Things to Note
** PLEASE NOTE: Beach Colony West will be underdoing a door painting project sometime between mid-November 2024 through end of December 2024, schedule and weather permitting. The entire door painting process will last about 24 hours for each door, which includes drying. Guests are asked to be mindful when entering and exiting due wet paint on door should this happen during the reservation.

The location and amenities of this apartment were perfect for our needs. To be able to walk to the Gulf, Pool and Hot Tub from the back patio was a vacation at its finest. This was a great stay!
We were very pleased with this condo. It’s ground floor so the pool and the beach are steps away. You could almost feel like you are on the beach. We had an issue with the washer not spinning and maintenance guy was there within an hour. Communication and customer svc with these folks is amazing. They responded when I IM’d them in the app almost immediately. We also got caught up I the Delta debacle in ATL and I let them know some of our party would be late and they were super nice about saying sorry that happen etc.- Erik , Posted:
