PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers does not allow the use of tents or canopies on the beach.
*Boat Slips are available on a first come, first serve basis.
* Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. This must be handled ten days prior to arrival or the watercraft will not be allowed anywhere on Perdido Towers property.
*Perdido Towers does not allow the use of tents or canopies on the beach.
** PLEASE NOTE: Perdido Towers is undergoing an exterior restoration project. Here is what to expect:
• Timeline: March 17, 2025 through mid-August 2025, schedule and weather permitting.
• Pool closed until further notice.
• Sealing and caulking around exterior windows.
• Stucco and coating on entire building exterior.
• Noise from grinding and chipping concrete and stucco.
• Intermittent balcony closures. (Furniture will be brought into the unit)
• Adherence to safety barriers and signage around the property.
Please stay up to date for possible changes and know that each reservation will be affected differently. We have no way to time noise disturbances.

Chill time at the beach
This condo was the perfect distance from the busy areas. We were looking for less crowds. The grounds , buildings and pool were clean and well kept. The walk to the beach was relatively short which was a 5 star for me. Plenty of room in this condo. It is ground floor and right next to the pool but the view from balcony is bit blocked by the dunes. It was very clean ! The only negative was the bedrooms are upstairs. Beautiful condo, excellent access to beach and pool. Fully stocked and spacious place. Host was very quick with response to questions. Only suggestions are label location of condo with number or signs visible on building. Also, master mattress needed to be turned or flipped due to it has started sinking in middle. A Perfect Vacation Experience!
First off, the customer service went above and beyond immediately after we had arrived. According to the listing there was a Keurig provided in this unit. So we had brought coffee from home for the Keurig to find that the unit had a drip coffeemaker. It wasn't a big deal as we would just go buy coffee for the drip coffeemaker. But I contacted Customer Service just as an FYI that they might want to check the listing. Kristie appreciated me contacting them and she would check into it. In less than an hour a nice young man was at the door with a new Keurig. We were totally surprised! This kind of customer service is above a 5-Star rating! As for the unit, it was exactly what we expected from the pictures. It was very clean and had all the supplies that one would need. The location of this first floor unit was so convenient! Just a few steps to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Not to mention Perdido Towers is a great location close to stores and restaurants. I can't say enough good things about this unit! The Master bedroom was very roomy with an amazing view. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space.
