Palm Beach D45

Property was very clean, great location with perfect access to the beach, not crowded at the beach because of location which we loved, and we can’t wait to come back!

We love Palm Beach!
We love the Palm Beach condos! Beach access couldn’t be better and they are not crowded. Only downside is the kitchen could have been stocked better and some of the furnishings need upgrading. Super comfy king bed!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Amazing Stay
This place is incredible!!!!! Literally steps to the elevator, steps to the beach , steps to parking ... The condo was so clean and so nice ! Communication with the owners / management company was awesome!!! Super efficient and helpful!!!! Will definitely book this condo again! Our family Vacation was perfect staying here !

Great Condo!!! Nice place for two couples or family of four. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels in bathrooms and kitchen. Our only negative was the furniture was a little outdated and limited seating in living room. Condo was well equipped for cooking, easy to get in and out, easy parking and complex has plenty of luggage/grocery carts. Elevator was down a couple days we were there but there is a second elevator and it was fixed promptly each time. The grounds were very well kept, distance to the beach is amazing, cost to rent beach chairs and umbrellas is super cheap. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, one roll of each was not enough for 4 people for 4 days.

We were in town for a softball tournament in Gulf Shores. The location was perfect for us! Loved that it's on a much quieter, less-crowded part of the beach. Beautiful balcony views and a very comfortable condo. And a HUGE plus for traveling in March with a 3 yr old- HEATED POOL! He LOVED it and so did I! Thank you for sharing this wonderful condo and we hope to return in the future!

Overall nice stay
Kitchen very small. Felt it was a bit overpriced but ocean view was great! Unit clean and very near elevator. Easy check in. Nice families staying at Palm. Pool has very little furniture to lay out on, only one lounger and about 12 chairs for the entire place.

To my surprise, the pictures could not have captured the beauty of this place any better. I was breath taking from the moment I stepped in the door. The pool was great for the kids and the beach is just yards away.

Beautiful oasis to bring in 35. I enjoyed this location to the fullest. Being able to walk down and enjoy the pool and waking up to the view of the ocean was worth everything. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit looks just as it does in the photos and feels very spacious because of the layout. It’s actually a bit closer to the beach than it looks in the photos. One pool was closed for our stay (filter issues and no fault of the host) but there is another on site that is close. Our ceiling fan was broken in the master... maintenance came very quickly to look into the problem. They even offered to change it out while we where there but it wasn’t necessary for our long weekend. The two calls I made to LCV were easy and the people I spoke with were very friendly. They made everything a breeze! The low density unit is the last on Orange Beach so it’s not crowded like a high rise which is awesome! Good, clean, affordable unit.

This 2 bd/ 2.5 bath was a wonderful place to spend our family’s vacation. The condo was super clean, provided a beautiful view of the ocean and was located at a ‘just right’ location that we were not having to share the beach with hundreds of others. It is located at the edge of a larger group of condos (high rises) that made us appreciate our beach space.
The beds were very comfortable!! We would highly recommend staying here!

Oh my goodness!!! THIS place!!!!!! Is literally one second from the elevator, one second from the parking lot & one second from the beautiful beach!!!!! I cannot say enough good about every detail! The ocean view from the bedroom and den amazing!! RENT THIS PLACE PEOPLE!! I will never stay anywhere else! Palm Beach properties are impeccably groomed and clean as well!! LOVE D45 ?????????

We loved our stay at this condo in Orange Beach. It’s exactly as described and was very clean. The complex was very nice and quiet, and the beach is super close.
