Pleasant and comfortable stay
Love the location, beach, pool, view and patio I didn’t like that on top of the condo fees, I had to pay extra for a parking pass, how was that not included with what I paid per night. I had 4 other families in my group, neither of them had to pay extra for parking. You can’t nickel and dime your renters, doesn’t seem right.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Spray. The condo was spacious, and had everything we needed. The patio was a great place to eat meals and have a few drinks. Communication with the property management was easy. I'd gladly return or recommend to others.

Unit 1023 at Sea Spray East was OUTSTANDING! The unit was comfortable, well equipped and clean. The pool was small but clean. The large, zero entry pool at Sea Spray West more than made up for it and was less than a minute walk. We would recommend and will return

Great Location!
This visit was our second stay in this unit. We love it and hope to come again. The location is quiet, the beach isn’t crowded, and it’s perfect for us. Highly recommend!

We had a great time loved the location, condo was amazing! Only down fall was we wished the patio table had been on the balcony! It looked like it had been broken but just not repaired yet! Definitely would like to come back here!

Check in was a breeze. They provided clear instructions and even sent updates about ongoing upgrades to the buildings internet provider. The condo was just as pictured and beautiful. The linens were good quality and the beds were so comfortable. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed our time here.

We had the best time! Family of 4 (12 & 9 year old). The condo was very clean and up to date. The only problem we had was the elevator being so slow and the balcony doors were a little hard to open and shut. Excellent views! Quiet and very family oriented. Only a few minutes from Orange Beach for more entertainment and dining options. There is a Surf Style store right across the street that even has a mini market for food and stuff! So convenient!

Wonderful getaway!
The condo was very clean. The furniture was very nice and kept up. The king bed was very comfortable. I absolutely loved the beach views. We hope to be back again as soon as we can.

Excellent 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Pictures are accurate. Management company, Luxury Coastal Vacations, very responsive. Checked on us several times to see how we were doing. Would definitely stay here again

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The condo was everything as described and more. It’s the type of place that words don’t do it justice. The ocean view hits you as soon as you enter the condo. The condo/beds are so comfortable. I would definitely recommend that you do not pass up the opportunity to stay at this condo. I would definitely rent here again.

Awesome condo just a few steps from the beach! Condo 1023 is very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was an issue with the guest showerhead when we got there, but maintenance took care of it within a couple of hours. Besides this, all other furnishings and appliances were in good working condition. Very attentive staff. The location in Perdido Key is quite nice, away from big crowds and excessive traffic. Our family had a wonderful time there. I would definitely come back again.

Sister retreat
Luxury coast vacations gave us complimentary early check which was so great. This condo is lovely and a very quiet area . Very clean upon arrival and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short 3 night stay. Balcony has two nice large wicker chairs and a table with 4 Adirondack chairs plus outside sink and cabinets. It has a perfect unobstructed view of the beach and water. Very quick and easy access to the beach. Beware though of a $25 parking fee which was a surprise. I don’t recall seeing that disclosed until we got our check in instructions The beach was not crowded and we had beach service for $40 a day. That would have been a nice perk but we loved it and very pleased with our stay. One working elevator instead of two but was never a problem. Should be fixed very soon. I would definitely come back

What can I say about Luxury Coastal Vacations this was a amazing experience and trip for me and my family and the communication was amazing how they called to check on us also to tell us about the construction going on and very detailed instructions and everything they said about the condo was on point we will be booking with them again and telling our family and friends about them as well..

We loved our stay. The place was clean and beautiful. Everyone was nice and helpful. The beds were so comfortable! Many times I have booked a vacation and the beds were terrible, but these beds were great. The shower was huge and clean. The resort did an excellent job stocking us with towels and washcloths. We were there five days and never had to ask for extra. I would definitely come back.

We are heading home after a nice stay in SeaSpray East 1023. This unit is very comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen. We had everything we could possibly need. The view from the balcony is amazing and the beach very clean. This complex was quiet and relaxing. We saw SeaSpray people constantly cleaning the pools, hot tub, and the public areas. Furnishings were nice, although a little dated. I’d suggest some alarm clocks in the bedrooms and the large one in the living area needs to be replaced because it is not working. We had a couple of issues when we arrived and the Luxury Coastal repairman was there within a couple of hours. The unit was clean except for the sliding door onto the balcony.. It needs a good cleaning in the sliding area and the glass itself. We would certainly stay here again.

The condo was nice. The refrigerator took all night to cool down to the proper temperature and the faucet in the kitchen needs to be replaced but other than that it was a great place. The mattress was comfortable.

Great location. Mst Bedroom bed needs HELP! Frame or Springs or something make annoying racket!
We were pleased with the property. Great location. We had to cut or trip short by 4 days due to hurricane in the gulf brought constant torrential rains -- we were very sad about that -- lost 4 days rent $. If the MST/Br had a decent bed we would have no complaints - but that bed was awful !!

The condo was just as the pictures showed. The master bath shower was better than what I have at home! Check in was simple, the property was in a good location and the office and staff at Sea Isle were very nice and accommodating. Excellent view and a really great kitchen for those who like to cook once in a while on vacation. i would rent this place again and I would definitely use Luxury Coastal Vacations again!

Great 2 bedroom Condo
This was a great condo for our ladies 4 day getaway. Very clean and location was spot on. All the beds and furniture very comfortable. Easy access to the beach right out the back. View from balcony was fantastic. Chair and umbrella company set up right in front of building. Will be back
