Best place in Orange Beach
We always love staying at the Turquoise, but We really enjoyed this unit. The furniture was very comfortable, and the decor was tasteful and not overdone. We will be back!

Great place to stay!
This was a wonderful place for a vacation. We had 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 4 in our room and had plenty of space. The building is extremely kid friendly - one pool has a walk in area with fountains that the small children love to play in and chairs in the water for the adults to sit; that alone made us want to come back again next year. They also have crafts and toys for the kids at designated times. Easy beach access and pretty close to everything you want. We will for sure come back again.

Wonderful Winter Escape!
Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Orange Beach in the winter just as much as in the summer, and Turquoise Place offers so much extra that is useful in the winter. The large indoor pool, hot tub and gas grill directly on your balcony, and location on the beach are all wonderful when it is cold outside. We loved walking along the beach and then warming up in the hot tub while continuing to watch the waves!

Great property overall
This is a great property overall. Needs a little TLC in a couple of spots (balcony grill and outdoor seating). No instructions for main living tv was frustrating, but we enjoyed our stay and will return to Turquoise Place again and again.

Spring Break with school age children
We chose this property after another rental company canceled our stay a week before our arrival and tried to send us to another property. First, we were accommodated quickly and confirmed. The property was clean and just as presented from the listing. Check in was easy! Texting the property host was wonderful! We had a fire alarm battery fail and begin alarming. The property host was prompt to have the issue resolved. We were a party of 2 moms, 2- 5 year olds and a 9 month old. We felt safe and enjoyed the property amenities. The property had plenty of activities and amenities to keep our kids entertained.

Wonderful Condo
Loved the condo. We had 5 adults and a baby and we had plenty of space. Condo was very clean and the view was beautiful. Our last night someone got our reserved parking place. The security guard was not helpful. The truck was still in our spot the next morning. Disappointed in how that was handled. But the condo was the best,

Great property!
Loved staying here! Unit had everything we needed for our stay. Had an issue with the hot tub chemicals and the property management promptly fixed. The beach closed due to COVID during our stay so we had to depart early since the beach was our main reason for visiting. Look forward to coming back in the future!

We stay at the Turquoise atleast once a year for the past five years. It never disappoints! First time in this room. Really enjoyed it! The view of the gulf and bay ( if you look left from the balcony) is gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

Chritmas Trip
We love the beach during winter. We celebrated Christmas and our daughter’s Birthday. I don’t believe there is a nicer place to stay. Beautiful property! This was our first time staying in C702, but not our first for Turquoise Place and will definitely be back. Condo had plenty of everything including king size beds in all three bedrooms. We will be back.

ANOTHER GREAT VACATION WITH LUXURY COASTAL VACATIONS!!!!
Thanks to Charlene and her staff at Luxury Coastal Vacations for another wonderful and memorable vacation. We have stayed at many properties along the Gulf Coast but Turquoise is our favorite. Loved this unit and the way it is decorated--great location as it was very close to the elevators. I am very picky in regard to the cleanliness of a unit and they passed the test!!!!! Had a few cloudy and cool days so especially enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony and the indoor pool. Always enjoy the beautiful beaches and collecting seashells with our grandchildren. Look forward to another trip to Turquoise Place real soon!!! Thanks again to Charlene and her staff--they do a great job.

Turquoise C702 did not disappoint!
Our family had the most relaxing and wonderful vacation, in large part because of the beautiful accommodations and amenities afforded by Turquoise Place 702C. The hot tub on the balcony was my husband’s favorite feature. The state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and a large laundry room with washer, dryer, and drying racks made meal prep and dealing with wet swimsuits and towels a breeze. The reserved parking spaces eliminated the anxiety of not being able to find a parking place when we left to go out for dinner. At other facilities, we have been forced to park in the grass or on the roadside (as directed by facility management)! This is only one of the many reasons we will always choose Turquoise!

Spacious, low-floor condo was perfect for our family vacation!!!
Great experience at this condo! The utensils in the kitchen are limited, but we were able to make it work. Everything was as presented on the VRBO listing , there were no surprises. We liked the low floor for multiple reasons. Would book this condo again.

Very spacious and well appointed Condo
We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very spacious with the 3 king size beds, the master bedroom was large as well as the master bath and closet! The kitchen was large as well and had everything we needed for our stay. The living space was also roomy with gorgeous views of the beach. We loved the hot tub on the deck along with the nice outdoor furniture. We will definitely be back!

