We rented unit 1101 and was amazed at the room the unit had and the view. We will definitely be back.

Great vacation spot
The condo was spacious and well equipped. The patio was absolutely perfect. The back sliding door was too hard for the grandkids to open and too hard for me to close from the outside. Had to use other doors. The top portion of the electrical outlets in the bedrooms did not work. Didn’t realize until the 2nd day when my phone would not charge. Other than that the condo was perfect.

Hurricane
Unfortunately our trip was in the middle of the hurricane.. we had to leave ... no power among other things.. just glad we were safe.

Very nice
This was our 5th time staying in orange beach, first time at this property. We really liked the location of the building, the side by side washer and dryer, the grill equipment was clean, the access to the deck from all the balcony doors, and the layout of the end unit property.

Beautiful location & complex. Furnishings were a little dated. Dishwasher needs to be checked as it was very loud, toilet in front bathroom had running water for too long after flushing, mattress springs could be felt in front bedroom while lying down.

Wrap around balcony with sliding doors from every room provided easy access to amazing views. Check in was a breeze. Location across the street from Walmart, Publix and liquor store so convenient. They are just about done updating this building and it looks fabulous. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Very nice, beautiful views!
Everything was as expected and the views are great! Main sliding door was difficult so we just used the other 2 side ones from the main room! The lighting in the master bath was too much light and heat due to the number of and still using incandescent bulbs so I just lightly unscrewed every other one so they went off. Everything else was great and exceeded our expectations!

We've rented this condo 4 or 5 times now and we keep coming back because we absolutely love the location and the views. Has a great pool outside and fantastic corner unit gives amazing views from almost any room in the condo. Has everything you need in the unit. Love having the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2 pretty quick elevators as well. Right off Perdido, so close to shopping and restaurants. If I could give any feedback, it would be to get some new bedding (comforters) in the 2 smaller bedrooms. Seems a bit dated. Same feedback I gave a couple years ago, and still no new bedding. But doesn't diminish this from being a great place to vacation.

Spring Break 2020
This was a awesome vacation spot . The condo is located perfectly in the middle to all the places we went . The property had a guard at the entrance to the property which I liked a lot . The 2 pools on property were well maintained and very clean . Me any my family are already planning to come back in the future . I will stay here every time if it is available . Terrific beachfront property
We have vacationed in Orange Beach many times. But this was the first time in this unit. We loved the location and pool. We really enjoyed the wrap around balcony which gave us views of the ocean from every window! The kitchen was well stocked, and the living room comfy. The only suggestion I would have is a new bed in bedroom 2 and 3, and to stock some beach towels for the guests. Otherwise, what a fantastic property! - Jill W.

Terrific beachfront property

Great for family fun!
Our entire family enjoyed this condo's oversized balcony, easy access to all that Orange Beach has to offer, grocery stores, indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach access, and stocked kitchen. Our only complaints are the master bedrooms mattress is not too comfortable and oven seemed to have some problems. Other than the items mentioned, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We absolutely loved staying here! The wrap around deck is awesome - there aren’t too many places in the world where your view of the sunrise is as amazing as your view of the sunset, and you are treated to both from this balcony every day. The condo was clean and fully functional… do be prepared to buy your own toilet paper, dish pods, etc. You get just enough to get started but you’ll run out quickly. We loved our stay here!!

Great view!
I would rent again, amazing beach view, everything looked the same as the pictures. the only thing I really didn’t like is the fact you can’t check in before 4pm and check out is 10am generally speaking check out at 12 would be better... or if your going to have a check out time of 10am you should beable to check in earlier

Family Vacation Dream
My family really enjoyed our stay at Blue Water. The bedrooms gave everyone their own personal space. The balcony gave the little ones room to stretch their legs. The indoor pool and spa are located so that the adults can sit in the spa while the children played in the pool. This is a superb property that I would recommend to a family with adults and children.

Nice view
Very nice except for the beds. King bed frame was broken , one side was lower than the other. We told them but didn’t get fixed. Other 2 bed mattresses we bad also. Had to buy a foam topper to put on it to sleep good.

