Things to Note
PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers does not allow the use of tents or canopies on the beach.
*Boat Slips are available on a first come, first serve basis.
* Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. This must be handled ten days prior to arrival or the watercraft will not be allowed anywhere on Perdido Towers property.
** PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers is undergoing an exterior restoration project. Here is what to expect:
• Timeline: March 17, 2025 through mid-August 2025, schedule and weather permitting.
• Pool closed until further notice.
• Sealing and caulking around exterior windows.
• Stucco and coating on entire building exterior.
• Noise from grinding and chipping concrete and stucco.
• Intermittent balcony closures. (Furniture will be brought into the unit)
• Adherence to safety barriers and signage around the property.
Please stay up to date for possible changes and know that each reservation will be affected differently. We have no way to time noise disturbances.

We loved our stay at the towers. We were on the bottom floor, right by the pool, with a gorgeous view of the gulf. As a mama, I particularly loved being in a location where we could walk back & forth from the condo to the pool or beach. The place was squeaky clean, had everything we needed appliance-wise, had a huge shower in the master bedroom, & honestly just felt like a home away from home. The kids had the best time. The ground floor location of the condo was great for having two 3 year olds with us. Pool and beach were literary right out the door which made it much easier going back and forth. Loved that these condos were not the big high rises which left plenty of room on the beach.- Brandi , Posted:
Staying here was a great choice! The first floor was perfect since it is townhome style. Great view from downstairs and upstairs. Very SPACIOUS overall. The condo being right where the pool is was actually ideal. The walk to the beach is very short compared to most places. Great private beach area for a perfect spot. We will return every year. What a beautiful condo and location! If you are looking for a low key beach, this is the place. The pool is clean and deck area good size. The condo is bigger than what I expected and super clean. Most times when you rent a place the kitchen is lacking good utensils and pots/pans, not this one. Since this condo does have stairs to bedrooms and bathrooms I would not recommend for older folks. I think the only con I would give is that there isn’t a half bathroom on main floor. Also, coming in late our first day the buildings are not well marked. This isn’t something Luxury Coastal can control but they do their best by providing detailed instructions within your check-in email.
