We had a great stay here. You are right on a private beach and also have pool access. Beautiful and relaxing. The condo was very clean without a crazy amount of specifications for check out. Would come again!

Comfortable, Clean Beachfront Condo
Seaspray East/West condos are steps away from the beach. This unit in particular was clean and cozy and has all you need to enjoy a beachfront getaway. Make sure you bring your own beach chairs!

The condo was amazing! The two bedrooms were exactly as they described and the rest of the location was very spacious and easy to access. We found that the parking passes are not included in the rental fee, but Luxury was very helpful in getting everything squared away for our guests. I will be booking again.

Great Location and So Clean
Loved staying at this property. My wife is stickler for cleanliness and kept remarking now clean the condo was. It was definitely one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in on the Gulf Coast and it was much appreciated. Loved the views of the beach and ocean. The pool was perfect for our 2-year as she could walk in to a depth with which she was comfortable. Really enjoy the lower key feeling of Perdido Key. One with would be more Tupperware for storing meals but that is a very small quibble. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms had numerous towels and washcloths. Really enjoyed this rental.

We were delighted to find this and had a wonderful stay!
The location was amazing with easy access to beach. The furnishings were very nice. We would definitely book again! Only complaint is we only found 1 extra roll of Toilet paper for the entire stay. . The frig was pretty old and ceiling fan in living room did not work.

add BBQ pits, oil the bedroom door hinges, one of the bedroom doors does not close properly, fix the family room fan so it does not wobble, Also fix the family room fan to run flowing air down, change to a smart tv in the family room.

Great rental!
The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and nice! I do wish they would leave necessities such as coffee filters and salt/pepper or other spices for the next guest. I had to buy 100 coffee filters and I knew they would probably get thrown away. If you are driving you might want to bring some of these things if you plan on cooking (spices, salt/pepper, coffee filters, ziploc, aluminum foil etc) as none of this is left for the next guest. Otherwise, this property was perfect!

Nice Condo
Seaspray West were a nice place to stay. Not so large as some condos. We were on the 5th floor with a nice view of the beach. My only complaints are that the elevators were not always working and the pool area had no umbrellas or shaded area. I had my four small grandchildren and they liked the pool. There was no where to get out of the sun.

Great location and fully stocked
We had a great time at this condo. The unit was decorated nicely and had everything you could need. Overall cleanliness was good, however, we did have to vacuum the area rug in the living room because it seemed like it was covered in dog hair. My socks were covered in dog hair within the first hour of being in the unit. Both toilets do not flush well. They both need work. They will flush if you baby them by standing there holding the knob down. However the one in the bedroom with two beds will get stuck and will continually run. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. Overall, it's a very nice condo.

My family loved staying in your condo - very clean and cute décor. Nice and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking with the exception that the salt and pepper shaker was empty. The beach area in front of the condo and pool were also very nice and clean. The extra towels provided was an added bonus!

Condo was decorated beautifully and the view was perfect! Loved that the living room had plenty of seating for guests and that the bedrooms stayed dark all day- made for great naps and sleeping in. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo
We enjoyed the condo very much. Plenty of towels and pleasant artwork. The bathroom near the king bed had a sluggish toilet and the shower/tub was slow to drain. The condo was very clean. We had some trouble with the setting on the living room tv. It would be nice to have some instructions on using the remoti. Also could use soap dishes in both bathrooms.

Cozy Condo Overlooking the Beach
We really enjoyed our week stay at this condo in SeaSpray West. We have stayed in this building a couple times before and like the pool and the less crowded, pretty beach. The condo was very nice with comfortable furniture and a great view. The ocean did have a lot of seaweed at times and a few jellyfish this week. It wasn't bad though, and the beach was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was everything we were looking for in a vacation!
We had a great time! The condo was beautiful and peaceful. Overall, a great location! The beach was gorgeous and the pools and were great. Fitness room was just right. We loved how we were close to everything we needed, yet not in a super busy area. The only complaint that I have about this place is the TV remote situation. It was implicated to figure out which remote turned on the TVs and which ones changed the channels.

Pleasurable Stay
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. The living area was very spacious, as well as the master bedroom. I’ve stayed at many vrbo properties and this one is exceptional with easy access, things working well and the pictures online we’re spot on with how it all looks. Seating was comfortable, tv was very easy to use with info of the channels. Plus they were always checking in by texting to make sure everything was ok. Just be prepared in advance if staying here. It Is a condo space you’re renting out. Not someone’s home, so There no little things like salt and pepper, coffee pot filters, (which we left for next person) oil for cooking, beach toys etc.. but they do provide extra bath towels, and plenty of glasses and cooking pots, pans etc.. overall I would give it a thumbs up! Nice place and your door is right by the elevator, then just steps to the beach!

