Fall vacation at Phoenix VIII

Even better in person!
The location was perfect for us as we had an early flight from Pensacola, FL. The accommodations were great! Kids loved the pull out bed from the wall and the 5 of us had plenty of space with lots of towels!!!! The pool was nice and clean and it was a short 3 min walk right to the beach. We would stay here again!!! :)

Beautiful view and furnishings
All was great for our 11 day shortened stay. Got the text stating we had to leave with only 15 hours notice but not the condos fault with the Corona Virus. Had to trash 1$100 worth of groceries, short notice. No vacuum cleaner available but we made due. All in all it was very very nice place.

A Great Beach Vacay!
Once a year my husband who is not a beach person takes me on a beach vacation. This condo was perfect. It had everything we need. It was beautifully decorated just like you see in the pictures. We rented beach chairs for all the days we were there. I sat and read my book. We walked the beach. It was a relaxing time for both of us. If you plan on playing games, you need to bring your own because there are none in this condo. Also, there is no extra quilts/throws if you need that extra bit of comfort.

Unit was tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. All areas were immaculate, especially the kitchen and bath. We teleworked during our stay; one at kitchen table area and one in bedroom at console table (it made a perfect small desk with stool from kitchen). Restaurants and shops were close by. The staff at Luxury checked in with us throughout the stay. They sent a technician to check internet in the unit, but outage was area wide. Loved the shower and kitchen was well equipped with quality dishes, glasses, cookware and small appliances!!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Getaway with my husband!
The perfect location....beautiful decor....fantastic bathroom...super comfy bed....even had a Murphy bed for the grandchildren if they'd been with us! The cleanest condo I have ever been in....fantastic furniture on balcony....nice appliances and good kitchen....wonderful draperies....loved sitting on the balcony watching the storm come in....have always enjoyed Phoenix VIII....and now unit 305 is our favorite! Thank you for making our couples getaway so much fun!

Family of 3
View of the beach was beautiful as the entire wall was windows! Very clean condo and lobby area. This condo was perfect space for a family of 3. My son slept on the Murphy bed and he said it was very comfortable. Master bed slept well also. Kitchen was well equipped for us. The only 2 suggestions I have; add some type of black out covering on the windows for the person sleeping on the Murphy bed or sleeper sofa and the hairdryer mounted on the bathroom wall needs to be remounted as the drywall anchors no longer do their job. Not big issues for us, but those were the only 2 things that stood out to us. Specific details that we liked: keypad entry, balcony furniture was very comfortable and a large rug in the entry hall to catch any extra sand and prevent it from getting on condo floor. We would definitely stay here again.

A Nice Stay Away
I thought the condo was as advertised. I’d probably go bigger next time as we needed more room, but that was a choice I made. It was very clean, and the only thing I’d mention that needs attention would be the sliding doors. Neither side were easy to open. I had to open it for the kids and my wife and close it every time someone wanted to go in/out. Overall, a nice stay. Thank you

We had a very enjoyable vacation at this property. The kids lived the beach and the pool. The Murphy bed was very convenient and comfortable. Awesome Trip
This one bedroom one bath condo is perfection for a couple! It is clean, well furnished and well laid out. This is a smaller building with a short boardwalk to the beach. I would 10/10 recommend.

Very comfortable and clean
Very clean room, check in process is easy (be prepared to pay for parking). Plenty of towels in the bathroom, and kitchen accessories. Both the Murphy bed and master bed were extremely comfortable. The only “con” was not a big deal…is it seems like the outlets need replacing very difficult to get a charger to stay plugged in. Property and beach access were great and easily accessible. Patio is spacious for the size of the unit and the views are great. Very happy with our stay and enjoyed every minute of it. Great hosts and communication

Excellent location! The condo’s balcony had a great view and proximity to the beach and pool were perfect. The smaller size of this complex is more manageable than other larger properties along Orange Beach. Even with a nearly full parking lot, the amenities were never crowded. We only crossed paths with other guests/residents a few times. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo. High quality furnishings and comfy bed. View and location were outstanding. We had a great time getting vamukiar with Orange Beach. Many great restraints and not as crowded as other beach areas. Even though the weather was cooler than we liked we enjoyed walking Ali g the beach. We highly recommend this condo and we woukd definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay
We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and just as promised. The location was perfect—families and couples who were all nice and the beach right there. The only issue was at check in, which was not as clear as we would have liked. We must have missed the one email with all the instructions and had to reach out to verify. But it was fine. You pay for parking (something we missed).

Perfect for family

One bedroom, Murphy bed and sofa sleeper.
Very clean. Comfortable bed. Well equipped. Plenty of towels. Sliding glass doors difficult to slide. Be aware it's right above pool. Pool was pretty empty due to cool water. A toadstool fountain like a waterfall runs all day that is heard on the balcony. You get used to it but I wanted to hear the waves. We rented bikes and rode in Gulf State Park. They deliver to the bike rack at front door of condo. Overall, great place to stay.

We loved this condo
Loved this condo! Everything was clean and fresh. The furnishings and bedding were high quality and the view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. I can not think of anything negative to say and I am very picky about cleanliness of the places I stay. Everything looked brand new in the condo. The condo complex itself was also very nice and well kept. It was very easy to park and get in and out of the complex quickly and it was an easy walk down the walkway to the beach. The elevators were fast and this condo was close to the elevator without being too close to hear any noise from the elevator. I would highly recommend this condo. We had a fantastic stay!

First family vacation.
The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was very nice. Many close places to shop and have family attractions. Very safe areas even for toddlers. Loved the independence even though it is a building. Will definitely be back with the whole family.

Cleanest condo we’ve ever rented. Everything as described. Bed super comfy. Perfect for my family. Murphy bed was great because when not in use we had more floor space. Kitchen well equipped. Pool area clean and kids enjoyed. Easy beach access. First time I’ve ever stayed somewhere with shopping buggies to use to unload and load car. It’s genius!
