Location was great and the view from the balcony is beautiful! Other balconies do overlook this balcony, but it’s overall semi-private. View from the condo is worth it, right on the beach!

Neither codes July and August, worked for the electronic parking to enter the parking spaces.
The coffee basket for the coffee “maker” was not in the coffee pot for brewing. You may need another one.

Our stay was wonderful, and we could’ve easily stayed longer! Lovely decor and furnishings! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need to cook. The views were incredible. We will definitely be back!!

Dream Condo
This place was perfect! The kitchen was fully loaded, they had plenty of linens, the deck was very nice, the heated pool was amazing, and the rooms were spacious. I would highly recommend this place!

We loved staying at this condo! This is such a clean, well-kept, beautiful place, with the best ocean view! Perdido Key is lovely and this beach was the most family friendly beach I’ve ever been to! We are definitely coming back.

Really awesome, clean, uncluttered properly! Has the feel of a new unit because everything is so organized and clean. Really nice that closets and drawers in bedrooms and bath are empty. Kitchen is supplied with exactly what is needed for a vacation stay. AC works great - beds are super comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here each time we return to Pensacola area.

PerDido Key is the place to stay if you don’t like crowds & want the best seafood
This property was exactly as advertised- beautiful & relaxing. Only problem we had was the elevator was broken one day & we were on the 7th floor. Other than that, would stay here again if ever get the chance. You won’t be disappointed !!

Loved my stay here. Luxury Coastal Vacations was very friendly and quick to respond. Had a small maintenance request that was handled so quickly. The rental was very clean, the view from the bedroom and patio were spectacular, the beachfront access was so close and easy, and the lounger/umbrella rental company right on the beach was so convenient. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to return.

The balcony was my favorite part. I like that it was shaded, yet a perfect view of the Gulf. The only negative was that the entry door slams really hard, so be sure all hands are free! We also didn't realise there were carts you could use take take up your luggage. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful condo! Perfectly placed. Close to elevators and trash chute which was very convenient. Quiet. The beach wasn’t over crowded. The room itself was clean, beds were super comfy and kitchen was fully stocked with cookware.

Our stay coincided with an exterior building restoration project. However, we were made aware of this at booking. The resto project was a bit noisy inside the condo during the day, but from the beach and pool it was barely noticed. The condo was well appointed and we were very comfortable during our stay. Thanks!

Beautiful place
We had the best time. It was so nice to come back to a beautiful condo each day after a hot day on the beach. Everything we needed was right there in the condo. It was decorated beautifully and just exactly as we saw it as listed. We will want to stay here again! Couldn’t have been a better booking And check in process. Very easy.

The condo was great! We have stayed in various condos at Sandy Key but this was our best experience so far. Luxury Costal Vacations included extra touches that made you feel welcome. The check in and out process was very easy. The decor in the condo was nice and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware, utensils, small appliances, etc. that you might need. The overall experience was excellent.

Lovely condo with thoughtful touched
This condo is very nice. We had a great stay there. It is well furnished and I can tell the owners thought about what things people might need while staying there. They have thoughtful organization items and everything you need to prepare and eat meals in the condo if you would like. The pool was very clean and had a nice pool are and the beach was amazing. Nice clear water, beautiful and and plenty of space on the beach. Even in July with many people staying in this complex, the beach never felt crowded. I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful beach vacation. Stylish, comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked with anything you could want. High quality. Gated community and plenty of carts to move in for a week.

Great location and condo was very clean
The directions to the condo could have been much simpler like your in building 1, 7th floor, condo # 71 for example. The email I got about location was multiple paragraphs and too much information that could have been condensed. None of the gates were ever locked to pool hot tub so why all the codes?
Also, they give you EXACTLY what they said they would and nothing extra as far as dishwasher cleaner and toilet paper etc. there wasn’t even hand soap left for us so come prepared with everything (which we did) This seemed kinda cheap and impersonal to not even leave hand soap. When they say on the description 1 roll of paper towels etc that’s exactly what they leave and nothing else. Just bothered me a bit to be so strict on everything.
All in all great stay and the condo was VERY clean and in great shape with beautiful views.

We have stayed in quite a few different units on Perdido Key. This was our second stay at Sandy Key. We love the location of Sandy Key…it’s quiet and close to Johnson Beach which is a beautiful national park that is a short walk. But this stay was even better than the last because of Luxury Coastal Vacation. The check in and communication was easy and the unit was immaculate and had everything we needed. It seemed like a lot of thought went into making the unit comfortable. We visit the Pensacola area about every 6 months and will definitely make this unit our first pick!