This is a lovely condo with a great view of the Gulf! Perfect for our family of 4 -including two teens. We all loved the pool, fitness center and of course the beach! Very close to many restaurants and shopping!

Perfect beach trip
This place is perfect for a family beach trip. It is centrally located for grocery needs. The beach was a 2 minute walk down a pier. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Wonderful condo!
Took my wife and daughter down to the beach and we had a fantastic time. The condo was perfect. Checked in 3 hours early with no penalty. Everything was clean and set up for us. Very well furnished and all the supplies you need are there for you. Extra pillows, blankets, dish ware, everything you can think of. The views are unreal. Watched dolphins swimming almost every morning. We will be back!

Disappointed with Property Management not Condo
Condo was great. Everything as advertised. Property management closed pool (Friday) last day of vacation--- Sunny Day. Storm coming Sunday. We save our money for a yearly vacation and were very disappointed. Property Management closed work out room with no notification. Recent knee surgery I needed to ride the bike and that is why I chose the facility. Also the step down to the beach from walkway was dangerous especially when someone has had recent knee surgery.

Best views in Perdido Key!
We have been visiting Sea Spray for many years, staying with friends that own a condo on the 7th floor. When it came time for our family vacation, we knew we wanted to stay at Sea Spray! The condo was perfect for our family of 4, our 2 sons enjoyed having a room to themselves with comfortable beds, a TV and the isolating wall fan! The master bedroom is a great size, the bed was very comfortable and the curtain kept the light out for a chance to sleep in a little! We loved the extras provided, embroidered towels, shampoo, soaps, sponges, etc. The view off the balcony was perfect for dolphin watching and enough room for the 4 of use to have breakfast. The kitchen was so clean, updated and spacious for cooking. We didn't spend allot of time lounging in the living room but I sure did enjoy a cup of coffee on the chaise looking over the ocean! Beach was clean, not crowded and we loved the chair service. Pool was great, yards are well kept and the staff was very nice and check in! The location is perfect, we loved the quick trip to Orange Beach to shop and eat. Lillian's Pizza will deliver to your room as well, it is a must! We will definitely be booking this condo again!

Luxury Coastal Vacations was top notch service from beginning to end. Will absolutely consider staying again if we find our way back to the Perdido Key area!

The condo was beautiful and looked just like the photos. The company was quick to respond to any questions. There is a lot of construction going on (October 2023) and limited parking spots. So that is something to be aware of, the company does provide information for parking elsewhere if you have multiple cars that may be helpful. All in all, it was a beautiful place, the beach was never very crowded and all amenities were in very good condition!

Comfortable home away from home-spectacular views
The ocean condo is very clean and has comfortable seating and bedding. Everything you need to cook meals is stocked in the kitchen including a crockpot and baking dishes which we have found to be uncommon in many other condos we’ve stayed in. It is well decorated in a desirable beachy theme but it still very “homey”. The views from the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony are amazing! You get both the sunrise and the sunset every single day! The living room seating has plenty of room for everyone for evening movies. We had the pleasure of a dolphin show every morning from the balcony! The beach was spectacular (and at this time of year, very empty-just how we like it). We enjoyed shelling and walking several miles each morning. One day we were even able to rescue and toss back a few live starfish that had washed up. The pool area is well kept, and even though it was too cold to swim, we still sat out and listened to the waves crash. We love this area, and this condo was everything we needed and more!

Great Location. It was very peaceful! Pool guy was at the pool cleaning every morning. Bathroom doorways are very small which made it an obstacle for us and my husband with a disability. Host is very responsive and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if it worked for us!

Quick Getaway!
This property is very nice! Close to FloraBama, which is where we were going for a concert. The rooms were clean and the master bed is very comfy! We didn’t use other beds so I can’t comment on them. There was plenty of furniture in the living room which was also very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with anything one would need!

Absolutely beautiful
This is by far one of the nicest places we have ever rented through VRBO. It was spotless with beautiful furnishings and everything you could possibly need there. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Pictures don't do it justice. We had access to all three buildings amenities which was 2 pools, a hot tub, and even fishing across the road. We will absolutely be back at this rental again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Comfortable but overdecorated
We found the property to be well maintained and in good condition. The location and view was exceptional. There were knickknacks on every horizontal surface and pillows on every chair, sofa and bed. We moved most of them aside for the duration of the stay. Everything worked although the dryer is old and VERY noisy. We had to start it and then go walk the beach. One very nice feature, the ice maker produces ice like CRAZY.

Beautiful area to stay on the gulf coast!
Very nice and roomy condo to stay in when visiting the Florida Gulf Coast! We hope the next renters were able to use the coffee, filters, dishwasher soap, salt & pepper, paper towels, TP, laundry soap and dryer sheets that were left behind. Just trying to pay it forward and make it a little more convenient for the next renter, especially if they checked in later in the day.
