Things to Note
** PLEASE NOTE: Beach Colony West will be underdoing an atrium floor and door painting project from mid-November 2024 through end of December 2024, schedule and weather permitting. Here is what to expect:
• Anticipated completion date is December 23rd, 2024, schedule and weather permitting.
• Work is being done on the atrium floors (possible noise), though mostly painting.
• Entire floors will be closed when painted and blocks are already in place. We will alert everyone if the current schedule changes that would affect changes to their specific stay dates.
• All entry doors will eventually be painted just before the start of this project, though the entire process will last about 24 hours for each door. Majority of that time is just the floor drying, and guests are asked to be mindful when entering and exiting due wet paint on door should this happen during the reservation.

Beautiful Perdido

We love Beach Colony west tower!
If you're looking for a quiet vacation but to still be close to stores and restaurants, then Perdido Key is so much quieter than the busier beaches in either direction. There's a Publix, McDonalds, several pizza places, all within a 1-5 min drive. There is even a food truck right outside the parking lot! You can drive 15 min to Orange Beach and then up the road more to Foley and the outlet mall, OWA, and The Wharf, The sand was much drier at PK and NOT crowded, Very restful. Except right now there is resurfacing of the buildings so lots of noise in the daytime, competed with the sound of the waves. But Beach Colony units are so nice it didn't matter. This is our 2nd Beach Colony stay, this unit is great. Lots of options for seating on the balcony which is the main thing I look for when booking a condo.- Amy M , Posted:

We loved how close the heated indoor pool was for our late fall trip. Board walk to the beach was flat and we could roll our wagon out to the beach instead of carrying it down lots of steps . The only thing we would suggest is more towel racks or hooks in the master bathroom. There was no place to hang our towels in that bathroom. Very spacious and inviting condo!- Jill , Posted:

This place is a true gem. I must have looked at 100 condo's for rent in this area and this one stood out as the one I chose. We were not disappointed. The views were incredible and the condo was directly over the swimming pool and the beach.
We ran into some car issue and I was thinking that we would have to stay an extra night. I contacted LCV and they let me know in 10 min that an extra night was not an issue and even though we didn't need it...it was nice to know it was available.
My wife suffers from ALS and this trip was on the bucket list of places to visit...and the week was perfect.

Awesome Condo
Our 2 week stay at Beach Colony was just awesome. Only 4 units on each floor so it was very quiet and elevator service quick. Our Condo was very clean and the layout worked well for our family. The only thing missing was a Keurig, but a quick 5 minute drive to WalMart took care of that. Weather was perfect -- and you can't beat the white sands of Perdido. The balcony is truly oversized with plenty of furniture to relax and enjoy the view. Luxury Coastal is the best...that's why we are repeat customers. Couples Trip
First time at this location. Beautiful view and close to Publix and restaurants. Condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked very well for cooking. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom.
