Beautiful view & great location
We're stayed at other units of this property before & this was our favorite. The huge balcony offers views of the ole river & gulf. It's a quiet, clean & spacious condo. It's a short walk across the street to the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing view
We arrived at noon. Went to check in. After checking in we received a text saying we could check in early! That was a plus for sure! The view was awesome you could see the beach side and the bay side from this condo! We loved being able to use the amenities of both bay and beach side! The only thing that I think would help is putting a key pad on the door. Trying to open the combination lock attached to the stairs for older people is difficult. You have to sit down on the steps to unlock it. Other than that it’s awesome!

Our family had a nice Spring break at this condo. The water views were excellent as were the beach access and amenities.

Great stay
Love staying at SeaSpray, grounds and maintenance always excellent. Really enjoyed the views from this 8th floor corner unit. Will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable condo with a beautiful view on two sides! Ice maker/water wasn't working ... I hope they can get that working again.

Our whole family loved our stay at Charlene's condo. The location and views were amazing! My teen children are gifted artists and they loved the beach scene murals on the condo walls. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking all our meals. The bar counter was great for seating 4 kids. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom, but one is situated so it can be accessible to all or close the hall door to make it private. Pretty neat! Charlene worked with her cleaning crew to ensure that the condo was fragrance free for our sensitivities. The beach is awesome, exercise room had everything my husband needed, and tennis courts were right out in front. My daring kids even tried one of the pools (with nice zero entry) since it was all of 72 degrees outside! Would love to have ping pong somehow? somewhere? But regardless, we are hoping to come back again to spend time with our college son in Pensacola. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location, beautiful views, spacious unit
Very spacious, with beautiful view from almost every window. Amazing corner unit with wrap-around deck. Great location with easy access to the beach. Did not feel crowded (visited in June), no issues with parking. I hope to be back.
