Will recommend this place to everyone
Beautiful place with all the items you need. We love the easy access to the beach and when you get tired of that, there is a lazy river, 2 indoor heated pools, fitness rooms, playground for the kids, we loved the private hot tub... it stopped heating and maintenance fixed it quickly. There was so much to see and do that we didn't mind the few hours it took to fix the hot tub. We are already planning our next trip back.

Overall perfect stay!
What a great place to stay on the beach! We have stayed in a bunch on condos at pretty much every beach in the USA and this one is on top of the list. The furniture was all comfortable and pleasant to sit on. The 3 and a half bathrooms were comfortable for the amount of people we had staying in the condo. The kitchen was awesome, plenty of room to store food and everything you need to cook it. All of the appliances were Wolf brand and the refrigerator was a sub zero fridge. Every detail was addressed in this condo. The hot tub was kind of small but we didn't mind because we have one at home and didn't really use it. The one complaint I have is the elevators in the building. Seems like whenever you have to use the elevators, you have to wait a while for it to come. Sometimes it feels like we were waiting forever. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Great condo, great beach, great pools, great overall experience!

One of my favorite places, with good reason
The property was perfect -- it was clean, well-appointed, spacious, and there is plenty of fun to be had. My two youngest grandchildren really enjoyed their first vacation with BB and Boppy. Turquoise Place remains a top destination for us, because the staff are friendly and efficient, the beach is perfect, and there are lots of indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy. A great week!

Family Wedding
The condo was perfect for our long weekend. Location was convenient for the activities we had this weekend…wedding rehearsal and dinner and the wedding and reception. We had time to enjoy the beach, lazy river and one of the pools. After a successful fishing trip, we enjoyed a delicious meal with blackened red snapper prepared in the well equipped kitchen of our condo. We would highly recommend the condo and look forward to returning.

AMAZING family experience!!!
This is an incredible condo overlooking the beautiful ocean. We enjoyed everything from the luxury accommodations, to the amazing pools, lazy river and ocean views! The owners are great people to work with and every aspect of the rental process was seamless. You will give you family a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Orange Beach and this condo. Everything is even better than the pictures, the spacious kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and HUGE balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the dolphins each day!

Family vacation
We had a great time at the property this week. Check in was great (efficient like chick-fil-a) and unit was clean and stocked. Only major issue was oven stopped working mid-week and part was on back order to fix it so that messed our meals up. Same with the jacuzzi tub in a bathroom. Maintenance and front desk were friendly but it still didn't fix the problems. The property itself had great amenities. The group enjoyed the beach in the early morning, indoor pools and hot tub during the day and the lazy river at night. We also enjoyed tennis and getting some workouts in. They also had live music and snowcones at the main pool. We rarely left the resort since there was so much to do here. We would come back to turquoise place.

Great view, great parking
Great view! Enjoyed watching the boats and the overall view while sitting on the balcony. LOVED having the bbq pit on the balcony. Great reserved parking spot. We had family meet us for the first night and we all enjoyed our stay. Super comfortable king bed in master!

Worth the extra cost
Turquoise Place is a bit more expensive than other condos, but it is well worth it. Having your own grill and hot tub on the balcony is wonderful. It actually saved us money because we ate in more. The condo is spacious. The pools are nice, lazy river was fun. We will definitely be returning.

A Little Piece of Heaven!
A Piece of Heaven 26350 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL, 36561, United States (382578) Date of Stay April 13, 2012 Helpful votes:1/1 Our recent girls get away enjoyed this fabulous condo...only steps away from the beautiful Gulf Shores beach. The condo is decorated immaculately using the turquoise theme throughout. The living room / dining room space was enormous where two dozen or more could enjoy being together comfortably. The master suite had all the imenities of a five star. The kitchen was a chef's dream. We enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking the ocean with its hot tub and deluxe gas grill. We took advantage of the lazy river, heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room and exercise facilities. These Alabama homeowners are the nicest folks to rent from. You will enjoy your association and experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this little slice of heaven.

End of Summer Get Away
This is the first time we have used VRBO for Orange Beach and are now converted renters :-) We try to stay in Orange Beach at least 25 days out of the year so we feel we are very familiar with rental properties. We found everything in working order, clean, and extremely welcoming. We also typically fly in to Pensacola so the logistics of packing chairs and toys is impossible. This is the first unit we have ever rented that had beach chairs and toys available for use which was convenient and saved us for purchased that we had no way of getting home with. The entire process from contacting the owner originally to the thank you note we received once we got home was easy and as advertised. We are already planning two more stays in this unit for next year. We highly recommend this property for your next beach getaway. As for places to go, we strongly recommend going to eat at The Gulf and Brick and Spoon!

Amazing place
This was our favorite vacation yet! This condo was the nicest one we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be back. The amazing kitchen was stocked and enormous. There was a bar with an ice machine which is must for the beach! The bedrooms were huge with their own bathrooms. The condo was so spacious and private. We loved the large balcony and watching the Dolphins from the hot tub. The entire property was very well maintained by staff. Excellent vacation and condo!

