The condo was awesome, very well equipped. Great ocean views and plentiful parking. Also like the security and the friendliness of the staff. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Also, the pool area and beach access was perfect. Look forward to staying here again!

Love the view and convenience of the beach. Glad to have the availability of the pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. Location is great and love being in walking distance to some amazing restaurants. Beds are comfortable and the living area is spacious. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great unit. Very clean and nicely decorated. The condo felt bigger than the pictures. We loved the large balcony and being able to open the sliding doors all the way. The building was very close to the public beach and the Hangout, which was perfect for us since we were in town to watch our daughter play volleyball. Parking passes are a little expensive at $50 each vehicle, but we had a great weekend and absolutely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at San Carlos for spring break. The location is great, being right on the beach and close to the shops in the heart of town. Everything was as expected from the listing. We had an issue with the clothes dryer the first time we used it, but the issue was resolved rather quickly which was much appreciated.

Great stay!! This place looked exactly as listed! Very clean and GREAT location! Walkable to several stores and restaurants including the Hangout! Loved being right on the beach, especially with little kids! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Best vacation spot! The condo was clean and welcoming. On the beach, even this old lady could walk back and forth from the beach to the condo. Perfect location. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat.

Family Fall Trip - This location was easy to find and had several restaurants and shops to walk to. The pool and beach were great. The elevators were quick and roomy. Kitchen had a good supply of amenities. Had a nice time with family and hope to come back soon.

PERFECTION! The rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location and very satisfied with the condition. We stayed at this property last year and loved it so much we had to come back! Everything about this unit is perfect for our family - perfect location, beautifully decorated with just the right amount of space for each of us to have our own space, but still be together as a family. Time well spent! We had ZERO issues during our stay & it was truly just the most perfect experience.

Total 5-Star! View was amazing! Rooms were amazing! We had 6 adults, (1 pregnant), a 1 month old, a 4 year old and a 14 year old! We loved everything about this condo! Love the pool, which was perfect for all ages! Beds were firm but comfy!

This stay was better than we ever imagined. Everything about this condo was excellent. Each morning, we spent about 2 hours enjoying the patio before heading down to the fabulous beach. We are more than excited to stay here in the future.

Last minute vacation - Exactly as descriped. Really nice property! Great location, plenty of stores and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes of walking. Dolphins every other day. Overall - great stay!
