The unit at the Eden that we stayed in was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The amenities of this resort were superior. There were so many great features in the condo and on the grounds that we will make a concerted effort to stay there next year.

Amazing resort
Spent 4 nights and had a great time. The resort has it all...pool, beach, dock, fitness center, indoor pool, cafe. Perfect. Beach beautiful So nice have bathrooms near the beach Pool was unique and refreshing-waterfalls Baby pool perfect for toddlers Hot tub Very clean Bring a wagon with small kids. Makes the walk from room to beach easy. Condo was large and comfortable-nice to have washer/dryer Amazing view of beach and ocean Comfy beds Super sweet staff Quiet Took the kids fishing and crabbing at the dock-had to get fishing license but boys loved it. Dock is behind resort Tennis courts Location not too commercialized. Small mart across the street for last min needs Pizza and dining near by Outlet shopping 30min away Publix and grocery stores 5-10 min away. Bring your own beach towels and we always pack a small “condo bag” filled with detergent/trash bags/salt/pepper/cooking spray/dishwasher tablets/coffee filters/paper towel so we don’t have to always buy all this stuff again. They supply only a days worth of these small supplies. 5 stars-we will be back!!

Quick Getaway
Lovely, clean condo in the perfect location. Tastefully decorated and love the seal statue in the master bath! We have stayed at the Eden many times and never been disappointed. Grounds are clean, clients have always been respectful of others and grounds are quiet and away from the crowds!

Immaculate!
The condo itself was immaculately cleaned and had everything you could need even an outdoor storage area with stuff for the beach, the property itself was absolutely beautiful short walk to the beach and the waterfalls and pools were just the best

Quiet, Beautiful Condo, Great Location
This was our first time staying in Perdido Key and we will absolutely be back. We arrived after hours so picked up our packet from the lock box at the office. Our key card didn't work at first, so the helpful staff working that night let us in and the key was working the next morning. Eden is lovely and this unit was everything our family of four wanted. The balcony was perfect and the view from the master and living room was amazing. We watched the sunrise and saw dolphins each morning from the balcony. The unit is located near the end of the building so it was very quiet. We never heard any other guests walking by. The beach was quiet too, since the condo is located at the end, close to the state park. Beach access through the pool area was easy and convenient. And the pool was so nice! The grounds were beautifully landscaped, lots of seating, and the kids loved the waterfall. After searching for the perfect location for months, I am so glad we decided on this one, and we definitely plan to return!

Great property

Truely Eden
Our stay at Eden was wonderful. I have been staying there for 25+ years now. Eden is top notch. Our condo was very nice. It was well appointed with everything we could need. I brought quite a few staples from home, but did not need to use my own. There was more than enough of everything. I highly recommend checking out the Perdido Bay Seafood. We got some fresh fish and cooked it in the condo. Their key lime pie is homemade and delicious! (I hope its ok to mention this.)

Eden still nice!
Eden wasn't crowded and was still well kept. Pools clean and not crowded. Beach was pristine. The property has been kept up well. The individual unit needs updating at some point to make it more modern including appliances, fixtures etc. But everything was clean and in good working order. The people at Luxury Vacation rentals were great at accommodating late arrivals and scheduling changes. We will definitely rent again!
