The communication was amazing. We had a couple of minor questions and the responsiveness was amazing. We could have lived in that lazy river.

Seas the Day
Making the decision to stay offsite during a recent Orange Beach conference and booking “Seas the Day” at Phoenix West was awesome! The condo provided plenty of space for us to wake up and do our morning routines privately without having to bother another person when sharing a hotel room. Of course, the ocean front view was fantastic, and the serene color palate was soothing and relaxing. After a long day of meeting in sterile conference rooms, it was like heaven to be able to unwind and relax in the comfy living area and balcony with generous seating. The website mentioned roof replacement. While we did see some scaffolding and materials on the street side of the building, we never heard anything. This did not affect our ability to fully appreciate the condo, the view, and the ocean. The location was convenient to all the top recommended restaurants - most of them between the condo and conference site - and shopping. I hope we can book this same property again!

Great place
The property was clean. The staff at the front desk were very nice. The location was wonderful. The shopping and restaurants were all close by. Being able to enjoy my coffee in the morning while sitting on the balcony and watching the waves was perfect!

This was an extremely beautiful property. We had 10 ladies and we all fit comfortably. The location is outstanding. The only con I about this busy location is the low number of elevators. It was so hard to get an available elevator when leaving or returning to the condo.

Perfect Spring Break trip for 2 families. Loved having 2 king bed en suites (plus the 2 queen beds in 3rd bedroom) and 4 bathrooms. Very clean and roomy. Loved having the ice maker at the bar area. The amenities here are great too! Lazy River, slide, hot tubs, and heated indoor pool.

Great location! Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby. The condo is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The view from the living room is breathtaking as it looks out over the ocean. There is plenty of seating for indoor and outdoor dining. This is a great place to stay with your girlfriends or your whole family!

Would Recommend
This unit was very nice and is exactly as pictured from the photos. Unit was very clean and we were provided exactly with the items that were supposed to be there such as a couple trash bags and a role of paper towels and such. Separately, there were a couple of issues that we ran into that were not caused by the owners of this room that caused some wait and frustration. First, is we arrived on Saturday at 4:00 and the line of cars trying to check in stretched out onto the main street. We were told that the HBA of the building is requiring check in one car at a time on Th, F, S, and Sundays. They were also short of staff with only one person checking people in at the main desk. Total process probably took about an hour. Looking back at the situation after having stayed there for a week, 4 PM is the main check in time for most of the rooms so I would suggest checking in before 4 PM and not going to your room to avoid any possible early fees. Enjoy the beach or pool area for a couple hours before your room opens and miss the long line; or check in a little later. Secondly, there are only 4 elevators which is not enough during peak check in and check out times. Try to avoid the elevators at 10 AM and 4 PM on the busiest days. These were just a couple minor problems that were a little frustrating but overall I would recommend. All the amenities at the condo such as the pool, lazy river, slide, and indoor/outdoor pools were in great shape. And specifically the condo room was great.

Spectacular View!!!!
I have stayed here at this unit several times this year. The view is spectacular right on the beach. Each morning between 6am and 9am you will likely see a group of dolphins going by. The view of the water and the beach itself is very refreshing throughout the day into the night. The condo itself is very spacious and has a very beach welcoming appeal to it. There are 3 rooms All with their own bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious enough to host dinner for a gathering of friends and family with a very nice dining room overlooking the view of the ocean. The master bath has its own walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, jet tub with a double walk-in shower and its own Private toilet room. Every bed in the condo is very comfortable. Not too soft not too hard it’s just perfect after a long day. It’s also very quiet throughout you can’t even tell you have neighbors. Like I said, the condo itself is very very spacious with hardwood floors. It’s just beautiful. The beach itself is easily accessible with the chair and umbrella guys right there to help you get settled in. They will help you set up your own tent if need be. There’s lots of things for kids to do and as well. There’s a lazy river with tubes to float on. Water slide for them to have fun. Indoor and outdoor pools with plenty of room to lounge around on. We will be returning there soon on our next beach getaway.

Highly recommend
This property is amazing. We stayed here before in a different unit and enjoyed it so much we decided to return. Our unit this visit was lovely and spacious. The decor was beautiful and the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite large. We especially enjoyed looking out at the gulf and floating on the lazy River.

Fantastic condo right on the beach! The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Great location with just a short drive to tons of restaurants and things to do. The entire building was spotless and super well maintained. Overall, incredible spot for a great beach trip!

Great Facility!
Everything was great. We didn't realize There were 7 Phoenix properties in total and 2 Phoenix West properties. I would recommend adding that to your description so people know which building is theirs. We checked into Phoenix West II, paid for parking, unloaded all the luggage and groceries only to find out we were at Phoenix West, It took over a week to get a refund on our parking.

Stunning Condo at the BEST Complex
Phoenix West 1508 is absolutely the best vacation spot/ condo around! When we arrived the unit was clean and ready for guests. The layout of the unit is perfect for several small families to enjoy comfortably. The decor and finishes are beautiful, light and airy— truly giving you that coastal experience. The view from the 15th floor balcony is amazing! We all thoroughly enjoyed watching dolphins play and listening to the waves crash along the shore. The complex offers countless amenities for little kids, big kids and adults to enjoy! We had the best time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you so much for a beautiful staycation!!

I have stayed at many, many condos on the Alabama Coast, and this condo is the best. Not only is is a fabulous location, very spacious and fabulous amenities, but it is beautifully decorated and updated. Kitchen is very well stocked and furniture was comfortable. The view is amazing!! I highly recommend this condo.

Lovely Condo
This condo is very spacious. It is well decorated and maintained. Lots of room to spread out. The view from the balcony is wonderful! The kids enjoyed the lazy river and indoor pool. Plenty of parking and easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend for families.

Beautiful Views!
This is our second time booking this Condo. It is very roomy and nicely decorated. We absolutely love the views from the balcony. The kiddos love the lazy river! Very family oriented condo. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy. I would recommend and we will be back. Wonderful family vacation!

REVIEW BY AN INTERIOR DECORATOR
I literally gasped when I opened the front door to this absolutely stunning oceanfront condo! The owner has done an outstanding job decorating this spacious, three bedroom, four full bath space. Everything seemed brand new including fresh paint, decorations, furniture, decor, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had a wonderful time here, and we’re so glad that it was convenient to so many local restaurants and boutique shops. The view from the ocean front balcony is breathtaking, and we enjoyed our breakfast out there as well as evening cocktails. On a scale of 1 to 10, this unit is a 12!

Seas the Day - family vacation
This was the most beautiful condo I have ever seen! It was so nice and clean and felt like home! i told my husband I want to book there each year! Our 2 year daughter loved the water slide and lazy river. It was the perfect stay! 10/10 recommend. And we will most definitely be returning!