Last minute trip to paradise
Amazed we were able to book this condo within 24 hours of arriving, the view is breathtaking! The Gulf views along with beach access outshine the very few negatives; some things are a bit outdated and the severely scratched Teflon cookware is due for replacing. Other than that, the beds are conformtable, living area is cozy, and the bathrooms very clean. Can't wait to plan another trip to Orange Beach!

The apartment was very spacious, very clean, the view from the balcony was incredible. I highly recommend that if you want to have a good vacation and a good place with a good location, think no more. You have to go there.

This place has the BEST view! 11 floors up gave us an expansive view of the coast. The furnishings and beds are clean and comfortable. We never had any trouble with waiting on elevators. There's a grilling area that we really enjoyed using. Indoor and outdoor pools offer swimming for any type of weather.

Excellent property and location
The condo was very nice and clean. We loved the balcony access from every room . The location was also a plus with many shops and stores within walking distance. The only drawback was the clothes dryer was broken during our stay which was an inconvenience, but the staff were quick to offer to dry our laundry for us and bring us extra towels. Overall a fantastic place and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. This is our 2nd time visiting the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area, and by far this condo was much nicer than our first experience.
The views from this corner 11th floor condo are absolutely amazing. There are 5 sliding glass doors from various rooms to go out on the wraparound balcony. Open the blinds and you can see views of the ocean / beach from almost anywhere. I loved being able to hear the waves even when the doors were closed.
The kitchen had tons of cookware, dishes and all amenities a kitchen should have. We cook a lot of our meals in and appreciated this. Much more than most condos. One thing we did notice is that the dishwasher is 'loose' and needs to be bolted to the underside of the counter top. Would lean forward when we opened the drawers.
There is a ton of space in the condo. Plenty of room to stretch out and let people have their own space. Everyone had their own rooms / TVs in their rooms to rest and relax at night. The master bedroom was very comfy and had it's own sliding door out to the balcony. One of the other bedrooms had one as well. I would suggest new comforters / bedding in the 2 smaller bedrooms. Seemed outdated and thin / worn. Kids didn't mind though. There needs to be better cable/satellite or whatever is provided. There was a TV channel guide that was basically useless because none of those channels worked. You had to hunt and peck to find things and enter weird channels like 1-204 and things like that. Thought it was an 'input' situation but it wasn't. Just a coaxial cable plugged into the back of the TV. Needs HD too.
The building itself is clean, located right on the beach, has 24 hour security and 2 very fast elevators. Also has plenty of 'carts' to help load / unload all of your stuff. The condo is very conveniently located in a great area with lots of restaurants and stores (Publix and Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market are within 1/4 - 1/2 mile).
Other than a few things mentioned above, we absolutely loved this condo. We will be seeking it out again the next time we are in Orange Beach!

Overall, it was great! I would stay here again.
The location was perfect, well stocked with typical household items. Nice furniture, comfortable beds. Indoor and outdoor pool + hot tub indoors. Our condo was a corner unit with a huge balcony with access to the balcony from all 3 bedrooms. The ice maker was broken and continuously leaked water until maintenance came to turn the water off to the fridge. The ice maker never did get fixed. The condo has a few minor aesthetic flaws that need to be fixed.

The condo was perfect for our stay with 7 people. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our daily meals and the common areas were big enough for all of us to lounge around comfortably. The most amazing part of the condo is the view! It has a huge L-shaped patio with an undisturbed view of the ocean. I stayed in the master bedroom and it was nice to wake up to the sight of the ocean every morning. Another thing that I really enjoyed was that instead of having keys to the condo, there was a keycode on the door. This allowed for all of us to come and go as we pleased without having to worry about who all had a key. We had direct access to the beach which was beautiful, but if the beach is not your thing, the pool also had a nice view of the ocean. The grocery store is right across the street which was extremely convenient for anything we forgot to bring. I highly recommend staying at this listing.
