Things to Note
*This unit is for sale. A minimum 24 hour notice will be given prior to showings.
** PLEASE NOTE: Beach Colony West will be underdoing an atrium floor and door painting project from mid-November 2024 through end of December 2024, schedule and weather permitting. Here is what to expect:
• Anticipated completion date is December 23rd, 2024, schedule and weather permitting.
• Work is being done on the atrium floors (possible noise), though mostly painting.
• Entire floors will be closed when painted and blocks are already in place. We will alert everyone if the current schedule changes that would affect changes to their specific stay dates.
• All entry doors will eventually be painted just before the start of this project, though the entire process will last about 24 hours for each door. Majority of that time is just the floor drying, and guests are asked to be mindful when entering and exiting due wet paint on door should this happen during the reservation.

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only a few concerns that need to be addressed. Lock box location is on railing NOT on door. Clothes dryer works but makes LOUD screeching noise. Electric can opener did not work. Third bedroom would be more useful with two double beds than bunks. All else is in condo is EXCELLENT! The unit is beautiful and clean. We never had to turn on the air and definitely enjoyed the fresh breezes. There were 7 of us that stayed comfortably here (myself & husband, 3 kids, and my parents). The reason I chose this place over others was the size of the balcony (I wanted BIG as I knew we would be out there watching the ocean a lot), 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and the indoor heated pool (for our littlest) as I knew the outdoor pools are always cold. It was perfect...met all of our wants/needs! Even being 2nd floor we had an absolutely amazing view :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The one thing that I could gripe about (but it really just took time to get used to and was fine) was all of the codes, keys, bracelets we need to remember lol.- Andy , Posted:

It was wonderful except the lock box containing the keys was very difficult to open and that was stressful to happen upon arrival. Also I wish there had been drying racks for wet clothes on the balcony. But otherwise it was lovely and very very nice.- Cindy , Posted:

Great condo with an AMAZING kitchen
Great condo! We really enjoyed our stay in Beach Colony West 2D. We've been visiting Perdido Key for 11 years. This was our first stay at Beach Colony. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. Lots of natural light. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed for meals. The balcony is huge and well furnished. It was a great unti and great vacation. A few very minor issues like the cloths dryer and jets in whirlpool tub but matianance was quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Great property... we will be back!
We booked this unit for a quiet girls weekend trip. We loved how secure the property was with an access code needed to get into the gate and also to use the elevator. This avoided having any random people walking around. The unit was clean and VERY spacious with an awesome layout. Everything worked great and the a/c was nice and cold. The balcony was simply breathtaking. There were 6 of us and we always had a place to sit together in the living room, balcony, or dining room. We've hoped around the panhandle this last year trying out new cities and complexes and they all said this was their favorite. We will be back!
