Our Stay
Everything was what we expected when we arrived except, the windows outside and inside were filthy. My wife tried to clean them the best that she could with what she had. We did request them to be cleaned, they apoligized and said that it should have been taken care of before our arrival. But through out our entire stay no one came to address the problem ( they were given permission to enter the unit if we were not there), we do understand that outside is hard to keep clean, but that is no excuse for the inside.

We loved Seachase 404E. The decor was very chic and comfortable. The layout of the condo was nice and the view of the ocean was breathtaking from the kitchen, living space and master. It was nice the whole time we were there, so we just turned the air off and kept all the sliding doors open because our 3-year-old wanted to "hear the sound of the tides!" The lobby and outdoor amenities were super clean and very convenient for the little ones and bathrooms were easily accessible from the pools which is a minor detail, but we have a little one a few months out of potty training! We have definitely saved this as a favorite!

Great Stay
We were pretty impressed with the condo. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, nothing major, but we let them know, and they got back to us very quickly. It fit everyone comfortably and was in the perfect location. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.

Great Family Vacation

Can't beat the location and the amenities. We loved being right on the beach and all of the pool options. Our son is disabled and the ramp made it super easy to take him to the beach. The zero entry pool was also great for getting him in the water. Our 9-year old loved the pool waterfall and the splash pad.
Everything was clean and check-in instructions were clear and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great spring break!
This condo is very clean and modern. We were very comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities and beach toys available for our use. We would recommend this unit to anybody and will likely stay again.

We have been coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for about 15 years, and this is by far the best condo and Seachase, in general, is the best place we have stayed so far. This unit has 2 covered parking spots which were especially convenient for the occasional showers we encountered. I can't say enough about the accommodations of the unit - every amenity was right at your fingertips, truly a "home away from home". Our little ones loved the bunk bed room, and our young adults shared the 2nd bedroom with no trouble at all. The master suite was luxurious. Both security guards we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Seachase is a very family-friendly place and we would definitely like to stay here again. Many thanks to the Peterson's for our wonderful stay!!!

Beautiful view with nice balcony furniture. Spacious condo. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the nugget ice machine. Clean condo and multiple towels provided which was very appreciated. The beds are very hard but lots of pillows were provided which was a plus. There is also a washer and dryer which is very helpful. The dryer does require multiple cycles to completely dry a load. It would be nice to have more seating options in the living room. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for an amazing family vacation.

Great Condo
Great space, great location and a perfect view of the beach! The water pressure and WIFI in the condo were terrible. The condo didn’t feel as clean as It could have, hair in the shower and I would have like to have preferred it smell clean....every morning we went down to the lobby the smell of bleach or overwhelmed us, that wasn’t the case when we first arrived in our condo. I would suggest a mirror for the vanity section of the master bathroom.

Wonderful vacation!!
Unit 404E is just as nice as the photos!! It is spacious and very contemporary in design. It is wonderful that you can enjoy the ocean view so well from so many areas of the condo!! The kitchen is supplied with everything you would need to cook in but is also located close to many nice restaurants and grocery stores. The complex is well maintained and the indoor pool is one of the nicest we have used. Plenty of pools and hot tubs to accommodate the 3 towers. We were blessed with fantastic weather so we could even use the outdoor pools and hot tubs (these were so relaxing) if we chose to. Would definitely stay here again, but unfortunately it is already booked for the time we usually get to come. :(

I can't say enough great things about this condo. The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. It has everything that you would need if you wanted to cook, which we didn't because there are too many delicious restaurants. The view from the balcony, master bedroom and dining room and living room are gorgeous. The boardwalk to the beach is located directly under the condo so it might take 5 minutes at the most to be on the beach. We had the most relaxing time watching dolphins and just listening to the ocean. The owners have put alot of effort and thought into making their guest comfortable. This condo has lots of little extras. We had an amazing vacation!

The condo was the perfect size for our family. We had 5 adults and 1 2 year old. Everything was walking distance - beach & pool. Grocery stores were right across the street which made it very convenient. Would recommend this place.

Gorgeous unit and well-maintained, convenient property
Seachase 404E is gorgeous, inside and out with spectacular views from nearly all rooms. Lots of space, and well-equipped. Can be in the sand in just a few steps! Seachase property is clean, well-kept with multiple pools/hot tubs and the convenience of large carts to help with transport of groceries/luggage from the parking lot to condo.

