Just stayed for a great week, it was beautifully repainted and is being updated nicely. The view is great, it is quiet and well appointed. Going through Luxury Coastal I found I did get clean,quality unit, quality bedding and linens. Also had new art and beds, tvs, ok was fun. They are still updating so I await new photos when all new furniture is installed( not the orange color but a light bright paint was added) The beach and pool were perfect. the pools were not overcrowded ( although it is early in season). Walking the beach early in the morning is gorgegeous.

Beautiful Property
The unit was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need.. I have no complaints about anything. We were there at a time when is was not croweded, so it was particularly relaxing. The pool areas are so nice and well maintained. I would definitely book this unit again.

Moma and daughter girls trip
The condo was very nice. Location was beautiful, loved waking up to the breathtaking views of the ocean every morning. My daughter and i really enjoyed our week there. We plan to visit again!!

Even nicer than the stunning pictures!
This property is absolutely beautiful. Everything down to the linens was lovely. And as my title says, the stunning pix of anything don’t show just how large the place is! The only loud noise was the ocean. We also appreciated the small Walmart across the street. We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect Getaway

Very impressed with the cleanliness and location of this condo! Excellent views, family friendly large pool areas, and easy access to the beach. Right across the street from the grocery store and right down the road from all the things in Gulf Shores. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone considering!

Delightful OB Getaway
We booked our stay through VRBO/Luxury Coastal Vacations. The booking process and payment plan was super easy The Sea Chase condo was exactly as described and perfect for our adult getaway! We enjoyed the beachside balcony the most! We chose this particular condo due to both rooms having King size beds and the location! Very convenient!! We will definitely return to OB and would love to book this condo unit again!

Great place !!!
This is a great unit and we have stayed at quite a few in O.B. The view is awesome and the building has great amenities. The King bed in the master is really comfortable and the whole unit is very clean and well planned. Will be back to this one.

Wonderful condo
Our week at SeaChase 1503W was awesome! The condo was comfortable and convenient! I was a little worried being on the 15th floor that we would be waiting forever for an elevator but that was not the case at all. The property was well maintained and the condo was just as promised. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay!
My friend and I were really comfortable in the condo. We had tvs in our rooms and also in the main living area, which is a must for me. We had washer and dryer and a large covered porch. We were able to adjust the thermostat if needed. It is just a lovely place. I would love to return....

Wow! Well-maintained, family friendly and still relaxing, spacious, plenty of room at pools/beach
This was our first time staying at SeaChase and we have already talked about coming back next year. The property is beautiful and well-maintained inside and out. We wanted something family-friendly for our 3 year-old and SeaChase is exactly that while still being very relaxing. Condo 1503W was very clean, modern, spacious- everything advertised and more. We loved it and are going to try very hard to schedule our vacation next year around open dates for this particular unit.

Beautiful view of the gulf.
We met relatives from Texas for lunch as they were passing through. Had dinner with friends from Tennessee who were vacationing at Gulf Shores. Our condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed in bathrooms & kitchen. Will vacation with Luxury Vacation again. Very nice people to do business with,friendly helpful people to work with. Thank you for a great time at the Gulf.

Great stay at beautiful location
Great week at a beautiful unit with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. I was a little reluctant to book on the 15th floor but it was no problem at all. In fact, the view was unbelievable and the wait time on the elevator was not a problem at all. This unit is beautifully decorated, spacious and met every expectation. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be going back.

Nice View and Clean
Wonderful stay. I try to pick a condo where I can sun on the balcony as well. This condo provided just that. I really like SeaChase...the pools, hot tubs and landscape is so relaxing. Condo was spacious and clean. Will try again to rent next year.

Sea Chase 1503W
This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we will be back! Condo was great just as described in listing. Very clean, spacious, and beautiful ocean view. Easy beach access and beach seemed less crowded in front of our condo than others. Good central location to restraunts and right across from Grocery store. We would stay here again! Only complaint we had was one of the elevators was out our whole stay. So elevator wait time was long.

Happy to find this property available again!
I spent some time here with family this past summer. It is a very comfortable, well appointed beach rental with great views on a beautiful beach. We were considering a return visit and learned that the property had been sold. We are super excited to learn that the new owners are doing some upgrades and it is available for rental again. Definitely checking my calendar for a date this season!!!

Loved it will definitely be staying again, only negative really is that people who smoke on the balcony of other rooms (which is against property rules) kind of make it tough to sit on the balcony, but that could not ruin how great this was and could happen anywhere you stay

Great Rental
Our unit was probably one of the best stocked units I have ever stayed at. The kitchen lacked nothing, top notch appliances, the bathrooms had an abundance of towels, and the beds were so comfy. We loved the lanyard entrance option for security. I have nothing but good things to say about Seachase 1503W. Will def book again.

Amazing view, beach access, and pools
A great stay. Location amazing. We were in the second bed/bath and the drain was plugged in the tub. When someone from property management asked me how things were, I texted the issue to them and they had someone out to fix it the next day. Thanks for a lovely visit!
