Great place! We loved it ? had a little trouble checking in, but from there it was smooth. Clean, very clean. Everything in great working condition. Beds were clean and slept well. Peaceful, little to no noise. Close and convenient to shops and stores. Loved the private access to beach. Staff were very nice and the room was well stocked with dishes, towels, and entertainment. It was our first time at Orange Beach and it was beautiful! We went for Fourth of July weekend and the fireworks were right in front of us from the balcony! Place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful!
Absolutely loved waking up in front of the beach!
Check-in was a little confusing at first but we asked around and was a quick walk next door and an easy fix!

Few problems
We had some maintenance issues so don't publish. The main TV was unplugged and it took us a while to figure it out,, it was the box part so the TV came on but not the channels. I think housekeeping may unplug when they vacuum. The same thing in the front bedroom. It had an extension cord but one of the plugs did not work and we would not know that. Maintenance came in and moved it down on the extension and said the first one never works??? Easy fix for him but a wasted trip if it had been replugged in the right slot. The master bath pipes wobble a bit and the drains on both sinks were slow to drain at first use but got better. The curtain holder on the left side of the master bedroom is coming out of the wall. Our stay was great, the decor is very nice. Loved the little patio table and chairs, towels and sheets. Thanks.- Linda , Posted:

We had an incredible stay at Phoenix east - so much that we wished we had booked the extra days before they were taken (take our advice and stay the extra days, you won’t regret it!). It was perfect for our family and was the perfect location on the beach! Not crowded but had families our girls enjoyed making friends on the beach with!
