We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Key. The unit was beautiful and a nice size for the price. The unit being in the corner was great because of the extra side balcony. The decor was homey and beachy without being cheesy. The resort's pool was great and clean with easy beach access.

We were 5 sisters celebrating 1 sister birthday and her daughter It would have been nice to have at least 3 keys since there was 6 of us It was very nice , easy to park Realize this was may and not high season

Second Stay on Sandy Key
We were so happy that we stayed in the same building as last year visiting with the grandson stationed at the Pensacola Navy base. My only issue was that the unit was not as clean as the last unit we stayed in, otherwise, we were satisfied with the entire experience. We had to stay an extra day and we were able to which was greatly appreciated. Thank the ladies in the office.

Very clean and comfortable
We stayed for a week with family. This is our 5th stay at Sandy Key but first in this unit and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was very clean and the ample seating was nice! Can’t beat the views. The only negative was there were not crab crackers but we just bought some and left them for the next guests. Will definitely be back.

Would stay here again, in Nov when we were there the beach was blissfully quiet.
The unit was equipped perfectly for our needs, and we enjoyed the end unit. Building itself does have some issues with noise from pipes, but after the first night I was able to sleep through it.
The location is nicely tucked out of the way but convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.

Beautiful condo!
The condo was great! My family and I were very comfortable during our stay. The condo was very clean and the location was amazing. It was nice to be able to walk out and be right on the beach. The beach was never over crowded because it's private. Lots of great restaurants near by and it was really handy having a grocery store 2 minutes away. We had the best time staying here and we'll definitely be back!

Amazing Family Vacation!
We stayed in a 3 bedroom at Sandy’s Key (room 631). It was exactly what we hoped it would be. The room was clean when we arrived and it had really nice furnishings. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed. There were plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable! Our view was amazing and loved the big table on the deck. The elevator was easy to catch without a long wait. Short walk to the pool and beach. The sand here is amazing! It stays shallow very far out so was fun & safe for the kids. We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for us. We like 3 bedrooms in case our family or friends want to join us. We love opening the patio doors and listening to the surf. and watching the fishermen fish in the morning. it nice that they have start up items like toilet paper, k cup coffee, paper plates.soap and the towel are big and fluffy. We love the location close to good restaurants.and the park to walk in. it is quiet and the people were very friendly. I would differently come back to this condo.....

Exceptional! Beachfront corner room very economical! Beautifully decorated (right out of magazine)
Sandy key located on beach front and close to grocery shopping. Recently updated decorated gorgeous. No cutting corners from mattress to bed linens! A good nights sleep! All facilities pools and hot tub very clean. Economical stay highly recommend!

Wonderful laidback family vacation spot!
We where so blessed by this vacation! My husband and I along with 5 of our children 19, 12, 7, 6, and 2. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of comfortable furniture. The kitchen well stocked! Complete with a Kcup! The condo was great! I can honestly say there was not one thing that could have been better. Ok one minor issue the cable remote needs replaced and if it would have been for that rainy Friday we’d never known. The location is prefect great walks on beach and beach time. Sitting on the patio you can watch the sunrise and sunset this time of year. Short drive to Alabama and the best seafood is a over the bridge hard left and under the bridge, little rundown house looking restaurant, Fisherman’s Corner! The grounds are well taken care off and the staff super nice and helpful. Drive to the State park in the beginning and buy a pass it’s good for a week. Go to Fort Pickens, rent a pontoon from Pensacola Pontoon they are wonderful! Totally worth the money. Joe Patty’s for seafood a must do! Blue Angel practice every Tuesday and Wednesday was great! Highly recommend. Hope to return one day!

Our condo was as described; clean and well appointed. Great location! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and small appliances. Awesome balcony with a table large enough to easily seat 6-8 people for meals and games. We had a fun and relaxing vacation and hope to be back soon!

