This is a beautiful little condo! Extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were only a couple of things that would have made it perfect. The first was to have had access to the fireplace. It was a VERY cold & wet New Years Eve and I was searching for a place with a fireplace. Also, we could not use the TVs in the living room nor the 2nd bedroom, the remotes either did not have batteries or the batteries were dead (exp date 2013). I am not complaining about this, because I know if I had called management, they would have provided batteries. I am primarily writing this to let them know this is an area needing attention. We really enjoyed this condo, we had 5 people 2 adults and 3 kids. Perfect amount of room and a great view of the beach. In the description of the condo it doesn’t state that there is a washer and dryer, but there is one and it was nice to bring home clean clothes. Spacious 2bdr - quiet
Family of 4 enjoyed our stay on the 2nd floor end unit. Beach front Views are spectacular from master bedroom and general living space. Great stay at Ship Watch! Right on the beach with easy access and a fantastic view. Super clean condo with a great kitchen and amenities. Pool area was perfectly sized for my young child, with great seating for eating and relaxing.
My only issue was the surprisingly scratchy towels provided. For the price, I think they could upgrade to something that wouldn’t irritate a sunburn. Also, the pool and grill and type of coffeepot available weren’t on the listing, so we weren’t sure about them until we got the check-in email 48 hours prior to our arrival.

So peaceful
We enjoyed our stay in Shipwatch D201. The unit was so clean and comfortable. The view from the very large balcony was amazing. The beach area is quite expansive and not crowded at all. The riverside amenities are an extra bonus. Fishing off the pier in the evenings is so relaxing. Shipwatch is a very well maintained complex and has so much to offer! The perfect getaway
My family had a very nice stay at this condo. The condo seemed newly renovated and updated (besides the washer/dryer and toaster- though they worked fine). The furnishings were comfortable and the décor was tasteful. My only negative comment is related to the cleanliness. The blankets provided were dirty with old food residue on it. Came across some old chips, skittles, and goldfish on the rug and in the sofa bed. I would recommend adding a cutting board in the kitchen and sharpening the knives.
