We absolutely loved our stay in condo 1611. The view was unbelievable and it was beautifully decorated. There are 4 bedrooms and all have a view of the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo - great for families
This condo was very well appointed, nicely set up with all bedrooms having a beach view. The balcony had very comfortable furniture and nice dining table for all of us to eat outside comfortably. The corner unit has a nice breeze for outdoor sitting. With four teenagers, me and my husband, each bedroom having a bathroom was terrific plus a powder bath for family that just came for a visit. I would highly recommend.

Condo was stunning! Nearly panoramic views of the ocean and the beach with balconies off the main living space and bedrooms. Each room has a private bathroom, kithen was beautiful and open with everything you need, washer dryer in unti - the whole 9 yards! There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of space and were super comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in orange beach. And the lazy river was great too!

Great Time!
We arrived Saturday afternoon and had to search many floors for carts for unloading. After a trip to the grocery store, we waited 20 minutes for an elevator to transport groceries (including ice cream). The elevators were no problem after Saturday with no significant wait times at all. I think the crowds for The Shrimp Festival as well as school fall breaks are the reason for the crowds on Saturday. If these elevator delays had occurred every day, it would have been a real problem for us, as the eight of us made many trips each day to the beach, pools, restaurants and shopping. We had no problem at all with the elevators the Saturday of check-out. This is a great unit with a good layout and wonderful balcony. There is a great view of the beach from all bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the opposite end from the living area and is more private than other places we have stayed. Often the master is directly off the living room. The unit was very clean and all beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time and have no complaints about this unit. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Great family vacation spot
Loved staying at this unit, would highly recommend. Keyless entry is great with lots of family members staying here and not needing keys. My kids loved the slide and lazy river. (Indoor pool also closes during a lightning storm). The beach was a very short walk right out of the building and just as fun for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, and cookware. Enjoyed the stay!

Perfect Family Condo
Perfect family condo. Each bedroom has an attached bath, and there's an extra 1/2 bath in the hallway. The kitchen, living room, and dining area was all open. The side window wall provided a beautiful view of the coastline at sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

Best equipped kitchen
This is a beautiful property with awesome oceanfront views! Nice big balcony with great furniture! Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms! This unit is also on the end which mskes it very quiet! And this is the best equipped kitchen we have had in the 5 years we have been to the Gulf Coast! I would suggest replacing the stove and microwave though. Oven cooks the bottom of foods too well. We moved the rack to the second slot. Everything woked in the condo except the stand fans from the closets. I would also say that furniture and rugs need a deep cleaning. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 6 year old, 9 year old, and 7 month old! And they loved the bigger slide and lazy river.

Spacious condo with an amazing view!
This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We have a 3 year old and 14 month old. Phoenix west 2 is very kid and family oriented. The lazy river, slide and splash pad were a hit with my kids. The condo was emaculate and well furnished. The master bedroom was perfect for our 14 month old because we put her crib in the huge walk in closet. Another plus was the mattresses. They were so comfortable...even better than my bed at home. I would definitely recommend this condo and Phoenix west 2.

This condo makes you never want to leave. Fabulous view, large deck, fabulous layout with a bath for every bedroom. The kitchen was for a gourmet cook. We will definitely go to this condo only for future visits. And we go once or twice a year. The people that helped with the arrangements went beyond helping and with complete sincerity!

Wonderful!
This is our second time to stay at Phoenix West II, but our first in this condo. If I had a condo here, as I hope to one day, I would decorate it exactly like this. My favorite colors and my favorite style. The two things that drew me to this particular unit was the bed configuration and the balcony. We were traveling with friends and team members from our business with no children, so the fact that there were adult beds in every bedroom was a huge plus for us. And the balcony was configured in a way that allowed us to spend a lot of time together outdoors comfortably. When we arrived, the door code we were provided didn't work, but the management was extremely responsive, and we were in during a quick phone call. The first impression of everyone when we walked in was simply, "Wow". The beds were extremely comfortable, as was all the furniture, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped for some amazing seafood meals we enjoyed during our stay. My only complaint in the kitchen is that the knives were pretty dull. I usually bring my chef knives, but didn't this time, so only myself to blame here. The building amenities are excellent, and the weather allowed us to enjoy all of them this time, and we particularly enjoyed the lazy river. We even got to enjoy a magnificent fly-by by the Blue Angels one evening as we were preparing dinner. I can't recommend this building enough, and if I travel with this group size again, I'll definitely book this unit. Just gorgeous.

Absolutely wonderful! Spectacular view, spacious.
This property was fantastic. The layout and design accommodate our group of 11 very well. The large deck was a morning and evening favorite and ocean views from all rooms were breath taking. It is bright and beautiful with fun decor and a great vibe. For such a beautiful place, I do think they should upgrade their towels in quality and quantity, andafter this season, carpet should be replaced. We are definitely going back. Loved it.

We absolutely loved the condo. It is a beautiful space and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils and glasses. The only issue we had was the long waits at the elevator. But this isn't a problem with the unit, it is a problem with the building. Kids loved the slide, lazy river, pool and splash pad.

Amazing with a touch of Awesome!
This property more than exceeded our expectation. This was our third year to Orange Beach and this was by far the best property that we have stayed. It was well stocked with all the amenities needed. The decor was beautiful and the balcony was the icing on the cake. The views from the balcony and all the bedrooms were breath taking. We definitely will be back it was like being home at the beach. We will absolutely recommend this property as the "to stay" property to our friends. Now last but not least, the personnel at the Luxury Coastal Vacations was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone that I spoke to when I would call about anything was so polite and attentive. Realizing that we would be arriving earlier than we expected, I call to inquire as to see if an early check-in would at all be possible, and without hesitation I was told that they would check and for me to call upon my arrival. I called and was granted an early check-in. This property was Amazing and Awesome!