My family, friends, and I truly enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed and the condo is beautiful and inviting. The furnishings made us feel right at home! Booking our family vacation through VRBO was very easy. Everything was exactly as presented online and the communication was excellent. It’s a little pricey to stay right on the beach but worth every penny, we had a wonderful trip!

We had a great time at Orange Beach. It is a terrific community. The condo was fabulous...I mean VERY well done! Extremely spacious, modern and well equipped, very clean, wonderful fixtures and appliances, and an outstanding and spacious balcony with a great view. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We plan on booking again for next year!

Over the top experience!
My husband and I wanted to take a mini-vacation, before the influx of families at the beach. We had stayed at Turquoise before and loved it, so we knew we wanted to return. Now we are so spoiled! This unit is fabulous! It is, by far, the most beautifully furnished unit we have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice! The furnishings on the balcony are unbelievable for a rental property. So comfy! My only negative thought is...I wonder why the bathrooms have no toilet tissue holders (had to place tissue on the floor) and showers had no built in soap holders. Otherwise, there is not one thing that I would change! We will be back!

Great building and location
Loved the early check in! Traveling with a toddler who needs an afternoon nap, it was a pleasant surprise to get a text for an early check in. The property was as advertised. We have stayed in Turquoise before and always enjoyed it. Beds and couches were comfy and we loved the super soft blankets provided in the closets. A great stay for a long weekend.

We had such a great time- the condo is really nice and comfortable! Had to call for a few minor issues with the rental group; they were very helpful, and quickly fixed the problems. Loved having the twin and trundle bed for extra sleeping space in the 3rd bedroom.

The best on the gulf
My Family of eight stayed here in August and the experience was better then the 15 previous years we have visited the gulf at different condos. The entertainment for the kids is really appreciated and the entire staff at the facility was extremely nice and helpful. The management company was more than helpful with any question we had. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

our only problem was the elevator. we had to wait many minutes for cars that were already full. maybe it would not be so bad not on a holiday. also the hot tub was not hooked up and we had no close pool because of the construction going on

Tastefully decorated, spotless, perfect location. We had an issue with the refrigerator handle coming off when we checked in- it was repaired in less than an hour. We will be back!

Great time in Gulf Shores
We had a blast at Gulf Shores. The rental agency was great and very on top of everything. When an issue arose they were on it. The master bed does need to be changed as there are super large indentations on both sides, but we still slept pretty well. A few minor things didn't work, but that really didn't mess up our time. Overall it was a great property and we all really enjoyed the condo and resort and would come back again. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Just got home from a fabulous week in the beautiful condo. I have stayed in many luxury condos along the Gulf Coast and this is by far the best we have stayed in. I would highly recommend staying here. The furnishings are beautiful, the kitchen is fabulous, and the deck is more than we expected. The condo is much larger than it shows in the pictures - perfect for a large family or even three couples. We took our two adult children and their spouses and were worried about being too close together, but this condo was the perfect set up. Everyone had their own very large bedroom with King beds and our Master was exquisite. The living, dining, kitchen areas are huge - we never felt crowded. The deck is also amazing with a great outdoor table that seats six and also two very comfortable chairs with ottoman for just relaxing and reading. Loved having the private hot tub on the deck. The complex has everything you would want plus more. Fantastic work-out rooms, two large outdoor swimming pools, a tiki bar with live music. The other condos we have stayed in have always had live music by the pool, and we were pleasantly surprised to have this here. We rented beach chairs with umbrellas for a nominal $100 for six days. We expected it to be twice that and the beach staff is super friendly. Luxury Coastal staff was amazing with the bookings and everything front to back. As a previous owner of 3 condos in Panama City, I can tell you that this management company is fantastic! They knew what I wanted when I called to book it and led me to Turqoise and this fabulous condo. My other recommendations: Lartigue's seafood market. You can pick up a great steamed seafood meal, shrimp, corn , potatoes all cooked wonderfully and bring it back to the condo. Also Fresh Market Seafood almost across the street does steam the seafood if you want to make your own sides. We loved our dinners at Gulf Coast Steamer, Jakes, and Cottons. Loved what Flora Bama has done with their rebuild. We will be back!

Annual Beach Trip
Exceptionally nice property. Had a problem with the clothes dryer the first time it was used. Made a call to property management and it was fixed immediately. No complaints at all about our stay.
