Please note: Perdido Sun will be undergoing an extensive restoration project. Here is what to expect of surrounding work, though this unit is not DIRECTLY affected:
• Project timeline: mid-October 2024 through April 2025, schedule and weather permitting.
• Swing stages will be present around neighboring units.
• Some surrounding noise consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting. (Significant noise and dust)
• Limited to no parking due to storage of materials and work areas.
• No amenities seem to be affected at this time.

Perdido sun
Overall the condo and property were great. Low density building so the beach wasn’t too crowded. I will say, the bed is pretty uncomfortable and condo is dated. No stopper in the tub and the bathroom smelled like mildew. Didn’t matter too much because obviously you’re on the beach the majority of the time. But the kitchen isn’t fully stocked in my opinion. Not a lot of glasses, only 1 really terrible oven mitt.. would stay in the building again but may pick a different unit.- Handley , Posted:
