Wonderful complex
We had a great stay and the unit was very nice and clean. The only complaint I have is all three toilets had trouble flushing. I did not call anyone because we were there for a wedding and on the go a good bit of the time. Had I called I’m sure they would have rectified the problem.

What a wonderful condo. Besides being comfortable and beautifully decorated - the kitchen had everything we needed. The property has something for everyone with exercise facility, beach and 2 pools. We didn't want to leave!

We have been coming to this area for the last 18 years, an by far this is our favorite unit. Simple breathtaking; all the amenities an much more. The view an beach are perfect, with low density this property is ideal for quite an relaxing. We cant wait to come back.

Beautiful Condo! Will be back
We could not have found a better place to stay! A designer must have decorated this beautiful condo. The faux painted walls are exquisite and opulent. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, flat screen TV's in every room, DVD players, free Internet & so much more. Flor-Bama was within walking distance yet we never heard a sound! Beach & pool was beautiful and not crowded at all! Being in this gated building made us feel very safe & I never worried about my teens! We have stayed in numerous Spanish Key units & this is the best by far! We can't wait to return.

FANTASTIC
The minute we walked in this condo we were completely surprised. One of the best air B&Bs I’ve ever been in! Your decor was beautiful, the bedrooms were so comfortable and your creative abilities with decorating were fantastic! My daughter came with me and we had a wonderful mother/daughter vacation. Our stay at the beach was nothing short of fabulous! The condo is beautifully appointed and well maintained. We enjoyed the great view of the gulf daily...Kitchen has just about anything you need for food prep if eating in, and the spacious open concept living space is perfect for family entertaining and fun! It is also in close proximity to all the places we love to go in Orange Beach.

This beautiful property made celebrating my 48th birthday even more special! The balcony made the perfect place for watching the sunrise, and watching the beautiful surf at the end of the day! The condo is so beautifully decorated the pictures can’t capture just how beautiful it is. The whole property was great for our week long stay. We were sad to leave but already know we will stay here again! The condo had everything we needed to cook and eat in every night. The staff of the Spanish Key were so pleasant and made our stay even more wonderful!!! Truly a wonderful vacation!!!

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful Christmas gathering, the condo was comfortable for 6 people with plenty of seating. The kitchen was set up nicely with equipment that we would need. The view of the Gulf was priceless! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

We did not get to stay here
The rental company called on Tuesday before our Saturday scheduled check in. There was a leak in the roof and the unit had water damage. Luxury Coast Vacations was great at getting us relocated to an awesome condo at Indigo.

This was an amazing place!! It’s gorgeous, right on the beach. Indoor and outdoor pool, super comfortable beds and walking distance to Flora-Bama. The only suggestions is make sure you read the email they send you before check in really carefully they provide 1 roll of tp for each bathroom and 1 roll of toilet paper, we missed this memo and didn’t buy any (totally our bad). Seriously wonderful place, we’ll be staying again for sure!

Girls Trip with old friends from around the country
I cannot say enough about the excellent accommodations and amazing experience at this condo in late March. Six old high school girlfriends got together 20 years later. We tried to pick a convenient location to airports for all those traveling and driving (Pensecola and Mobile). We looked through many condos in the area situated on the beach, 3 br, pool and amenities. This condo has it all-Fabulous decor, obviously lots of time and resources have been put into making this totally equipped for all visitors. Besides the clean and tasteful look in every room, the condo is fully stocked in the kitchen with the nicest and newest appliances and pans and utensils. You can cook anything if you choose or you might rather go out! It is located right by anything you will need during your stay-the Publix as well as drug store and many top area restaurants. The beach view is magnificent-you can see the whole area without feeling like you are glancing into other condos and enjoy looking over the pool as well. The pool is very clean and pretty with very nice lounge chairs. The best part-this is a hidden gem, both the condo and the Perdido Key area. There will only be one row of beach chairs with the 7 floor smaller Spanish Key building. It is safe and gated as well with a walking path and a nice sized workout room. If you are a family, group of friends or business assoc this is a perfect place to stay-esp this particular unit. It comfortably sleeps 8 with room for more. You can sleep in if your group is up early without hearing any noise. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable It is a well-designed condo with ample living space, dining table/kitchen bar and a nice balcony as well. Don't worry about looking elsewhere-this is the perfect retreat for a vacation. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. I usually do not write reviews, but wanted to take this opportunity to thank the owners for the rental and highly recommend this perfect home for your beach vacation! Also, the owners and rental agency were very accommodating and checked in to be sure we were ok and enjoying our vacation!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked and even had a large enough pot to do a shrimp boil. The view was amazing! We watched the Sun rise every morning and watched the Dolphins feed and even give us a little show! This is my new favorite beach destination! It was not over crowded and we were able to take our own chairs and umbrellas and place them wherever we wanted in the beach without the beach rentals taking up every inch of the beachfront. I hope it stays this low key for years to come! Our youngest son proposed to his girlfriend while we were there! Thank you for providing a beautiful place for us to make our cherished memories!

