** Please note: Parking pass rules are subject to change at the property's discretion. Rates shown at the time of booking are what you'll pay at that time, but may differ based on your arrival date per our terms and conditions/House Rules.
• Short-term stay pass - valid for 7 days from date of check in.
• Monthly-stay pass- valid for 30 days from date of check in.
*Any additional lengths of stay require additional purchase of passes.
Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).

It was a great place for our family vacation. Loved the location, views and above all proximity to the beach. We were extremely pleased that it was not super crowded making it much more enjoyable. Although it was clearly listed by the hosts what was/wasn't to be provided, our recommendation would be to at least provide some more basic supplies (paper towel/toilet paper etc...). Enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. The condo was just as described. Nicely decorated. Pool and elevator were never crowded, probably due to the time of year we were there (late September). A Great Place to Stay
This condo was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue we noticed the first night that was immediately corrected by maintenance the next day. The mgmt company was super easy to work with and took good care of us. I will say the patio furniture could use an update, but it was still good. The view was fantastic, and the location was perfect. Shipwatch was the perfect location with amazing gulf views! Check in/out was seamless. There was minor construction going on in other units, which we were warned about, but it did not interrupt our stay one bit! Great Location at the Beach!
Shipwatch condos are great. It is an older property, but nice and still "old Florida". Just two driveways away from the location of regular music events at the Playa del Rio RV Resort that are open to the public, and within 1/2 mile of plenty of restaurants and bars that you can walk to.- Mark M. , Posted:

Luxury Coastal Vacations is by far the best company I have had the pleasure of renting a property from. They helped me switch properties and provided a free upgrade due to an issue with the original location, they were always responsive, friendly, and did everything they could to allow an early check in!
