Sea Chase 404W was a great place to stay for our girls’ getaway trip. Accommodations and amenities were perfect. It had everything we needed and more.

Great and Easy Stay
The condo was super nice. We stayed at the SeaChase when I was a kid, and our vacation brought back great memories! I especially appreciated the easy access to the pool, which we had to ourselves quite a bit!This was our last big trip before our baby gets here, and it was super relaxing!

Our first visit at Seachase was amazing. The condo was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The walk to the beach was very easy and shorter than most. The views are breathtaking and the many pools and spas are the icing on the cake. We hope to visit again next year.

great place and so clean ! great communication with rental company! we was with a group of 3 other families that was also in seachase , different tower and they paid about 300 less for the week. we had a very clean , up to date room though. will consider staying again!

Perfect spot for my family of 5!
Clean and well kept! Loved all of the pools, short walk to the beach and tennis courts. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the master bed was a little hard for my liking. Kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again. I also like the grocery stores are across the street.

The perfect 2bdr condo!
Seachase 404W unit was wonderful. It was clean in every corner. It had all the utensils, linens, and comforts that we needed plus some. The decor was spot on. The washer/dryer worked perfectly as did the kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable. The master king had plenty of comfortable pillows. The guest bed had comfortable bunks plus a trundle that we didn't check out. The view was perfect. We could watch the pool and hot tub on the west side or we could scoot our chairs back a foot and only see the sand and the ocean. The beach was VERY quiet this week and the beach service was very polite and accommodating. Our teenager loved that she had 2 pools, an infinity pool, or a 3 foot pool to choose from but mostly she liked the indoor pool and the 4 hot tubs to hop into. There is also a 1 foot kiddie pool that is gated that we may use next year with a grandchild. The grounds are beautifully manicured and planted to draw in hundreds of monarch butterflies. We used the tennis court several times, morning and night. The surface (cushioned?) is different but still fun. The only con would be that the wi-fi is weak and only one beach-access key is provided but that was minor compared to the pros.

Great condo!
This condo was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, extremely spacious, good location. We loved being on the fourth floor - not too high, but a great view of the beach. Never had to wait for an elevator, but we weren’t there during busy season. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and washcloths provided (probably triple what I’ve seen provided at other condos I’ve stayed in). The only negatives I could point out (which weren’t a huge issue and certainly not a make-or-break, in my opinion) were the bed in the second bedroom and the washer and dryer. The mattress in the second bedroom was pretty hard and uncomfortable. The washer and dryer are a tad old and pretty noisy, but they get the job done. Overall we were very pleased with the condo and would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Unit with Beautiful View
This vacation rental was bright and tastefully decorated in beachy and fun colors. No glaring colors. The balcony faced south and so we enjoyed the sun all day long. We visited in mid-February and found the beach, property and surrounding community to be peaceful and not over-run with tourists. The view from the 4th floor was high enough to feel private but not so removed from the beach to feel too distant. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with whatever a person would need. I was surprised to find salt and pepper and even storage containers. It had all the pans and utensils that I needed, even a hand mixer. The king bed was so comfortable that we realized we needed to buy a new mattress when we returned home! The only suggestion I'd have is that given the price paid for the unit, renters shouldn't have to replace the toilet paper in the bathrooms before leaving. (This is probably more a commentary on the rules of the property mgmt company.) Relating to the unit itself though, I'd highly recommend Seachase 404W to others.

Cute, clean and perfect location!
This condo was exactly as described in the listing! It was more spacious than the pictures lead me to believe. It was super clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed to have an amazing week. It is literally steps to the beach. The pools are awesome and never too crowded. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful & comfortable
This unit was an incredible beach condo rental. The unit is far and above the highest quality I've seen in rental properties in Orange Beach at its price point, and the amenities on the property (specifically the options of swimming pools) are perfect for families, especially with young children. The weather was not great during our trip, but it didn't matter because, even if it rained, there was an indoor pool that our 3 1/2 year old loved. The pools were immaculately clean. The unit is decorated as if it's used only by the owners, not like a rental. It's beautiful, and the layout is great. Plenty of room! We can't wait to go back!

Perfect location!
This unit was perfect in every way! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and very thoughtfully maintained. It is stocked with everything you need for your beach vacation. The beach view is wonderful, with access to the balcony from the den and bedroom. The master bathroom is huge and feels like a luxury retreat. The location is great, with easy access to everything you want to do in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, including grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. We were completely pleased in every way with our stay at 404W, and wouldn't hesitate to choose this location again!

Summer Vacation 2019
It was very clean and wonderfully furnished. We did have to clean food (maybe it was something else) off the balcony upon arrival but this has nothing to do with the owner. We loved our vacation and will stay in this unit again. 5 stars!!!

