Things to Note
*Please note: Construction for a different property is underway next door (east side) of Colonnades. Though this does not directly affect The Colonnades, some noise from work may be heard.
Please note: Colonnades will be undergoing a balcony restoration project beginning Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Here is what to expect:
• Expected to last till the end of December, maybe into January depending on weather.
• Re-surfacing the balcony decks and replacing the railings
• The pool and pool deck will be closed during the project. The noise level will be loud when they are grinding the balconies.
• Balcony closures (furniture will be brought into the unit during these times)

Lovely Condo and Location
Condo was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. The decor was lovely. Enjoyed the furniture on the balcony to eat our breakfast each morning and hang out after dark. Everything about our stay was simple yet beautiful. Great communication from owner, easy check in (we just walked in basically), beautiful view (saw lots of dolphins), clean and stocked with basics. The only concern we had was the bathroom shower stall, lots of black spots that came off with some scrubbing, we get it things happen & have had wonderful experiences with this BNB company, if that was my only concern and issue I rate this vacation experience 100!!- Karlee , Posted:
