This condo is in a great location; walking distance to several great bars/restaurants. Right on the beach! The view is absolutely incredible. The condo is beautifully furnished and very inviting. We loved our stay and definitely stay again.

Sept Stay

Awesome Visit!
Enjoyed our time at Perdido Key. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. The condo had everything we needed to make it a great family vacation. My daughters enjoyed the pools (especially the heated one). It was great to be able to spend time with my nephew that is stationed at the Navy base nearby.

Best vacay ever!
My family books a vacation to this area each year. This has been our favorite condo unit we’ve ever stayed in! My husband I had had privacy and the kids had their own space white the great design of this condo! The decor was so nice and the bed was the most comfy I’ve ever been on! I even ordered the same bed for my own home! Amazing views and we loved the heated pool! Top notch! We’ll be back!

This unit and location were perfect! The view was all that and more! Right by the elevator, easy access to throw out trash to keep the place nice and clean. Umbrella and chair service was great and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

Paradise in Perdido
Beautiful rokm with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was so well stocked to be able to cook for 7 people. We had the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. My daughter asked if we could come back every year.

Paradise Away From Home
I cannot say enough good things about this stay. From the spacious rooms to the amazing views, we couldn’t have asked for more. Every member of our party was able to have their own space but yet we were all able to spend time in the living room looking at that million dollar view. The beach service was great having 2 chairs with our names on them and they moved us closer to the front each day. The last day we were front row and got to enjoy the beautiful ocean under an umbrella. The pool was beautiful and my Grandson enjoyed every minute of pool time. I did wish the pool was open later than 10 as we are on vacation so we stay up late. We grilled on the community grills, made amazing memories in the pool and on the ocean and the time in the condo was beyond my expectations. It was FULLY stocked. All pots, pans, utensils, everything you could have needed and more which I haven’t seen in other condos I’ve stayed at. And the decor… absolutely perfect. We didn’t want to leave! I’ve already reached out to book next year’s trip. We could not have asked for more. Can’t wait til 2024!

First time to Perdido Key
Loved our trip...the condo was excellent. I have stayed in many condos from Gulf Shores to SandDestin and this was our favorite. The condo was well stocked with any item you could think of. We also loved games and puzzles.

One of the best Vacation Homes to stay at
The condo was very clean and the view was breathtaking...even though it was during the winter season we still had a lot of fun for our families to enjoy a nice vacation...once we were there we regretted not staying there for the entirety of our vacation. The private pool, gym, grills and few steps to the beach made this one of our most memorable vacation spots. Next time we visit we are definitely staying there. Everything in the condo was awesome they really went above and beyond our expectations.

Plenty of room, excellent view from balcony
Great condo with all needed supplies for a fun beach getaway. We cooked two nights and found everything we needed. The washer and dryer are huge, so you can easily keep up with your beach towel laundry! There are big TVs in each room--great for our teenagers when they needed a break from the beach. I noticed a lot of other reviewers saying the elevators were an issue--we didn't experience any problems. We maybe had to wait 3 or 4 minutes for an elevator. The pools are clean and convenient. The included beach service with two chairs was so helpful--we had two chairs of our own, but we appreciated the umbrella and extra chairs. This is a great location too--plenty of good restaurants close--try the original point restaurant for delicious, fresh and affordable seafood. Really enjoyed Doc's in Gulf Shores too. We would definitely stay in this beautiful condo again.

Exactly as shown.
We had a great time soaking up the sun and surf at Palacio 304. The furnishings, linens, kitchen supplies and setting were exactly what we expected. The rooms are spacious and we had everything we needed. The deck is the perfect place to chill, eat, watch dolphins and spend time with family. One concern was that the air conditioning didn't cool the condo evenly. The master bedroom was plenty cool but the 2 other bedrooms and baths were much warmer. If we set the air so it was comfortable in one area, the other area was too hot or too cold. It wasn't a major issue since we were at the beach for most of our stay and we set it low at night. Luxury Coastal was great to work with and responded to my (many!) questions promply and with courtesy. Thank you for helping our family have such a great vacation.

Family vacation!
Great condo. This unit was right by the elevator but no noise could be heard. Did not have to wait on elevators like some had said in previous reviews. Location was away from the traffic of Orange Beach, but close enough to go there to eat. Need longer shower liner in guest bath. Water went on floor when someone took shower. Rugs need to be replaced or cleaned, but otherwise very clean and stocked. Balcony was very nice and patio furniture was comfortable.

Great view off the balcony. Unit was clean and since the weather didn't cooperate we spent more time then we wanted to there but was comfortable and had a nice Easter dinner. Plenty of room for all of us. Would recommend to others to book this place.

Family getaway
The property was very nice, clean, and had stock of kitchen utensils. The condo its self had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach chairs were nice as well. My only complaint (and is probability not the owns fault) was the only smoking area was in the garage by the employee work area closet... it was like smoking in a dungeon. Yes i understand not smoking on balcony but not outside in the open is pretty silly. But overall had a great experience with this condo.

Great condo with ample space for a family. Beautiful beach and view from balcony, and good restaurants close by.
Minor complaints - condo had weird smell when we arrived, and had to go get air fresheners to help the smell. We also read that 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella were included (listing on the refrigerator and on listing) and they were actually 35$ per day.
Even with the minor problems, we would stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation
My family had a wonderful week at Palacio in Unit 304. The property was well kept and the location is perfect. There is a convenient little shopping center directly across the street with a restaurant, beignet shop, ice cream parlor and souvenir shop. There is a Publix about a mile away. The Pensacola NAS is very close by and we enjoyed seeing the Blue Angels fly over on occasion. We love that Perdido has all the charm of a beach town without the hustle and bustle of GS and OBA. The unit was clean upon arrival and there was minimal wait for elevators despite being peak season. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved that there was an abundant amount of linens for all of us. The unit comes with 2 chairs on the beach, which is a plus because renting those can be expensive. However, you have to go down at 645 AM everyday to reserve your chairs if you want a good spot. That is probably the only complaint I have about our entire stay! The property next to Palacio had a fantastic fireworks show on the beach almost every night during our stay. The water was clear and free of seaweed, which is something that has been a problem for us in the past at other locations. Luxury Coastal Vacations was a pleasure to deal with during the booking process. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfection
Just a beautiful condo. Furnishings are new or nearly new. Parking was actually better than expected. Quieter than most condo buildings this size. Beach was easy access. Two pools (one heated) and a hot tub made sure we had plenty of personal space. Food and shopping across the street. Grocery store a mile away. Everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach.
