The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring new cabinets, all new appliances, quartz countertops, all dishware, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare a culinary masterpiece. The glass dining table just off the kitchen offers comfortable dining for six. The kitchen peninsula has been enlarged to accommodate dining for two. A pull-down queen size Murphy Bed with a 10” thick mattress has been installed near the dining area. It sleeps two guests. The bed can be lowered without moving any furniture. The living area includes a large stylish L-shaped sectional sofa and three recliners, perfect to gather with family and friends while enjoying the 65” Smart (HDTV) Flat-Screen Television or movies with the 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray Player.

You can certainly indulge in some needed rest and relaxation in the two luxuriously appointed bedrooms, both with premium mattress sets, ceiling fans, high thread-count linens, and smart flat-screen TVs. The primary bedroom includes direct balcony access and a king size bed. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a blue ray DVD player. The beautiful newly renovated ensuite primary bath offers plenty of space, a dual vanity area with a lighted mirror,100% cotton bath towels, a large walk-in shower, a stand-alone soaking tub with an incredible beach view, and remote-controlled woven shades for your privacy. The newly renovated second bath offers 100% cotton bath towels, a lighted mirror, a glassed-in shower/tub combination with a low-profile tub allowing easier access in and out.

This resort pairs recreation with relaxation and offers many amenities including two outdoor beachfront pools, an indoor heated pool with a jetted spa, tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a charcoal grilling area. We had a problem getting the check in information because of my airBnB account. The host was able to help us by meeting us in person and gave us the information that we needed. The condominium was pristine. The cleaning crew did a fantastic job of keeping the place immaculate. I usually clean the plates and silverware’s whenever we rent a place. This is the first time that I did not have to do anything except relax when we got there. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to cook. You just need to bring all the ingredients, including the basic condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, oil and butter. If you are staying for more than 3 days, bring your own shampoo, soap and TP. It is ocean front so you can just sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view and walk to the beach anytime that it suits you. The indoor pool was dirty and sandy so we mostly just went out on the beach to swim and relax.

The condo was fantastic! The pictures don't really do the unit justice. We've stayed in other Beach Colony condos in the past few years, but this one is the best we have stayed in -- great setup, kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need, beach access, quiet, clean. We will definitely look to stay in this condo on future trips. Owners did a great job remodeling and decorating.

Stunning modern coastal theme that was beautifully decorated! The condo is located right on the water with a short walk out to the beach. The outdoor and indoor pool was also very nice! We loved our stay and will be back again!!

Awesomeness!

This is a beautiful high end condo. Stayed here for a girls trip and it had all the amenities we needed plus more. It is right on the beach & close to restaurants & shopping. Nice pool area including an indoor pool. This unit has a large balcony that we spent lots of time talking, catching up & people watching. There is even an awesome beach view in the master bedroom and bath. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.
