Great experience
When we arrived, our unit had not been cleaned and it was after 4pm. They cleaned it promptly and we had no other complaints. We enjoyed our stay in this updated, clean condo! The pools are great and the property is super clean with easy beach access!

Anderson vacay
Overall we had a fantastic time, condo was beautiful, felt right at home, property was gorgeous and well kept up. Pools were always clean and well kept! Only 2 negative issues were room was not clean and ready for us at check in time, but cleaning crew showed up and made it right. 2nd issue is having to badge in and out of gate to get to and from beach was a little irritating, especially when only 2 badges are provided and you have a fairly large group. Overall experience was very satisfied

As a family of six, with young kids, there was plenty of room. The pools were amazing and the walk to the beach was short. We loved everything about staying here and hope to return! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets in each room, along with plenty of pillows. There was an open line of communication with the host, and I feel confident if we had any issues they would have been quickly resolved.

Great Condo with Beautiful Balcony View
Very relaxing. A lot of owners that do not rent out their units, so it was a smaller crowd on the beach than most units we have rented. Would definitely stay here again. Chair guy was great and facility was secure.

Condo was great!! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything that you would need. Very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this unit to families that want to make incredible memories at the beach.

This was the nicest Air BnB we’ve stayed in. The condo was spotless with a fully equipped kitchen (which we never find). There were lots of bath towels and dishcloths/dishtowels. The property was great as well. The only drawbacks for us were that there is a pillar on the patio blocking the view of the ocean from the master bed and you have to have a magnetic key to get from the pool area to the beach. Totally understand why, but it required some logistics when people wanted to go in and out at different times. Overall, this was a very nice rental and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was our second stay in this unit. It has plenty of space while maintaining a cozy feel. The grounds are well kept and plenty of amenities to entertain children. Will be staying again!

Stocked Kitchen
We have vacationed to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area 15+ times, and this was one of the better condos we have rented. We had issues in the past with condo kitchens not having many cooking utensils/pots and pans, so as a family who likes to cook, we prepared and brought some of our own from home this time. I don’t think we actually used anything we brought; this kitchen had everything we needed! The splash pad and baby pool were perfect for our toddler.

Seascape Property
The actual seascape property was impeccable. Pool, beach, grounds, elevator and gym was kept clean everyday all day. Our actual until 704c left a bit to be desired . The appliances (blender , toaster, iron , cooking utensils) were all very cheap and dated. Made cooking a challenge and preparing a meal a challenge . The refrigerator made a very loud running sound the entire time to the point where it’s all you could hear when you slept. Beds lacked actual comforters so all you had were a few blankets . The views from the room were awesome and the overall condo was nice but maybe not as nice as the price we paid for it . We’ve certainly stayed at other Vrbo’s for less with better amenities . We’d definitely stay at Seascape again, just not this unit.

Refreshing and Renewing

Seachase is the best!
We have stayed at Seachase for years and absolutely love the size of the condos, the great pools, and ease of location. They keep the grounds immaculate. Plenty of security. The unit we rented was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room. Sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view of the gulf and main pool is my favorite part. My kids want to be sure I get the same unit next year.

Nicely redone unit
The unit is great. Rejovations are nice. Our family of six fit quite nicely in the three bed rooms, two bath space. Seachase as a property is always great. Beautiful grounds a great pools, and most importantly right on the beach. We have been stating here on our beach vacations for 28 years. You would never guess the property is that old by how well it is keep. Can't wait to come back again in August!!

Great for families
We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It had nice amenities and the furnishings were nice. The kids loves the pools and splash pad and the beach was right there. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful condo and well maintained
This 704C condo was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and nice appliances. New washer/dryer combo were nice with little ones. Kitchen was well stocked and had just about everything we needed (we cook most our meals). Filtered water in fridge was an added plus. I would stay here again!
