Perdido Skye 65

We have tended to shy away from renting condos in Perdido Skye from management companies b/c of bad experiences in the past. This felt like renting from the owner with nicer bedding, plenty of towels, and higher-quality paper products. We would certainly rent from Luxury Costal Vacations again.

Location was ideal for my honeymoon. Room was very clean and everything was as described and shown by pictures. View from balcony was private and beachfront. The communication by the owner was some of the best I’ve ever gotten. If I could give 10 stars for their communication and unit I would. I would stay here again 100%.

The place was very clean. Host was very responsive. View was AMAZING and the walk to the beach was easy and quick. My two year old loved the bed in the hallway, she especially loved she had her own night light. Appliances were all in great working condition. Bed was very comfortable and AC was great after spending all day in the heat. 100% recommend and will definitely be returning!
Also, check out Paul’s Pizza across the street. Best pizza I’ve had.

The condo was perfect, exactly as described in its listing. We had a wonderful time enjoying that view and feeling right at home. The only downside was that it went by just way too fast! Can’t wait to return!!

This was a great place for me and my wife to get away. The unit was remodeled extremely well and it was very clean. We arrived early and thought we were going to wait to get in but they were super accommodating and were able to let us in early. Much appreciated! Only minor thing was that the Keurig didn’t work, but again a small thing in an overall good experience.

Great place. Easy to find and get into. Our room was ready an hour earlier than check-in. It was very clean and everything was organized and set out exactly as you'd expect it to be. Zero complications with any compliances. Highly recommend.

Great place right on the Gulf. Condo was very clean and has all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Luxury Coastal Vacations’ customer service level is hands down the best. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway Location!
We enjoyed staying in this condo! The location allowed us to see the sunrises AND the sunsets from the balcony. We had no issues whatsoever and Everything was wonderful!

The condo was SPOTLESS and had a beautiful view! It had a keurig coffee maker, easy to use. The TVs are not smart TVs, so if you like to watch Netflix and things like that, bring your own streaming device to plug in. It’s not a huge complex like a lot of beachside condos, so parking was easy and it was very quiet. They ask for your email address in a message here on AirBnB prior to check in to send you check in instructions, so be on the lookout for that! The king bed was SO comfy. The two beds in the hallway could not comfortably fit an adult. One of the reasons we decided on this condo was because we had a friend that was unsure if she could come, and with the bunk beds she’d at least get a bed if she decided to come, but no way. Definitely ok for kids though! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

This was a fantastic vacation. I would highly recommend this condo/location.
Easy access to the beach. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Great restaurants and activities nearby. The beach wasn't too crowded and we used the rental service for beach chairs and umbrellas. The bunk beds are better suited for small children as they were a little short for our 2 kids (12 and 14 years old).

Peaceful. Perfect. This condo has everything thoughtfully prepared for your arrival! The bed is comfortable. The towels were plentiful. The kitchen has every gizmo and gadget that you forgot! The view was fabulous! The outside furniture is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the dolphins swim by. It is up to date with perfect beach decor! Sparking clean!! The staff responded immediately to any questions we had. Luxury Coastals are top notch!

My family and I had a great time! Very convenient location. Close to some of the restaurants and ice cream place. We love the view and also I do love the kitchenwares. We were able to cook our meals for some nights. I just hope there is ramp going to the beach so that it will be easier using a wagon specially if you are with kids. Other than that, everything was great!

Such a nice little hidden gem. Nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. Beach was nice and clean and a plus that it was private. Restaurants and shopping across the street. Host was responsive. Another plus was the water pressure in the shower. I always dread going new places because of terrible water pressure and this place was great.

Sweet little condo. Perfect for 2 adults and one or two kids. Great view from balcony, easy beach access, and not super cluttered. There are a couple of restaurants in short walking distance.

My wife and I loved our stay. The space was clean and had all the amenities we could need. If you're looking for an ocean-front place you'll have a hard time finding a better spot. The staff was also very responsive! We're already planning on using this same listing in the future.
The only drawback was the lack of beach equipment provided. But thankfully it was very easy to rent the beach equipment we needed.
