Very spacious and clean for our girls' trip! Great views and patio for enjoying the beach even on rainy days. We especially enjoyed having an ocean view from our bedrooms, too. Close parking space in the garage was very convenient. If you have kids, this is the place to be! Conveniently located near restaurants and activities that made for a fun week. Stunning Views from this Penthouse!
We came down for spring break and had a great time in this lovely penthouse corner unit in Phoenix V. The ocean views from the wrap around balcony as well as the kitchen and living areas are stunning! Even the 2 guest rooms have ocean views from their windows. The primary bedroom has a private balcony with a view of Gulf State Park and the ocean. I had to do some work during our stay and enjoyed working from the work table in the living area. Everything was great! We checked in on Christmas Day and had a little trouble getting into location due to a code/lock issue but it was resolved quickly. Only downside is that we had 6 people and the hot water didn’t last for everyone to have a hot shower. Would highly recommend overall.- Rachel , Posted:

Great floorplan & amenities
This corner unit at Phoenix V was very impressive. We liked the floorplan in this unit because the bedrooms are well separated from the living area so you don't have to worry about waking up family members on different schedules. Watching the pods of pelicans fly right past the balcony was really cool! Having so many amenities included on-site helped keep everyone entertained without having to go out and there were options available for all ages. Beautiful and Serene
Very nice unit that seems recently renovated. The furnishings and decor were very stylish and the whole vibe in the condo was super relaxed and peaceful. We loved all the natural light that filled the unit all day, and the huge windows that made us feel like we were right on the beach even when we were hanging out inside. The complex was nice with a lot of options available for entertainment, like the pickleball courts and the fitness room that looked out onto the beach. Stunning views and relaxing atmosphere
This corner unit unit has an incredible view that lets you look all the way down the beach. It comes with a big screen TV that lets you watch the ball games while enjoying the ocean breeze. Convenient reserved parking space right next to the entrance / elevators is a big plus when loading, unloading, or just heading out for dinner at one of the nearby restaurants. Lots of family friendly amenities like tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, racquet ball court, shuffle board, and of course the pools. Oh, and I can't forget the comfortable beds! This unit was absolutely amazing! Top floor, corner unit with the best views of the beach I’ve had in a condo. The place was clean and had tons of space. The company helped us move locations after the splash pad at another building was out of service. They were super friendly and helpful!

Kids first time at the Ocean
Our stay was perfect for the kids first time. The condo was spacious and clean. Very quiet corner! The ONLY thing that was inconvenient was that there’s only one set of 4 elevators. The wait is ridiculous when it’s a certain time.- Brittany , Posted:
