WOW!
Wow- do not sleep on this unit. Not only was it spotless, and near the elevators, it also had a designated parking spot near the elevators in the basement. Luxury Coastal Vacations reached out days leading up to check-in, during our stay, and after. They were extremely responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. The unit also had extra towels, pillows, and blankets. This unit would also be really great to stay in during the offseason as well because our entire group could all fit on the couch together! Already planning for our next visit

Fantastic condo right on the beach. Excellent amenities for the kids helped make it a great family vacation. Big open kitchen and a great grill in the patio which is plumbed in. The staff at Luxury Coastal Vacations were helpful and proactive throughout the booking process and all the way through the stay. Best Airbnb service I’ve experienced.

Clean, roomy, and a nice property
It was very spacious even with 10 guests. I'm a little ocd and leary of rental couches but it was as clean as my house and never thought twice about it. Everything worked like it was supposed to, which seems rare these days. The property is well maintained. We were worried about the number of units and crowding at the common areas being early summer but it wasn't a problem. The kids wanted to spend most of the time in the lazy river and indoor pool. Outdoor pool was a little too chilly for them. The working sauna and steam room were a nice surprise.

Wonderful accommodations.
Highly recommend this property. It would be helpful to guests that may be driving to the destination to provide a list of useful things to bring instead of having to purchase when you get there. Trash bags, salt & pepper, coffee filters, coffee, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc. The one use of each is nice, but if you stay for a week you wind up needing more.

Condo was great, clean and well done in every way. Check-in is not fun. Suggest not coming between 4-5. too many people and not enough carts. Best beach ever. TP has the beach racked so no seaweed. Plenty of room and we loved the hot tub on balcony! We will stay again and love luxurycostalvacations! Best site ever!!!!!!!!!

Family week at Turquoise.
All was as expected. Third time to stay at Turquoise. One complaint was a friend visiting for dinner one evening was not allowed to park her car on site at property. Even for a 4 hour dinner engagement. This was a major inconvenience. Should have been issued a free 1 evening parking pass . You would think for accommodations of this price range/quality that a free temporary pass could be issued. Ted A. 08/17/19

Beautiful unit. Great location. Helpful onsite people with great attitudes.
I love the “resort feel” of the place with the lazy river, activities, live music, bar, etc.
Definitely one of the better condos I’ve rented along the gulf coast over the last 20 years.

Beautiful Condo
My 3 children and I had a lovely time on out long weekend. This unit is right by the elevator on the 17th floor overlooking the Gulf. It’s beautifully furnished and well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The owners were very accommodating for our last minute stay. I would recommend and stay here again

We had a great time! The assigned parking spot is right in front of the elevator which makes for easy access. The condo is also a straight shot from the elevator on the 17th floor. We are looking forward to coming back!!

We will be back!
We LOVED it! We go to the beach at Christmas and during the summer. This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place, however, it will not be our last! The condo was amazing and HUGE! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I hated leaving the gourmet kitchen. The parking was perfect, beach access and the location couldn’t be better. The unit is located next to the elevator for easy/quick access. Our entire family was amazed at how quiet everything was. We never heard a noise when we were in the condo. Luxury Coastal Vacations was amazing to work with.

Enjoyable family vacation
Luxury Coastal Vacations were informative,accessible, and very friendly. The property was clean and ready early. We have 3 grown children with significant others and a new grandbaby and there was plenty of room and plenty to do. The space in the bedrooms and the living room was great. Even when it stormed on the last day we never felt cramped when we were all in the condo the last day. Will go back.

Great stay
We had a great stay at Turquoise Place. The condo was awesome. Clean, very big condo. It fit our needs perfect. We will be back again. Anyone thinking about staying at Orange Beach, need to call Luxury Costal Vacation for their service, they did a great job.

First time in Orange Beach. 6 adults & 2 littles. Condo was perfect! Roomy, very clean, lots of amenities, beautiful views, seating for everyone. Staff was helpful & always answered questions. Had a maintenance issue & they were fixing it right away. Great vacation!!

What an amazing zing condo - location is wonderful and great amenities in the condo as well as in the complex. Tons to do and a lot of restaurants near by. Condo was spotless and the linens were especially nice! Great communication and we were even offered an early check-in without asking, just because it was ready early. Fantastic stay!