A Perfect Place for the JoJo's
This sandcastle themed luxury condo is the perfect location with the perfect accommodations. It misses NOTHING---it has beautiful furniture, magazines for reading, 3 bathrooms, elegant bedrooms with beautiful mattress/beds, and plenty of room with a great set up for lots of people that does not feel cramped. This condo is near the elevator, feels and IS very safe with the gated security and extra door locks. The kitchen has everything you could want including a Kuerig coffee/tea machine, toaster oven, elegant stove top/oven, dishwasher and beautiful fridge----more importantly, it all works! In other words, it is well appointed! You can walk to the FloraBama, other bars & restaurants, drug store, liquor store, etc....HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a luxurious getaway via Luxury Coastal Vacations---the agency was a pleasure to work with each time!

Fantastic Condo
My Family and I just stayed at Charlene's Condo and we loved it. It is beautifully decorated, very well stocked, and everything works! My wife told me "I could live in this one!". The views of the Gulf and the back waters are breathtaking. If you are looking for a roomy, yet cozy place, you should try to book Spanish Key 705. You'll be glad you did. Our friends stayed in other Spanish Key units and were not as happy as we were. Maybe we got lucky, but we would stay in 705 again. One last thing for the property managers...please get the 2nd elevator working.

Spanish Key Review
Ease of checking in was great. Responsiveness was excellent. Property was very nice and as advertised. Great location. We were warned of the construction noise but at times was a little more than expected. Would rent again

Gorgeous!
This place was absolutely beautiful! The condo is great for families and sleeps at least 10, there's plenty room for everyone. Spanish Key is in the center of Perdido Key in a very safe and relaxing environment. Few tourists in the area made our stay peaceful and non-chaotic. Best place we have ever stayed, I will definitely be back!

This condo is so beautiful. The decor is amazing!!! Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family to spread out! This unit is located right off elevator with easy access to pool and beach. We stayed September 12-19. It was not crowded and at times we had the beach and pool to ourselves. We rented this unit through Luxury Coastal Vacations and were very pleased with the entire process. They even gave us lots of restaurant recommendations.

Spanish Key Condo - Unit 705
Absolutely loved this unit 705 in Spanish Key Condos. Very nice decor and Master Suite bed very comfy. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, cups, etc. Extra blankets provided too! All rooms were decorated and had plenty of drawer space. Pool is right as you come up from the beach and and hot tub is perfect! Love there is a ramp instead of steps leading to beach. Facility is over all very clean including the public bathrooms in lobby area to use when coming in from the beach periodically! Overall great place to stay!! When our shower head bracket broke one morning, it was fixed within a few hours! Entire vacation experience was terrific!

Thanks to the owners who have allowed us to stay in their beautiful home. It was very comfortable, tastefully decorated . The condo staff so kind with suggestions and assisting us hen we needed. We loved the heated pool and ease of getting to the beach. Kitchen and various rooms well equipped for all our needs. Spacious bedrooms and sitting area. And nothing more wonderful than drinking a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in and feeling the warmth of the sun. All furniture very comfortable . We just had a perfect time.

This is the condo you are looking for. It's modern and comfy at the same time. Looked at no less than 50 units in the surronding area, picked this condo and was not disappointed. Great views, balcony has one side completely unobstructed.Location is the best. The portion of the beach it is on is arguably the best on this part of the Gulf Coast. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Luxury Coastal Vactions manages this location and they are very professional. Be aware there is a afternoon check in time, ours was at 4 and a early morning check out ours was at 10am, this is normal for beach rentals though. It was easy to call there offices and the folks I spoke to were helpful. Great stay, rent this unit if you can.

Beautiful views from well appointed beachfront condo
Well furnished, nice linens, master bedroom bed comfy, but other beds could use updating. Also fridge didn't keep food /drinks cool enough. We were there 7 nights, outdoor hot tub broken entire time. Nice warm indoor pool, nice sauna also. All in all, would stay there again. Small balcony compared to other rentals in area, but can't beat the price!

Property was great. TV has some issues-- would just turn on and off by itself seemingly randomly. This started on a day when the elevator got stuck with people in it and EMS was called. While they were working on getting folks out of the elevator, the electricity went out 3 or 4 times briefly. After this, the TV seemed to have problems during the rest of our stay. (Maybe we were supposed to do something to reset it...?!). Everything else was great.

Family Spring Break Getaway
My family of 5 stayed at this condo for spring break. The condo was very nice and exceptionally clean. It was in a perfect location. We were able to walk down to the beach with ease since it is a beachfront property. The check-in process was flawless and the property manager kept in contact with us throughout our entire trip. We had an amazing trip!
