Just as advertised. Lovely view. Facility extremely clean. Indoor pool lovely and heated. We were there when it was very quiet, off season and perfect weather. Close to various attractions. Only drawback was the outside chairs are not the most comfortable and need blackout blinds.

Perdido Sun 702
We enjoyed ourselves in this unit, which had everything that we needed. We loved all the amenities, everyone at the property was super nice and helpful. Pool (both indoor and outdoor) were great and kept clean. The only thing that maybe should be added is curtains in the bedroom as the windows face the walk way and at night light comes in around the shades.

Nice Stay
Nice place. Not overly fancy. The bed and chairs for this unit were not very comfortable, but we didn't stay in the unit much on this trip.

Rest and Relaxation
Needed to get away for rest and relaxation. Views of the gulf were wonderful. Beach access was easy and excellent and condo was very clean. We would stay there again.

Christmas Getaway
This is our second time booking this condo and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the condo itself, the staff, location, and Luxury Coastal Vacations. On a whim, my spouse and I decided to spend Christmas on the beach this year. When we saw this unit available, we booked immediately. It was a fantastic stay and we will be back this summer!

Perfect location, facing the beach! Clean and spacious, condo was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the balcony and the sunsets. Restaurants across the street were great and everything you need is about a 5 mile driving distance, grocery store etc.. No complaints just smiles and memories ?

Beach retreat
Area was perfect - not too crowded. Property was as expected - right on beach, clean, all necessities available. Communication was perfect. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Gift shops and restaurants in walking distance.

This was a great location. There is overflow parking across the street which wasn’t communicated super well but we figured it out! This location has no standard kitchen items so make sure you bring your salt and coffee filters with you.

Highly recommend!
Five stars for a clean, quiet condo with a beautiful view! Comfy bed, extra linens, towels and blankets. Easy check in and check out list. Perdido Sun has luggage carts that make things much easier to get to your room. We didn't use the pools or hot tub but I saw those being cleaned and maintained, and the rest of the complex was spotless. They do a great job. Highly recommend!

Lovely Getaway!
This property was exactly as shown. We enjoyed the 7th floor view from the wonderful balcony with comfortable high chairs to see over the balcony. I watched the dolphins each morning from there. Unfortunately, the hot tub was down for maintenance, but they were working on it and trying to get it back up and running. We were pleased we booked at Perdido Sun as we had the indoor pool as an alternative. The beach was easy to access and we rented chairs and an umbrella ($35 for Sat only or $60 for Sat & Sun). The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Had everything we needed for a 4-night stay. Jellyfish across the street was great for lunches. We will definitely be back!

Anniversary trip
My husband and I went for our anniversary. Had the best trip. Couldn’t have been more relaxed. The location was perfect. Beach was clean. And the chair guys were amazing. All front desk staff were very welcoming and happy to help

This condo is very beautiful and perfectly situated right in the beach. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night! I’ll definitely be returning and recommend this unit to anyone that wants beautiful views from the balcony and loves being right on the beach.

Overall, a great experience! Be sure to bring some basics like salt, pepper, storage bags, coffee etc if you plan on needing those things. They are not provided. Necessities like soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, and plenty of linens and towels are available along with cookware and utensils. A shopping center with great dining is within walking distance which is a big plus!

Amazing Stay
My spouse and I booked this property in March for a much-needed 10 day vacation. And wow! The condo did not disappoint! Amazing, wonderful vacation and we cannot wait to return! Luxury Coastal Vacations was very easy to work and communicate with. I would have given 10 stars if that was an option. We’re already looking to book this property again in December and next summer. Beautiful!

I traveled with my 6 and 4 year old. We had a great time on the beach as well as in the indoor and outdoor pool. There is a nice restaurant and shops across the street that you can walk to. We never had to get in our car. We just walked over for supper, shopping, and ice cream. Which was so nice while traveling with kids.
