PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers does not allow the use of tents or canopies on the beach.
*Boat Slips are available on a first come, first serve basis.
* Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. This must be handled ten days prior to arrival or the watercraft will not be allowed anywhere on Perdido Towers property.
PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers will begin a major construction project in January 2025 and is anticipated to last through Spring 2025, schedule and weather permitting. Please expect the following:
• Sealing and caulking around exterior windows.
• Stucco and coating on entire building exterior.
• Noise from grinding and chipping concrete and stucco.
• Intermittent balcony closures during balcony work.
• Adherence to safety barriers and signage around the property.
