We love Spanish Key and this unit was no exception. On the 7th floor, but elevators made it easy. There were only 3 of us; so plenty of room. It was very clean upon arrival. Very well stocked (a new blender is needed, however) and comfortable. Was pleased onsite parking space was not an issue. Great beach views from our balcony. Convenient beach access and service. Was sad to leave. Would certainly stay here again!

Great time!
The only thing is that the hurricane shutters would not open so we could not see the beach which was very disappointing. Reported the first day we were there.

This condo was spectacular! Couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for our family of 5. Has 3 beds, 3 baths, perfect view of the ocean with balcony, very quiet building, completely remodeled condo. Beautiful!!
Wish I knew to bring: extra toilet paper rolls, extra dishwasher soap, basic cleaning supplies (to wipe down counters and sinks). I did bring washer/dryer supplies, but putting down for others to remember.

Wow! We just got back from a week on the Gulf where we stayed with Luxury Coastal Vacations in Spanish Key 702, Perdido Key, FL. This is the most beautifully and completely furnished condo we have EVER stayed in. The view from our condo of the Gulf was awesome! Everything worked great and the bed was so comfortable. From the HVAC to the Wifi and kitchen appliances, everything worked well. Luxury Coastal Vacations “shopping” web-site led us to this condo, the awesome staff walked me through the simple rental process, and their follow up and directions were clear, concise, and appreciated. We had no problem with safety, security, parking, and other things in their control. We love this location and spent most of our time at the Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival at the Flora-Bama which is within walking distance. Flora-Bama is awesome with good food and entertainment from noon-2am most days. When not listening to great music, we were enjoying sunrises and sunsets, dolphins swimming by, decent weather for early November, and plenty of wide open spacing on the beach. We took our own beach toys but, Perdido Key rental service offered chairs and umbrellas. We were also able to get in a Blue Angels practice and beach air show. So much to do. Highly recommend Perdido Key Seafood market and Cobalt’s for fresh seafood and dining. In closing, we will continue to use Luxury Coastal Vacations as our “go to” for gulf rentals. We found them to be professional, courteous, timely, and providing the highest quality/value rental. I have stayed at other providers rentals so I can make that claim. Absolutely perfect!
Our stay was amazing! There were six of us ladies who have taken vacations together for several years. We enjoyed every minute! The decor, The amenities, the necessary things you want when you rent a condo… All top notch! We will 100% rent this condo again next year (if Covid doesn’t screw things up again ?????) I especially enjoyed working with Sarah and Sheila with Luxury Vacations ?? ????

The prettiest condo in Spanish Key
We have a group that rent at least 4 condos in the Spanish Key complex. This is the first time I rented 702. It is super clean and love the high ceilings that the 7th floor offers. Will definitely be renting again.

Will be Re-Booking!
Condo was better then expected! Updated High ceilings & beachy décor. We had a group of 6 with more than enough space. Gym/sauna are nice and clean. We were walking distance from FloraBama which was a plus so we didn’t have to worry about finding an Uber. Definitely recommend this and we will re-book in the future.

We stay at Spanish Key every summer & this unit was by far my favorite yet! It’s beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you could possibly need! The in-unit ice maker is great & we had a wonderful Visit ! We would definitely recommend it!

Great location and the condo did not feel overly crowded (we rarely waited on an elevator). Condo was spacious (high ceilings made it feel even bigger) and accommodated our family very well. We loved that the condo had an ice maker so it made packing our beach cooler very easy! Kitchen was nicely stocked and had what we needed. Only a couple of small complaints but the management company said they would put in a work order and take care of those minor issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot
Spanish Key is one of our favorite places to stay in Perdido Key. It’s quiet and peaceful but an easy walk to the Florabama for a drink or to listen to music. This condo was perfect for our family vacation and we will definitely be back. Hopefully in this same unit!

Our family really enjoyed the stay! The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The rental company was very responsive when we left a couple items behind. It meant a lot to us that they were willing to search for them.

Spanish Key 702
The condo was very clean and we appreciated that. The beds were very comfortable. Any chance the owner can disclose the type of mattress in the master bedroom? After sleeping on the mattress for days, we woke up with no back pain!