Water pressure.
The only complaint I have would be the water pressure in the shower.The shower heads were nice but restricted water flow to the point where it was hard to rinse the soap off. The condo was great.

Great condo!

Relaxing Getaway

Our family of 5 had more than enough space. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook some meals at home, laundry in unit and the beds were really comfortable! The indoor pool was really nice as well and the outdoor pools and hot tubs. We were close to a grocery store and lots of excellent restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Rejuvenation
Absolutely loved the location and the condo was awesome! I couldn't get the master bedroom tv to work and I'm not sure the ice maker was working right. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Am looking at renting it again next time.

Long Fathers Day Weekend Stay
We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and had everything you need to make yourself at home. Condo amenities were very nice, well kept, and never too crowded to enjoy. Elevators were quick and we never had to wait to go up. My only recommendations would be an upgraded mattress for the sofa bed and a new dryer. Would absolutely stay here again. This property was super clean, super updated, spacious, comfortable, perfect 4th floor views.
We were extremely happy with our stay in this beautiful condo. All of the beds and furniture were comfortable and updated. The kitchen had tons of space and felt clean and new. Sitting on the deck and taking in the ocean was so serene. I loved that there was NO junky carpet, NO cheap overused sandy furniture! The new TVs were a hit with my husband! The towels were plush and felt very luxurious and the queen bunk beds were added bonus for the kids. Being teens, they didn’t want to get pushed into twin bunks. THe decorating was top notch and really made the condo feel a notch above all of the other condos we have stayed at. We went across the street to Waffle House, to get ice cream, to shop stores, to get pizza! All in a short short walk which was super. We visited the zoo, outlets, and State Park which were all a short little drive. We’d recommend this condo as five star without one negative comment. Perfect inside and out with all of the pools and hot tubs! And perfect beach setting and perfect central location.

Beautiful unit
We had a great time in Orange Beach and loved condo 404 w and SeaChase. We were undecided about traveling with all the coronavirus restrictions but decided to at the last minute. So glad we did. Weather was perfect. Beach not crowded. Restaurants still open. We ordered take-out. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Great for our family of 4. This complex has great outdoor pools and one indoor. Water too cold for swimming except indoors. We will return!

Beautiful updated condo on the beach!
Our condo was beautiful and so clean. It is right on the beach. Has multiple pools indoor and outdoor. We decided last minute to stay an extra night and it was so easy to do! It was so easy to communicate with the owners. I definitely recommend this condo to everyone

Summer Trip
Our family always stays at Seachase for our vacations to Orange Beach. My husband grew up coming to Seachase and we have continued that tradition. The staff is always kind and the grounds are very well kept! Walmart is right across the street which is convenient and every condo we have ever stayed in has been clean and decorated well. This one was no exception! We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved Seachase 404E. The decor was very chic and comfortable. The layout of the condo was nice and the view of the ocean was breathtaking from the kitchen, living space and master. It was nice the whole time we were there, so we just turned the air off and kept all the sliding doors open because our 3-year-old wanted to "hear the sound of the tides!" The lobby and outdoor amenities were super clean and very convenient for the little ones and bathrooms were easily accessible from the pools which is a minor detail, but we have a little one a few months out of potty training! We have definately saved this as a favorite!

Beautiful property
In a gate with security guard so right away safe. The landscape was good. Plenty of parking during our stay. My check in was simple and immediately we filled the condo with groceries from the Walmart across the street. They did supply a good starter of everything you need. The condo was big enough for us 6 and has plenty of tv channels to watch before bed or early mornings if you need. Free WiFi also . We had such an amazing time on the beach and perfect views from the balcony, but we found some early afternoon shade on a couple of the pools too when the sun was too much. The kids loved all the different pools while the adults had plenty of seating or hot tubs. We did less sight seeing just to spend more time here.

Perfect Vacation!
My Husband and I brought our 2 10 year old Grandchildren for their first ever experience at The Gulf and white sandy beaches. Could NOT have picked a better place to share that with them. The condo is beautiful, very spacious and perfectly updated. We did eat in a few nights and the kitchen is perfect. Having washer and dryer was so nice! The view is to die for. The 4th floor was just high enough to be private, but easy to get to everything quickly. The indoor heated pool and hot tub was very important to us because of the unpredictable weather, and it was so nice. There was construction that started very early, but that is no reflection on this beautiful condo. All the patio doors kept it very quiet. We are already planning a return visit!

Beautiful Condo
This is our second visit to SeaChase. This condo is beautifully decorated and has been well taken care of. If you want to cook a meal, which we didn't, everything that you would need is provided. SeaChase is one of the nicest and cleanest resorts that we have stayed at in Orange Beach.
