Things to Note
*Thus unit is for sale. A minimum 24 hour notice is required prior to showings.
Please note: Perdido Skye is still undergoing an exterior restoration project that began in November 2023. Work is anticipated to continue through Fall 2024. Anticipated to end sometime around December 2024 based on current schedule projections, weather permitting. Here is what to expect:
• Current clean up of punch list items with minimal affects to guests concerning unit entry doors through beginning of October 2024. Opening the door for testing and minor repairs is expected during this phase.
• East side stucco work should be done by mid October 2024, schedule permitting. Minimal affects to guests.
• Walkway grinding will take place and will be noisy and dusty. This is going to happen Mid-October through mid-November 2024. Walkways will still be accessible.
• Mid-November the pool deck will be closed for pool repairs for up to a week, schedule and weather permitting.
- Progress Update: Construction on the Perdido Skye pool deck will begin December 2, 2024. Guests and owners can still access the beach through the gate between Perdido and Ocean Breeze during the work. The project now has no confirmed completion date.
• Floor closures will take place by November 11th 2024, schedule permitting, and will last about 12 days. Once the schedule is released, we will alert guests as soon as possible for possible relocation.

Comfortable Place To Stay
Great location! Beautiful views from the balcony! The king size bed was very comfortable. Great shower pressure. Loved having tons of towels in the bathroom. Also loved having two AC wall units. The family members sleep at different temperatures. So being able to adjust one in the bedroom and the other for the sleeper sofa in the living room was perfect! Great communication with the property team. The building only has one elevator and it seemed very slow. But the next time I am in Pensacola, I will stay here again.- Jennifer J. , Posted:

Perdido Key is my new favorite place in FL. After having to switch plans due to Tropical Storm Debby, we found Perdido Skye, right on the beach and 25 minutes from Gulf Shores. Great local restaurants and attractions nearby. Was able to rent chairs right on the beach.
