Great Family Vacation Spot
Being able to easily walk down to the beach or take refuge from the heat made this an ideal setup for a young family, with an equipped kitchen enabling us to grab groceries and enjoy days without having to go out for food. A hit all around and an environment fit for new traditions.

New Years stay
Everything was just perfect. Great location and great view of the gulf. Even saw some dolphins swimming off the shore. Really cool seeing military aircraft flying around the area.

Perfect Vacation
Everything was absolutely perfect. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax on the beach.

Bright, Clean Space
This space was clean and comfortable! The building itself is a little dated, but this unit has had a great rehab! It was a great place for three friends to relax for a long weekend and would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s so beautiful, spacious and clean. There’s a ton of room on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful, clean beach. We are so happy with our stay and look forward to coming back!

The only downside was the construction going on around the building but totally understand the situation so was not a big deal.

COVID-19 vacation! Did it!!
was not sure but went anyway just to get away from the new norm. We were not able to get in the water until Friday because of hurricane!! Made the best of it. Condo had everything we needed except for a pizza cutter!!?

We've been vacationing in Perdido Key for the past 15 years. Our family condo was sold, so we were looking for a new place to stay that would feel like home. This fit the bill perfectly! We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and with the well-appointed kitchen, we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner with ease. The view from the condo is amazing, the furniture was super comfortable (lovely linens on the beds) and our overall experience could not have been better. We will definitely try to rent this unit in the future!

We booked this wonderful condo for a birthday getaway. This was our first time staying on the Gulf coast and we were not disappointed. The condo was fantastic. The views were great and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Perfect for a girls week at the beach
Such a clean condo, right on the beach...perfect for our girls week. Close to everything, clean, and had everything we needed. I will say that the construction work that was going on all week (from hurricane Sally last year) was very annoying during the day. Beach access had us going the long way to get there, which was not a fun experience, but absolutely no fault of the owner. Also, the noise from their pressure washer could be heard all the way down on the beach. However, we had been advised that there would be workers present during our stay, and it's the beach, so is there really a bad experience to be had? All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful trip!
This condo is very well-appointed, clean, and has an unbeatable view. The balcony is large enough for a family to have a meal on while you watch the waves. It is a very short walk to the beach and to the pool, which is great for little kids. The property manager did an excellent job communicating with us about check-in, and even after we checked in they continued to communicate. We would return to this property again without hesitation.
