Summer House 1203A

Very clean which my wife is always concerned about. Great location in the complex facing the pool and beach. We especially liked it being on the second floor so we could easily talk to the kids while they were swimming. Inside pool and oversized hot tub really saved us since it stormed. It also had working storm shuttered incase we needed them. Check out was very easy compared to most places. Not much required.

We had a wonderful stay. My only complaint would be that the dryer would not dry our clothes. It was difficult to stay caught up with laundry because the clothes were always damp. Other than that, everything was great! We will be staying again!

Clean stylish condo in a convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Ample room with a well stocked kitchen and large balcony area.

This was a lovely condo! It was clean and comfortable. We only wished we could have stayed a few more days. I had a couple of questions that were answered very quickly by the management and I felt that they were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was super clean. We loved the decor. Very clear check in and check out procedures were communicated and we loved the texts before and during our stay. We had a small issue with the ice maker and they responded right away and sent maintenance that afternoon. Our only complaint was that one bed was not comfortable and seemed like the mattress needed replaced.
The location and view are amazing. Groceries and shops very close by.
A quick walk to the beach and the pool is a great option when you’re worn out from too much sand and sun.
We will definitely stay here again!

As soon as we walked in I turned to my husband and said "Let's book it again for next year!" It was exactly as described, if not even better. our family of 4 stayed there for a week & it was nice to have the 3 bedrooms where we could each have our own space. my favorite part though had to be the balcony. It extended the usable space right into the outdoors. We played games, ate meals & just sat and watched the ocean waves from out there. It was such a relaxing, quiet & homey feeling condo that it became a highlight of our trip.

Great location, not super crowded pools or elevators. The kids in particular loved getting to add to the sea shell collection bucket on the balcony. Great vacation!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The kids loved being on the beach, having their own bedrooms and being close enough to walk to surrounding shops/food places. It was the relaxing vacation we all very much desired. Thank you so much!