Wonderful views; beachy chic!
We loved our stay at Seachase! First, it was so clean! Gorgeous beach views from master bedroom, den, dining room and well appointed kitchen. Nice, updated decor; comfy beds; smart tvs. We appreciated the 24-hour security. The outdoor property is beautiful as well and it’s just a short walk to the beach! We will definitely stay here again!

Just as pictured!
We had never been to the area before and when I started looking at a variety of rentals, this one is one that caught my eye immediately. Plenty of room to stretch out, very tastefully decorated, kitchen stocked with pretty much everything you could want, including two different types of coffee pots! The furniture was comfortable and clean. Beds VERY comfortable, plenty of spare blankets and pillows in closet, if needed. The balcony was not huge, but plenty roomy. Also included two parking spots and they were out of the sun! Another plus. Dealing with Luxury vacation rentals was a breeze! Weather could have been better while we were there, but with such a beautiful, comfortable condo, we did not let that dampen our vacation spirits one bit.

The entire property was very well kept. Our unit came with a covered parking spot which was great. We liked the fact that we had an ice maker in the freezer as well as a stand alone ice machine. The wine cooler was a nice touch, that would come in handy if you had a group of people staying there.

404E is an Orange Beach jewel! The location couldn’t be better—just a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach space in front of the condo felt almost private—It was always clean, peaceful, and never too crowded. The balcony was a favorite, with a perfect view of the pool and beach. Our teens enjoyed going down to the pool and beach together, and we loved that we could always see them from the condo. The two covered parking spaces were super convenient, and the available carts made loading and unloading a breeze. Plus, having a grocery store right across the street and easy delivery options was a major bonus. Just a heads-up—there weren’t any basic cooking supplies like nonstick spray, salt/pepper, or coffee filters, and we had limited paper products—so just be sure to bring those along. We did have a few minor issues with the TVs, but nothing that interfered with our vacation. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we will definitely return! I promise you won't be disappointed!!

This was the most beautiful condo. We have stayed at many condos on this property but this is by far the best. I don't have any complaints. All of the furniture felt brand new, no carpet is a must for me and it was all hard floors, very clean and we'll kept. We will book again!

Impeccable and inviting!
We had a small girls weekend, (with my husband invited to be the maker of coffee and breakfast!) and had a lovely time. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook for a group and the dining room table was so nice with windows all around it...aaah! This unit was well appointed, fresh decorating, and wonderfully new furniture! My last few rentals ( other places) had broken horrid furniture that was miserable to sit or sleep on! The grounds were lovely, maintained pool, great view, short walk to the beach and shopping! We will be back! -already looked at dates we can gather again! Thank you!

Seachase 404E is a beautiful condo. It is spacious and roomy enough for four adults and two children
We have stayed at multiple units in Seachase, and 404E ranks at the top with the best. There are beautiful gulf views. The dolphins performed every morning. The weather was great, although a bit windy. We are looking forward to our next visit to Seachase!

404E Seachase was the nicest place I've stayed in all my years of vacationing.
The floor plan in this unit is outstanding. The furniture and the bedding were comfortable.The kitchen is loaded with all the necessities. The only negatives I can share are that there was construction going on in the unit above us and the early trash pick up; it's annoying to try to sleep late with hammering and such going on. And also they say there is 24 hour security but more times than I'd like to admit, the security guard was not in the booth and this was always at nighttime.

By far the best place we have stayed In Orange beach the dryer didn’t dry very well and the outdoor furniture was very low to floor and looked very worn would be nice to have the higher chairs and table out there like some of the other condos have other than that it’s the perfect location and we will return in the future.

Perfect location
Seachase is the absolute perfect location! Right across the street from several stores and restaurants. Right off the beach! Just a short walk to the sand from the condo. We watched dolphins play all day every day! It was amazing! The staff was wonderful, the condo very nice and clean!

the pictures do not do this condo justice. It is absolutely beautiful and the owners have thought about any little thing that you might need for a beach trip. The view was incredible. We ate out for all of our meals, but if you wanted to cook, everything that you would need is there. We had a wonderful time and loved, loved the condo.

We ABSOLUTELY will be back!!!
The condo was amazing! Super clean, lovely complex. Everything was well-taken care of. The elevators are super-fast, it was wonderful having assigned parking spaces, and the beach is amazing! The only thing that was just okay was the dishwasher. It is loud and the door seems to have sprung. Works fine, but might be time for an upgrade. Definitely wouldn't prevent us from staying here again, this was by far our favorite condo we have rented!
