Things to Note
*Please note: Wind Drift will be conducting concrete repairs around the exterior of the building. Here is what to expect:
- Anticipated Schedule: October 28, 2024, through January 2025, weather permitting.
- Swing stages and balcony closures will occur during balcony work (furniture will be moved inside).
- Work is expected to reach this unit's building and balcony by mid-December 2024, schedule and weather permitting.
- Expect noise from drilling and grinding.
- The project will start with units ending in 01-02 in the Southeast building, progressing at a rate of 2 stacks every 2 weeks before moving to the Southwest building in the same motion.

*Please note: Parking is a separate charge with the property itself. Guests will be required to register on their website. Pass pricing is subject to change in regards to reservation dates, not date of booking. Reach out for details.
* Parking passes are valid for 7 days from date of check in for short term stays, and 30 days for monthly. Any additional lengths of stay require additional guest registration.
*Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).

We were thrilled to see just how big the balcony is! That is where we spent most of our time. Both bedrooms & bathrooms were very spacious, & the large, open kitchen flowing into the dining & living area was just perfect. Especially loved the bar set up & a full cocktail utensil set provided. The decor is nice & light, very serene. The walk to the beach is one the shortest we’ve ever had staying anywhere! HUGE plus! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wind Drift. The condo was beautifully updated, clean, spacious with beautiful views of the beach. Along with the living room and master bedroom too. Don’t forget to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset too. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds are very comfortable with nice bathrooms and tons of closet space. Beach access is one of the best I’ve seen. It’s a tranquil , peaceful area to relax. Along with the location, you are surrounded by anything you could possibly need. We will definitely be returning again soon. Just a reminder, when you arrive walk inside the lobby to get your yellow car tag and look for the luggage carts right outside the building going towards the pool. We’ve stayed at Wind Drift condos for well over 20 years now. This was our first stay in this unit. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Maybe the best we’ve had. Wind Drift location is about the best on the beach with nothing to the west side but a state park.- Marty , Posted:
We absolutely LOVED our stay! We didn’t have great weather so we definitely made use of the condo. The couch was amazingly comfortable and the condo felt very modern and relaxing. We had a great time, the condo was very nice, and the beach was not as crowded as other areas we’ve stayed.
One thing I will say which is no fault of the renter being one car if you can. Parking is tight and if you miss out you have to park across the street.

Off season stay (for a business trip), the condo was as described! Only suggestion is to maybe update the bathrooms at some point they are outdated and the counters are really low. Maybe new mattress in the primary room. Nothing that made my stay bad just feedback!- Lauren , Posted:
Great property
We will definitely stay here again. Super clean. Furnishings and decor were lovely and current - not dated like a lot of gulf coast properties. Kitchen was well appointed with appliances and anything you could need. We had an issue with the wifi that was resolved within hours of notifying management.
