The living area is perfect for family movie nights, with a plush L-shaped sectional, an additional cushioned chair, and a large flat-screen HDTV.
Rest and relaxation are guaranteed in the two luxuriously appointed bedrooms, each featuring premium king mattresses, posh bedding, high-thread-count linens, and flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom offers direct balcony access and an ensuite glamour bath with a large jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, dual vanities, and plush 100% cotton bath towels. For extra guests, the living room sofa converts into a queen sleeper, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
Located on the picturesque East end of Perdido Key, this resort combines recreation with relaxation and offers an array of amenities, including two outdoor beachfront pools, an indoor heated pool with a jetted spa, tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a charcoal grilling area. ** PLEASE NOTE: Beach Colony West will be underdoing an atrium floor and door painting project from mid-November 2024 through end of December 2024, schedule and weather permitting. Here is what to expect:
• Anticipated completion date is December 23rd, 2024, schedule and weather permitting.
• Work is being done on the atrium floors (possible noise), though mostly painting.
• Entire floors will be closed when painted and blocks are already in place. We will alert everyone if the current schedule changes that would affect changes to their specific stay dates.
• All entry doors will eventually be painted just before the start of this project, though the entire process will last about 24 hours for each door. Majority of that time is just the floor drying, and guests are asked to be mindful when entering and exiting due wet paint on door should this happen during the reservation.

Fireworks in Perdido Key
We stayed at the property the week of the 4th of July. The unit was very clean and there was plenty of seating and room to lounge. The master bathroom was beautiful and they have every possible amenity. The unit was beautifully decorated, but was so comfortable, too- perfect blend. We watched fireworks from the balcony and it was amazing. The management staff was helpful and always available. We had an issue with a television and they had it fixed promptly. Our condo was exactly as pictured, sparklingly clean, well appointed, perfectly located, attractively furnished, and had a fabulous view. Beautiful condo
This condo is exactly as pictured online, it's beautiful and extremely clean. We had everything we needed here to stay comfortably! And the beach here was amazing!!! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Pensacola. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and extra toilet paper/tissue/paper towels if you're staying a full week. This condo is everything we could have wanted for a peaceful, luxury get-away. Located in Perdido Key, we found ourselves surrounded by beautiful beaches and parks with quaint restaurants off the beaten path of chaos we often find on the Gulf. The furnishings of this condo are new and just beautiful as well as comfortable! Once we slept on the king size beds we knew this condo was furnished for the comfort of its guests. not just as a rental. Both beds were firm but plush. The owners have creatively used two twin size beds in the main room to provide for plentiful sitting as well as true mattress comfort at night! No pull out couch discomfort in this condo! Pillows are plentiful and new! The patio furniture will draw you out to enjoy the incredible view of the Gulf. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals in the condo. We were very pleased with both the condition of the condo AND the complex. Workers are actively maintaining the outside property which made for a very comfortable visit. And no, the workers were not noisy. Even they were respectful of our privacy and comfort.