Enjoyed our stay. They were very prompt with any issues we had.
Would recommend not leaving beach chairs in designated area by pool. Two brand new beach chairs and two umbrellas were stolen.

Absolutely wonderful condo!
Our whole family (4 adults, 4 kids) was so impressed when we walked into the condo. It was huge! Everything was exactly as stated in the photos and details. The bedrooms were spacious, all of the beds were so comfy, and all had a beautiful view of the water. The master was extra large with attached bath and walk-in closet. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, utencils and cookware. It also had 2 coffee pots, toaster, blender, crockpot, and an ice machine. The outdoor patio was wonderful, however, unfortunately it was too windy and cold during our stay over Thanksgiving week to fully enjoy it. There were several mornings that we got a surprise show of the Blue Angels practicing over the water. Very cool! It was very easy to get to the indoor pool, hot tubs (4) and the gym. There were lots of area restaurants and stores to choose from. Even though the weather could have been better, we all had a wonderful time, and would like to go back sometime in the future!

Beautiful, spacious unit with gorgeous weather view! Loved watching the sunrise.
Our family had a wonderful time at Orange Beach even though Hurricane Michael threatened to interrupt our stay. Everyone one was so helpful in the office (Katie, Michelle, and Jonathan) and the guys who moved the outside furniture in the unit before the weather got bad. Beautiful unit with everything to make our stay wonderful!

This was our first stay at this particular building and it did not disappoint (we’ve stayed at Phoenix Orange Beach previously). It’s about 10-minute drive to downtown Gulf Shores, 15-minutes to the Wharf and close to anything else you’d like to do. The building is huge, condos spacious, decks expansive. This condo was tastefully decorated, well stocked and exactly like the pictures and description. And the beds and couches - so comfy!

This unit was absolutely beautiful!!!! We come to Orange Beach 1-2 times a year and this is one of our favorite units we've ever stayed in. We loved the comfortable patio furniture. The couches on the patio made you feel like you were sitting in your living room. I cannot say enough about this unit! Luxury Coastal Vacations always does such a great job helping us to find the best units for our family. It is such a pleasure working with their entire staff before and during our beach vacations! I am already working with them on my next beach vacation!!

Beautiful!
This unit is beautiful! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hadn't planned a vacation but really needed to get away, and this unit was so spacious it allowed us to be together but not cramped for space. We never really used the dining table inside since the table on the "falcony" (as my grandson refers to a balcony), was more than ample and the view was spectacular. My 5 year old granddaughter was thoroughly impressed with the unit too and ran around screaming "This is the dream of my life" as soon as she set foot inside. The lazy river, water slide and splash pad were a really nice amenity because we spent the first half of our day on the beach and the other half relaxing in the lazy river, during the hottest part of the day. The ice maker was such a nice feature and came in so handy. The only small complaints I have are, the cutting board needs to be replaced, it's seen lots of love and I wasn't sure it was safe to use, and the clothes dryer is really loud. I am hard to please and these items are very minor. I hope we can stay in this unit again in the future. My family loved it.

Great stay!
Enjoyed this week’s getaway stay. Condo was big and spacious and decor was just as pretty as the pictures indicated. Well-equipped kitchen-lived having the separate ice maker-clean indicators light came on our last day’s stay-just wanted you to know so that it can be cleaned before next guests arrive. Our family has been coming to PWII for 3 years-love the condos and facilities-thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Condo
We have a family reunion at Orange Beach every summer. This particular condo was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in! Very well stocked with kitchen supplies. My dad wished that there was a Keurig, but everything else was fantastic!

Beautiful and relaxing retreat
My brother's family and I rented this condo for our spring break vacation. The condo is well maintained and open. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The views from the corner porch were outstanding. Our kids enjoyed the direct access to the beach as well as the outdoor and indoor pool. The condo does not have any plastic ware (cups or plates), so if you have small children we advised bringing your own. Thank you to the owners for sharing their property!

Kids and Grandkids could be together or do their own thing. Erica at Reception Desk was great every time I had question. Luxury Coastal Vacation Ladies on phone, text and email follow up we’re responsive and helpful. Elevators and Parking are a hassle. One parking Guard at shack takes his job too seriously.

Home away from home!
Property was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Roomy for our party of nine. Loved the eastern view for sunrises every morning. Kitchen was large and prevented us from stepping on each other as we prepared food. Patio furniture was comfortable allowing a late morning nap with breezes. Beds and pillows were wonderful for a great nights sleep. The only problem encountered was a need for brighter light bulbs. We will be back!

Gulf Shores Getaway
Condo was great, view was amazing. Property manager was great to communicate with. The elevators are awful and getting up and down them can take 30 minutes at times but otherwise everything was awesome

Loved our time spent at Phoenix West II. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us to have meals together. Also the adults were comfortable being able to watch the World Series together in the loving room. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, silverware and pots/pans. We were even able to get into the condo early as the unit was cleaned - really appreciated this after an 18 hour drive!! The lazy river was enjoyed by all. We highly recommend unit!

We found this condo on this site and we instantly fell in love with it. So we stayed here for our very first trip to the ocean ever & also my husband and I chose to get married on the beach. This condo is exactly what the photos show! GORGEOUS! We loved every minute in the condo. We didn't want to leave! We will return every year and book this condo everytime! Beautiful views!

Perfect for family
