large. Bathroom has 2 great windows facing ocean. Easy access to beach. Furniture is fine. Staff was very attentive with texts. The only suggestion I would make is to bring your own pillows as pillows are small & hard. And bring your own bath towels as these were no better than what you might get at a Comfort Inn. A great place to stay.

We had a short 5 night stay at this beautiful location. Two families shared the accommodations...4 adults and 2 teenage boys. The rooms were spacious and clean. This was a nice first get-away after a long time of non-travel due to Covid. I would recommend this property, and plan to be back! Great Beach too!

This was a magnificent penthouse apartment with everything anyone could hope for! We were in complete fog the entire trip, but you could still hear the wonderful ocean sounds and the apartment size and luxury made it amazing to hang out there. I rented this condo when my best friend came to town for a girls weekend. The unit was absolutely gorgeous. I believe a previous reviewer mentioned that they loved this unit because if they rented one more pastel beach shell decoration themed condo they would go nuts - or something to that effect - and that review is what sold me on this unit. The decor is richly colored - beautiful and tasteful. All three of the bedrooms are equally spacious, and each bedroom has its own bathroom - BIG plus. The balcony is huge, and offered a great ocean view. I wish it hadn't rained so much while we were here. Also, I believe on this floor - there are four units per floor - I am pretty sure that two of the other units are permanently occupied. So you probably don't have to worry about a bunch of loud crazy people renting next door [you wouldn't want to BE loud crazy people here, either] I absolutely am staying here when I rent on the beach again. It is luxurious and affordable, a real gem.

Luxury, meets nature, meets fun, meets perfect relaxing weekend! Shhhhhhh don't tell anyone! It REALLY is bitter sweet writing this review. I LOVE this Penthouse and want to keep it ALL to myself! ME ME ME! However, I know I MUST share it with you hopeless romantics, nature lovers, experts in relaxation, girls weekends / vacationers, etc. I walked in and the pictures do this Penthouse NO justice what so ever! It's fantastically decorated! I've vacationed in Gulf my entire life so, IF I see one more pastel shell motif I'll probably be checked into an institution. Now... on to the DETAILS! Private elevators for every floor, amazing balcony sunrises & sunsets, gourmet kitchen, you can see the PNS Airshow from the balcony and kitchen, comfy beds and linens, well cleaned, everything you need, grocery nearby, quick scoot over to Gulf State Park and 9 miles of paved walking / biking trails, walk down the beach to Johnson Beach - See AMAZING pictures on Google Earth. You'll know which ones are mine from this stay... Close to the PNS NAS, for you Blue Angels Buffs! Fabulous rental company answered ALL questions sweetly and quickly! Amazingly Affordable for the AMAZING accommodations and views! I didn't even make it to the pool or work out room (swore I would). Top notch technology in every room! Wifi, Flat screens in every room! Almost a 360 degree view from this Penthouse... Romantic walks along the beach, close to Gulf Shores, OB and PNS for dining - Highly recommend West Street Grill in Gulf Shores - hard to find but Shrimp Cargo featured in Southern Living, Cafe Grazzie in OB and my favorite "joint" T.C.'s Front Porch in Gulf Breeze. This Penthouse rivals the Portofino with more privacy! Don't read another word! Go see for yourself! I'll be back!

I felt compelled to come back to this site and write a review. This place looked too good to be true, and indeed it was. The Penthouse is amazing and as others have mentioned, the pictures do not do it justice. This place is perfect for families. The beach is beautiful and the location is very convenient. There are grocery stores less than a mile away. I would definitely recommend this to anybody. The reservation process was easy, the price reasonable and everything that was promised was there. Needles to say, I'm very satisfied and I'm hoping to go back soon. Thanks!

My wife and I stayed in this 3 bedroom penthouse condo the first week of June. Please be aware that the penthouse listing is for the 16th floor of 17 floors in the building. Check in was at 4:00 and we had to wait a bit for the cleaning ladies to finish. The condo was decorated very nicely and plenty of room for the two of us. The rental company could have done a better job communicating even though they were very nice. They did not leave us the beach access code for the gate nor the code for the pool bathrooms or gym. We had to ask other people for the code. A couple of suggestions for the owners. Another chaise lounge for the balcony. My wife and I had to take turns and we spent alot of time on the balcony enjoying the great view. A clock in the den would have been nice.Please be aware smoking is not permitted on the balcony. My wife and I do not smoke but we had a physician I work with for dinner and afterwords wanted to smoke his cigar and I had to take him outside down stairs. Overall we had a great vacation and we would without doubt rent this unit again.
