Shipwatch vacation
The condo was great. Clean, beautiful decor, great balcony, well stocked. I have only one complaint, no access to closets. I like to keep things looking neat, I like to hang my clothes, so they aren’t wrinkled and put my suitcase in the closet so it’s not sitting out in the room. One closet was blocked by a bed so you couldn’t get in it and the master bedroom closet was being used as storage, filled floor to ceiling. Fixed this and you have the perfect condo.

We will absolutely be back! We loved the location and easy beach access. It was clean and had everything we could need. We loved having the ice maker in the unit available to fill up our cooler for the beach. This was a great find!

This unit was very comfortable. I did read on another review that there was no access to the master Br closet but there is a large dresser in the room and a closet in the other bedroom. It has a nice big bathroom in the main bedroom and has a large kitchen. Having the ice machine is great for our ice chest and the beach. Patio furniture is comfortable too, which is always a plus!

Our stay at Shipwatch 401D at Perdido Key Beach was absolutely perfect, except it was too short. The condo with its soothing colors was so beautiful and peaceful and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the number of towels in both bathrooms were more than we could have ever used. Sitting on the beautiful balcony with great furniture, the breeze, the wonderful surf and, of course, wine put us in a tranquil trance. Luxury Coastal Vacations met every need we had, and they were so prompt with replies that we needed answers to. They could not have been easier to work with!! We will absolutely use them again and be back as soon as possible!!

Amazing Location
Property was amazing, location was perfect, less crowded and the condo was modern, clean and comfortable. I wasn't able to locate or access the work out room, but the property assistant was very responsive via text and helped me with a solution. 10/10

Great place to stay for family of 4. Super quick walk to beautiful white sand beaches! Nice a clean when we arrived, great kitchen, and ice maker is wonderful for filling up cooler before heading to beach.
