This condo was perfect for our anniversary trip. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the view of the golf from our balcony was amazing. This is the perfect location for a quiet beach getaway, and close enough to Pensacola Beach and Gulf Shores. We would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a beautiful, ocean-front view on a high floor. The condo was just the perfect size for me and my husband. The kitchen is well stocked, so if you’re looking to make a meal or two, you’re all set. The bedding was comfortable, but the baths could use newer towels. They are in good condition, but lacking in fluff and size, especially for my 6’2” man. Overall, a great place!

Great little unit!
This is a great little unit nearly on top of the ocean. The view from this level 12 balcony (and kitchen/living space) is stunning (!!) & the decor inside unit is tasteful. The building is ok. But this unit is great, esp if you are open to a cozy space. The bunks in the hall worked nicely for our kids and we appreciated the smaller space for our fam of 4. I recommend this property for your perdido stay! One last thing - toss a candle or diffuser in your bag. The space smells just a little musty, which I’m chalking up to it being a stones throw to the ocean. I’ll take the trade off. We had a great time!

The stay here was wonderful! There was a bit of confusion with the parking space, but they handled it extremely quickly with a call. The service was great and they were very responsive and resolved any issues we had within minutes. The place was beautiful, clean, and the decor was nice and fitting. The comfort level of knowing how it was managed is second to none. I would recommend staying in one of these properties to anybody and will 100% be looking to them again whenever I'm back in Perdido Key. It was a top tier stay! And the cleaning instructions were so simple so you truly feel that your cleaning fee is honored, which is a big bonus to me.

Perdido Key Vacation
Beautiful view, plenty of towels and great set up. However, I forgot to pick up coffee and would have loved a one day pack like they have in hotels..... I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend the Windemere location. We loved watching the dolphins from our balcony every morning. Also, Lillian’s Pizza directly across the street was very good. We thought the location was perfect. It’s not in the hustle and bustle of everything but close enough if that’s what you are looking for. Will definitely be going back!

My husband and I enjoyed our time. It was our first time in Perdido Key, we usually stay in Pensacola but we wanted to try a new place and I absolutely loved the view from our room. It was the perfect size for two people but also thought it would be the perfect size for a family of 4 or 5 considering the convenient bunk beds and pull out couch along with the full kitchen and steps to the beach this was an amazing find and well worth the price. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

My mother and I stayed here and cannot wait to return! The unit was cute, beachy, and the view was amazing. We got to watch a pod of dolphins from our balcony feeding!
You also have one of the best parking spots. It’s the first one when you pull in and there is thankfully luggage carts! I thought we had to check-in at a front desk and was confused not seeing one and they were quick to respond. All you have to do is go up to the unit and enter the code (I love this versus having to carry a key around the beach.) The place was quiet and being on Perdido Key there wasn’t many people on the beach or traffic. The sunsets were gorgeous. We miss it!

Beautiful beach condo!
We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was clean and neat! It was quiet! The beach area and parking area were well maintained. Update the picture online because there was a kcup coffee maker so we planned for that - had to adapt our plans when we got there. Also, we had some trouble with the tv in the bedroom. We never figured out how to use it! With that being said, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!