Relaxing Place For A 60th Anniversary
We brought my in-laws here to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. We are very familiar with Turquoise Place and always rent a 4 bedroom unit each year to accommodate our adult children and grandchildren . However, this was our first time in a 3 bedroom unit and it was equally wonderful! It was a long weekend of fun, relaxation, and food. The unit was clean and perfect for our needs. The decor was tasteful and there were even puzzles for my father-in-law to enjoy. The property management company did an awesome job of communicating with us and there were no problems at all when checking in or out. The only negative was that we put our parents in the master suite and I did not realize until we had left that my mother-in-law had no hair dryer to use. It would be nice to have hair dryers in all bathrooms instead of just one. Otherwise, this is a perfect place and I will definitely request this unit again when I need a 3 bedroom at Turquoise Place.

Family Weekend
We were looking for a weekend getaway with our 4 kids, and this condo was perfect. We arrived after the front desk closed, but the guard on duty was friendly and patient, and answered any questions we had. I really liked that we did not have to go to a separate facility to check in and get our keys. We felt at home right away in this unit. It was clean, open, and modern, and the kids loved the hot tub on the balcony. The appliances were top notch - it made the little bit of cooking we did fun. The master bathroom was like it's own retreat - there was even a TV in there! There are plenty of amenities at this facility(LOTS of pools, hot tubs, a workout center, steam room, dry sauna, a restaurant with bar), and the kids had fun with the giant checkers and chess boards by the main pool. There were also scheduled activities (some free and some for a fee - our kids made shark tooth necklaces). We only left the resort to go to mass on Sunday - and the church was just across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby, though. The reserved parking spot near the elevator in the garage was nice. When it was time to leave, I simply handed in our room keys at the lobby desk, and we were on our way. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Lovely week!
The unit was exactly as described. Very spacious and awesome view. The seventh floor was convenient - quick elevator ride. We called the front desk because the hot tub water didn't look very clear and maintenance was up within a few hours to test the water and they ended up refilling it and were very helpful and polite. Would definitely rent this unit again- wonderful quiet retreat.

This condo comes with a great parking spot as well. No one can park close on either side of you!! Enjoyed everything about our vacation!!

Great family getaway!
We were really blown away with both the unit itself and the property as a whole. Can’t think of much more you could ask for - Roomy, up to date rental on a property that offers everything you could ask for. Beautiful views of both sunrises and sunsets from the beach front balcony. Inside was spacious, cozy, and up to date. The property was very well maintained, convenient to the beach and pools, and offered lots of variety that kept our youngsters (5 & 3 year olds) occupies both on sunny and rainy days. We really appreciated the indoor facilities as well as the on site playground. If the only issues I had on the trip were figuring out how to use the universal remote (my biggest aggravation of the trip lol) and having to go and buy coffee filters the first morning (wasn’t expecting the coffee machine to not have a washable filter) - I’d say this is a must stay rental - one we look forward to booking again. Thanks for the memorable and relaxing vacation!

Turquoise Place
This is a great condo. Very large living area with a good amount of seating. Full sectional and two accent chairs that are quite comfortable with the ottoman. We had some snafu's with the Hot Tub, but they were fixed right away. One time it went to sleep which we didn't realize so I would google the error next time instead of calling as it was easy to take it out of sleep mode. It was chilly so we didn't spend much time on the beach, but it is lovely. The outdoor pool was not open and was drained I believe due to the ongoing construction. We did use the indoor pool and hot tub once. The hot tub jets in the indoor pool didn't appear to work, but it was hot. There are lots of shops, restaurants, etc that are walking distance and it's a great location.

I would definitely recommend Turquoise Place C704. The rental process through Luxury Coastal was top notch. Check in was very smooth and we had everything we needed. The condo was stocked very well. It was my families first trip to Orange Beach and we will definitely be back. Thank you Charlene for providing us with a beautiful condo!

Turquoise Place
This was our first time at this beautiful complex! After staying here I now see the difference between just staying at another condo at the beach and the Turquoise. Five large pools (I think), hot tubs, poolside bar, private hot tub and grill right out the sliding glass doors of your balcony & large large rooms. One thing I do remember for sure everyone had plenty of space. The owners of this unit were so easy to work with. We had such a nice time especially in the evenings when our girls did not want to go anywhere after dinner except back to the Turquoise so they could use the swimming pools and hot tubs. I was very pleased that they wanted to use the facilities instead of going to find another place to hang out. My wife and I really enjoyed the later part of the evening with the lights dimmed and the home theater playing our favorite tunes while we could hear the waves crashing on the beach. Even managed to get in a few movies on the 5.1 surround sound system. The owners have it setup for your trip...reserved parking spot right across from the lobby and just steps away from the elevator, cooler, chairs for the beach, sand toys, fully stocked kitchen (spices, pots, pans and utensils, ect.), and comfortable furniture inside and out. We will definitely be back. Thank you for opening up your home to us! If you need a quick bite just walk across the street to Shrimp Basket they have something for everyone
