Great Condo

The property was in great condition. Very clean. Beds were excellent. Sufficient linens. Kitchen needs were met. Great washer and dryer. Plenty of common area seating. Quiet. Pleasant stay for our family. We loved it.

Amazing!!
We brought our three boys and two friends down to enjoy the beach and ocean! Our expectations were met and exceeded! Plenty of dishes for cooking in and seating for all. Would have enjoyed another couple days of water weather if the tropical storm hadn’t come in…but that’s life near the ocean I suppose! Beds were so comfortable. And there were even a couple lingering beach chairs and toys (skim boards) for us to take advantage of! Thank you so much!

Planning to stay in this condo again next summer!
A trip to the gulf coast to celebrate my 66th birthday turned out to be one my family will never forget! We loved the condo, from the moment we walked in the door, we loved it! The floor plan of the living/kitchen/dining area was all so huge and open! The view from the balcony (9th floor) was a real winner! We had a hard time going to bed at night...couldn't get enough. The kitchen was so easy to prepare meals - large enough for several cooks! You were never away from the others because the condo is great for gathering together while you're cooking. Sleeping away from home is not always easy for me, but not here....very comfortable beds. The condo was just as described - even better. We were right over the hot tub and swimming pool, but far enough up that we heard very little noise. The beach was the best for finding sea shells I've ever seen....you could reach down and pick up 4 or 5 at once on most mornings...even a sand dollar. We loved it so much that we can't stop telling our family and friends. Now some more family is planning to join us by renting another condo at Sea Spray so they can spend the week with us next summer on the beach....and, yes, we plan to rent this condo again then!

Great time!
Great time! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. The only thing I wish they had was a clothes line the bathroom or a hook out on the balcony to hang wet swim suits. Otherwise, everything was great!!!

Perfect for a family of 10.
After starting off later than we expected, our family of 10 had a great 4 nights in this Sea Spray condo. The unit was not ready for us to move in at the 4 pm expected time. The master bedroom/bathroom is very spacious. My husband and I really loved it. Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults. The slats need to be secured! We were somewhat disappointed in this because we were planning on adults sleeping on the bottom bunks. The futon become one of our main sleeping places for two adults. We especially enjoyed the beach being not too wide. We were able to take our "stuff" to and from the beach without much trouble. We found the beach to be quiet and not crowded. I highly recommend this unit to families with four adults and small children.

The condo was beautiful and well furnished.
We loved this property! It was a great place to spend a week on vacation. The only thing I would request is that the cleaning crew do a better job cleaning the floors. Our feet were black moments after walking in :(

It was very great.
Me and some friends stayed for a week, it was very clean when we got there. a few of the drawers in the kitchen were broken when we arrived but nothing to bad. It was nice that they provided a fee items to get you started that helped a lot. Overall it was a very nice and quiet place for a vacation.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Slept 10 of us very easily! Only downfall was the bunk beds appear unsafe to sleep on. I wouldn’t let the kids sleep on them.

Great Condo / Great Location
We have stayed here with our 4 kinds multiple times, the 3 bedrooms and couch beds really makes for a lot of options for the kids. Beach is a close walk, surf style shop directly across the street sells groceries and gear. The beach here is always quiet and not to crowded. Highly recommend 924 East at SeaSpray.

Beach Beautiful!
This condo exceeded my expectations! I stayed her with my mom, sister, and our kiddos. We all had a joyful time together. The pictures really do not show how nice the unit actually is decorated. It is very roomy too! Beach view is gorgeous. We saw a dolphin pod swimming by one evening. The beach is super close, as is the pool. In my experience, this is a always a plus because it is always great to have quick access to both pool and beach, as some people do not always enjoy the sand. Crabbing at night and hunting for seashells by day were plentiful at this beach area.

This was the second time we stayed in this unit and it is still our favorite! We have been visiting Perdido Key for 11 years and have spent the last 2 summers in this unit! Perfect spot; convenient to great restaurants and the Surfside Shop across the street. The condo has all the amenities and enough for our family! Definitely booking again!

Seaspray 3BR Rental
Despite the carpet being old, everything else were in nice, neat and perfect condition. The view from the balcony was spectacular. You could see the dolphins swimming by early in the morning. The unit was just 1 to 2 minutes walk to the beach and it was fully furnished. On top of this, we got total privacy and that is one of the reasons we felt in love with this unit. We would love to come back here again in the future.

Great location, clean and comfortable!
This was our first time staying in the East building, we have stayed in the West building over a dozen times in 12 years. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect for our family. Our only complaint is the TV's. The TV's were so small for the sizes of rooms. They were also very dated with cable as the only option. With rainy days and teenagers, a Smart TV would have been suitable to stream our shows. We would definitely stay again!

Our Seaspray condo at Perdido Key was very nice. The condo was clean, attractive, and comfortable. Bathrooms included small bottles of shampoo and soaps and more than the minimum number of towels. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all typical utensils and appliances. The balcony was spacious enough for four to six people and the view was beautiful. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Onsite management was friendly and available as was the online booking.

Wonderful Stay!
I just want to thank you for sharing your condo with my family. We rented the condo for Aug. 10 -13, 2013. I fell in love with it the minute I walked through the door. The view from the balcony was awesome, great view of the pool and ocean. Every thing was just as described to us. I would like to visit again in the future and will recommend it. Was a great bacholoette weekend for my daughter and her friends. Being the mom in charge, I made sure the girls had a great time without getting too crazy FloraBama is a quick Uber ride. This place is awesome!!! I hope to stay again soon. Beautiful ocean view and very spacious. The key pad was a little confusing it is on the railing by the unit. Great for large families and their elevators never took too long. Parking was easy. I can’t say enough about this place it really made our trip a great one.

We had a great week stay! The condo was wonderful And pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful. We cooked at the condo every night and always had everything we needed! Well, crab crackers! But that was an easy fix! There was a crockpot, blender, vacuum, decent pots and pans, plenty of utensils and silverware. The beds were super comfy. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more!