The condo was beautiful. Very good communication regarding check in/out. Easy parking and entry into condo. Nicely decorated, great space, huge balcony and right on the beach. The jacuzzi and pool were great too. The beds were very comfortable. The location for us was perfect. Quick drive to the base and we could see the Blue Angels come in on Sunday from our balcony. There was plenty of cookware to use for meals, but no condiments, so add those to your grocery list if you will be cooking.
There was some construction being done to the outside of the building which we weren't told about and was somewhat loud, but other than that, great place.

BRAND NEW!
This place was awesome, the girls said " I feel like we are staying in a pottery barn magazine" One of the pools was heated. Would definitely stay here again. Huge balcony in the front and small one off the middle bedroom. Heck of a deal if you ask me. Pictures don't do it justice.

Get away before school started
We were looking for relaxing time before school started back for the kids. The listing caught our eye immediately. 3 Large bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen and comfortable living area that overlooked the beach! I know I spent a lot of time out on the balcony watching the water (which was like green glass most of the time we were there!) and relaxing. Grocery stores are super close so we did a lot of eating in. Would definitely stay here again.

We were more than pleased with the condo at Sandy Key. The furnishings were tasteful and elegant. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking. Our only negative is that there is a good bit of noise from the condo above which is probably typical for the age of the structure and low ceilings. It was very quiet otherwise and in overnight hours. Luxury Coastal Vacations very professional. Perdido Key is spectacular in every way.

Wonderful Getaway
The property was clean and well decorated. We loved the close walk to the beach and the pool. Great restaurants were a short drive away or able to be delivered and having a full kitchen available to us was so nice for the meals we ate on site. This was our second stay in this unit and our 4th overall stay at Sandy Key. We will definitely be going back in the future!

Terrific Stay

Clean, beautifully decorated condo
Easy check in and check out. Great memorial week. Clean condo. The only drawback was there was a very narrow stretch of beach off of the boardwalk. Some days the water went to the protected sea oats. The condo was great.

We’ll Be Back
This property is in a great location with private access to the beach, so it felt less crowded than other beach vacations we’ve had. The beach is a bit narrow as some other reviewers have said, but we enjoyed the sugar sand and the warm waters nonetheless. We walked about a mile East every day toward Johnson Beach, where the waterfront is even less crowded and we could watch the friendly neighborhood heron hunting for his lunch. :) The kitchen comes well equipped with the basics and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and appreciated the smart TV for our entertainment when we weren’t out by the water. Shopping for the basics is just minutes away, but we did drive to Orange Beach and Pensacola for more restaurant choices. We would love to visit again!

Really great oroperty.
The suite was newly remodeled and very clean. The exterior amenities were very good. The beach access is the best. There we only one elevator working this week but there was nobody here so it was no different than any other time we have been (4 times in different rooms).Food in the area is good if you are looking for seafood or fast food. Nice restaurants 15 minutes away in Pensacola. Just can’t beat it.

The unit has great decor , was well laid out and the balcony is amazing. Kitchen had everything you might need (bring your own oil and spices etc). We were worried about parking because we had three vehicles and only two parking passes, but the complex has a few first come first serve parallel spots outside the gate so it all worked out. Thanks for a great stay, we'd love to come back!

We visited this beautiful condo for our daughter's high school graduation trip. It was the perfect location and the condo was absolutely as described. The decor was just right, not to much not to little. We loved that it was tucked away from the crowded public beaches but close enough to all of the action in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores that we didn't feel like we missed out on anything. We will for sure be back to Perdido Key and will use Luxury Coastal Vacation Rentals again. Thank you for providing the perfect backdrop for memories that will last a lifetime.

Our family loves Sandy Key! It’s a great place to bring multiple generations! Steps to the beach! Two pools! Family friendly. Our unit was just wonderful! Updated with more than enough seating, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen. We’ve already booked for next year!!!!

Our morning walks on beach were never without dolphin sightings and Navy training flights. Fun vacation for all.

Family Spring Break
We really enjoyed the well updated condo that included spacious bedrooms, great bathrooms and all the updated appliances with plenty of kitchen items for eating in. Beach access was simple along with the pool and hot tub. Location was peaceful and quiet as described. We ate out twice and located two really nice restaurants. We will visit again.
